Welcome to my very first self-hosted MAP! It's pretty self explanatory, but for those unfamilar with it, I will explain. Basically you'll message me on tumblr, comment on this video or comment on the creative studio forum to claim a part, (first come first serve) and then you're responsible for making an animation to this part, and then before or by the deadline you will send me the video. Once everyone's part is completed we will have a finished video of beautifullness and color and crap. It'll be awesome.
Imagine yourself or your characters in a party. Now, this is the best gosh darn party ever. The music is exactly your taste, you feel so happy, so light on your feet, that it feels like nothing can go wrong at all. You dance to all of your ability and the flashy lights bounce off your face as you yell out in excitement. "Just wait!" You yell to your friends. "You have to understand, don't let go of my hands!" You are having such a great time, you don't want this night to end.
This should be the idea behind your part. It's to be upbeat, excited, dancing, having fun, stuff like that. It doesn't necessarily have to be at a party. Please only use your own characters or yourself! Let's see them having a great time!
Rules:
1. One part per person. If there are vacant spots for an extended period of time, I'll open up a second chance for them.
2. Preferably, 16:9, resolution of 1920x1080. Anything from MP4 to AVI to WMV are acceptable formats.
3. No water marks or names. All names will be listed in the description when the video is posted in order.
4. This is a MAP, which means it must be animated in one way or another. Your video cannot consists of just panning and no animation what so ever. Just a little bit would be good.
5. When you animate your part, make sure to take up the entire span of seconds in your part otherwise there will be blank spots in the video.
6. When you're all finished, you can either send the project to me via email ( kisakatoriama@gmail.com ) or through a file hosting site.
7. In the case that you may be unable to finish your part, please contact me asap. If the deadline has come and gone by over 5 days, I will assume you have vacated the position and will give it to someone else, regardless if you finished it without telling me.
** In addition to the part, it'd be awesome if I could get 1-2 pictures with a transparents background of your character (shoulder up) looking like they are having a good time, big smile or what not. This is not necessary but would be great for usage for the outro and middle-reserved part. Thanks!
