Nicole calmed down. Hopefully her words got to them because if not, she'd have to resort to something more... unsavory. Once the ground caved in, she realized that Lacey was about to fall to her doom. Ignoring Apricot's words, she went over to to the hole in the ground.

"UGH, is no one else gonna get that? No? Just me? FINE..."

And with that, Nicole picked Lacey out of her predicament. Mew Mew strength don't play. She sat Lacey down in the nearest chair and went back to her bitching.

Jake, meanwhile had sighed and reached into his bag, grumbling about his cover. He threw the unfinished granola bar over his shoulder and pulled out a pack of seals. As he ran by Apricot, he shouted," You ever fight a demon before?"
He darted to the demon's shadowy leg and began quickly placing the seals in a pentacle array. Drawing a small pocket knife from the pocket of his slacks, he slashed the back of his left hand and smeared the blood onto the seals.
"Okayokayokayrunrunrunrun!" He rambled as scurried away like a bat out of hell. A moment later, the seals exploded in a glittery, concussive blast that sent a shockwave through the room.

Sandor immediately said to Justine “ITS SANDOR NOT SAND-DUMB YOU... YOU... MEANIE BUTT!” One of the evil spirits turned to Sandor and asked “Really man? That’s the best insult you could come up with?”
“SILENCE! Vastebon is on the floor injured now and has temporarily been rendered useless thanks to Rinel, Alice, Lacey, Jake and Justine but now the mortals are distracted. GET THEM!”
Sandor summoned a red fire sword from the ground started swinging at Justine with a vertical overhead slash. The spirits and demons took the toilets off of their heads and started attacking as well.
A demon named Gorton summoned a giant shadow spike and threw it at Alice and Amelia. A spirit named Tenshou shot fire out of his hands at Rinel, Lacey and Nicole after running up to them. Then a demon named Mythica started chasing Jake as fast as he could. A spirit named Tenrai went and attacked Mokoko and Hirtemio with a super powerful punch.
Vastebon also managed to squeeze out an attack. It moved its head a little and shot lasers out of its eyes, breaking a wall and setting the building on fire.

Jake stopped to eye the monster which dashed at him with great speed but little control. He picked up a pipe from the rubble and swung it into the blindly charging Mythica, smashing into his face, knocking him to the floor. After a few hits at the thrashing demon, Jake applied a seal to it and it disintegrated. He turned back to Vasteborn, and ran to it, climbing up onto its back. He is currently racing towards the creatures head.

Haruto watched the chaos unfold quietly and without a sound. He found a sweet that had been buried in his jacket pocket and with one swift movement popped it into his mouth.

Jake put down more seals on the demons head. Jake leapt down from his perch on it's beak, finding a relativly soft landing in a mass of demons. He winced. A large, purple bruise began to blossom on his left thigh.
The enormous monster seemed to shiver for a moment before imploding, a strong wind rushing in to fill the place where it had been.

Justine ducked, narrowly avoiding Sandor's slash. "Bringing out the fancy weapons, huh? Too bad it won't help you! I've got a sword of my own." Justine slapped the ground beneath her once more, this time forming a longblade she could get a few hit in. Sandor and Justine began sword fighting in the middle of the chaos.

Daniel finally made it into the room where the chaos originated. He stood in shock for a moment before getting down to business. Luckily, another one of his coworkers dealt with demons like these before and damaged the spirit quite a bit. It was good to know he has help in situations like these. But that was aside the point. It was time to end this. Luckily, Daniel picked up quite a few teleportation spells before this particular moment. He pulled out his magical bells and tossed over the large demon's head, "Teleport!" He shouted, a blue light suddenly appeared around the remains of the demon and teleported his large body along with the rest of few other summoned spirits out of sight.

" S T O P!" Daniel yelled at the top of his lungs. The entire room grew silent and froze in their tracks. "Who....who started this?"

the majority of the room pointed to Sandor and Justine in the middle of the room, they both dropped their weapons to the ground while remaining frozen in their battle positions. Daniel, at this point, didn't exactly know what to do. But he knew how to start.

"Sandor, Justine! Detention!"
