This Thread will be used for everyone who's either unsure about posting a thread, or wants opinions/feedback on their idea for a thread before making it official. Feel free to post your own idea and give feedback to other ideas posted here!
Here's mine: So after snooping around on the old Fanime World Forum and talking with the Skype chat, I decided to suggest a fun little idea for this forum. And that is challenges. What they are are threads where someone can suggest something for other creators to do. Here are some examples: - Draw your characters in different time period
- Draw your character as a magical girl/boy
- Draw your fanime as if it was in a different genre
And so on. I suggest drawing an example to start off with so that way you aren't being left out and everyone else knows what to do. We can also have writing challenges, so that way the challenges aren't just art related and the writers here don't feel left out. For these, you can do fun things like write your characters acting out of character or write an alternate ending for your fanime or story or something like that. I'm currently working on an idea for one of these threads soon so stay tuned.

Sounds like a good idea! I've never participated in anything like that and it honestly sounds a bit thrilling. If you do make this though, I suggest doing it in a system like Evan does for Give One Take One and have it to where people can reserve spots and leave their suggestion for other people?

I've been planning an idea for a thread for a while now but I haven't gotten around to it for several reasons.
Since I've had random desktop pictures for things that I don't watch or even pay attention to I've thought of how cool it would be if my desktop pictures had more relevance to what I'm interested. In other words I wanted to create a thread for fanime desktop pictures. I'm not sure where this thread would go (I'm never sure) and I'm not completely sure about how to go about it either. (What the recommended sizes should be, if there would be any reward with sending the pictures, if there could be minimalist styles as well, etc.)

Assuming this happens at some point, sizes would be pretty easy to go about establishing. I'd figure most monitors now are either 1920x1080 or 1600x900, so those would more than likely be ideal. Otherwise I don't think you would need too many rules. As long as there are a few basic guidelines to follow, the rest can be safely left to the creators. If people don't like a particular image, they can just not use it.

An art game where you keep adding on art and someone can decide if they think it's done or not!
Person 1: Draws a flower Person 1: tells next person to draw a person
Person 2: Draws a person Person 2: says to draw a butterfly in the back
Person 3: Draws a butterfly Person 3: Draw some clouds!
Person 4: I think it's done?
(If there are at least 3 people that like person 4's post, then it's done)
