"Oh, yes. I hope you don't mind..." If they could, Himawari's cheeks would have turned bright red. She pushed the trolley into the dorm room and began to scan it for new homes for her green friends. Would Justine get upset with her if she started putting them all away with out asking her first? But if she asked for permission each time she wanted to put one away her roommate might get annoyed. She decied that putting that off might be best. "Uh, I take it you're Justine. I'm Himawari, though I guess you already knew that."
Simon yawned lazily as the staff conference began with a slow start. Every year the speeches were exactly the same, and everybody in the room was well aware of it... except for a few new faces. Simon knew he should have been on his best behavior- setting a good example for the younger crowd, but his patience was at its limits. He pulled an awkwardly old cell phone out of his pocket; a hand me down from his own daughter, and began pestering her.
Match arrived on the campus earlier than he wanted, though still quite late by many of the other student's standard. He skipped checking out the dorm assignment and set straight for looking for his room; using the star name tags as a guide. He brought with his two large suitcases and a backpack, all of which smelt of smoke and fuel. "Heeeere it is," He said to himself, stopping before room 2B.

Sandor left the bulletin board disappointed because nobody panicked after his evil dramatic monologue. The only reaction he got was one guy who told him to quiet down. He made his way to his dorm room 2A after passing by it 3 times because he has a terrible sense of direction. He looked into his room and said “So this will be the room that shall become my new evil lair.” He then began to put his belongings into the room. One of the things he grabbed out was a bazooka that he fired at the wall by accident. He blew a giant hole in the wall facing the outside making such a loud explosion sound that everyone in the boys dorm could hear it. Sandor panicked as he tried to trick people into thinking that he didn't blow up the wall “OH CRAP! Uuuuuh.. uuuuuuuuuuh.... WOW JENNIFER LAWRENCE YOU FART REALLY LOUD!” Yes Sandor actually thought that people would believe that was Jennifer Lawrence farting. He put torches on the walls after destroying the light bulb, summoned a bunch of demons and evil spirits that covered the floor in trash before they started playing monopoly, and summoned giant spiders that placed spider webs all over the place. Sandor said to himself “Yes this looks very menacing. It’s perfect. Daniel Hoogooboogoo will love this.” Poor Daniel Horloge... he’s probably not going to like his room or his new roommate.

Justine nodded her head, "Yeah that's me! It's nice to see you...er..I mean..um" Justine let out a small awkward laugh and inched the back of her head, "Meet you, I mean. Sorry."
The stress and awkwardness started brewing in each girl's stomachs with each word they said to each other thus far. Justine made it her mission to break the tension as soon as possible, and thankfully, she knew exactly how to do it.
"My brother, Daniel, he used to keep plants in his room all the time when we were growing up." Justine said, lifting a medium sized pot from Himawari's trolly and placing it neatly near the window. "He tended to blabber on about each flower type and how to take care of them. I only listened a quarter of the time but I did end up learning a bit. These are Begonias right? They need a lot of sunlight and work well in small spaces. These would work well here correct?"
Although the speeches in the teacher's meeting looked as though they were boring his fellow coworkers, Daniel hung himself on every word said with nothing but excitement as well as nervousness. Thoughts along the lines of "first day of the new career!" and "Am I really going to be a good history teacher?" circulated his head. Between segment, he only thought of racing to his class room and making sure everything was in order- he didn't want to disappoint his boss so early in the game.

Ganlot headed to the conference room to meet the other faculty. He opened the door with and it made a creaking noise "Greetings all, I am Ganlot Kaeledo, a pleasure to meet you" he said in a calm and polite voice. He hoped that the faculty were all good people. He quickly took a seat next to daniel and opened a binder, which had what seemed to be lesson plans in it.

At about 9 am, Amelia was walking to her new room with a book in hand (as usual). Two minutes later, she finally decided to look up from her book to find out that she was at the end of the hallway of the first floor. Aw man! Amelia thought to herself. Frustrated, she turned around bumped into the swinging door of room 1B. Her face turned red and her forehead was no better.
"Oh I'm so sorry," the girl who opened the door said. The stranger extended her sleeve to help her up. Her sleeves are charred, Amelia thought. She got up and dusted her bubble skirt.
"I'm Amy by the way," the strange girl said. She bowed to her.
"My name's Amelia, but you can call me Amy too," Amelia said, bowing back.
The two Amys awkwardly stood in the awkward silence.

((I'm gonna try to keep this rp from dying)) Tanndrea, after finishing setting up her room, decided to head to the auditorium. She sat down next to Ritzee, who had already ran out from her room out of sheer boredom. "I hope this school turns out to be ok" Tanndrea said in a hushed tone "It'll be awesome!" Ritzee replied, a bit too loudly, drawing stares from the nearby students.

Alice had went back inside her dorm room, and noticed Tanndrea was gone. It was then she had remembered that the auditorium would hold the opening ceremony thing. Thinking she was late, Alice ran to the auditorium, and luckily didn't hit anyone on her way. "I'm gonna be late! T-taihen!" she panted. As she dashed to her destination, she caught the attention of some of the students and teachers. If she had paid any mind, she'd be pretty embarrassed. How was she going to be the president of the Gardening Club like this? In about 3 minutes, Alice had realized she was in fact punctual, and sat down in a seat by the front of the stage. At this point she was out of breath. That was enough exercise for today.

((ahahaha sorry i forgot about this for a while))
Very soon, Janice and Gina reached the student roster with their belongings in tow. They quickly scanned through to find their names first, and then the names of the students who would also be occupying their dorms. The chance of them sharing a room was slim, so they prepared themselves for an introduction to a new student. Surely, they could do without each other for a while. "Yoi Hitobito," Janice mused in a low voice, wondering about the type of person who could have that name. It was unlike anything they heard before, but with the other interesting names on the list, she worried instantly about being the boring normal person among a class of very peculiar individuals. Gina looked at her name next to Candace Thompson, and started to seek her out first. She was sure Janice would do the same thing, plus it wasn't like they weren't anticipating this. She wondered just who out of these wild and wacky people was Candace, but after a quick survey, she decided it would be best to head for her room to set down everything she had.
Quinn's stationery were prepped and ready for note taking. It was always their approach to a new job to absorb every bit of information that they could get for themselves, even if they had to take it away from the rest of the basic rhetoric and other mumblings in the speech that didn't really give any information that they could use later.

He quickly took a seat next to daniel and opened a binder, which had what seemed to be lesson plans in it. Daniel quickly noticed the man who sat next him and noticed the content of his papers, he also noticed the principle seeming to wrap things up with the meeting so the staff could prepare for the orientation for the students coming in at noon. He would ask about the content in question then. "Kaeledo.....was it?" Daniel said, focusing his attention on Ganlot. "That's me, yes." he replied calmly. "I don't seem to know your name, though." "Daniel Whitfield, I'm the new History teacher." Daniel said, holding out his hand, Gonlot shook it firmly in return. Daniel then glanced at his open binder full of carefully planned lessons and cleared his throat, "So, um...your lesson plans seem pretty well put together. Do you have any pointers?"

Ganlot replied with a gin on his face. "Well...I've noticed a certain structure tended to work for me back when I was a general...take a day to explain the topic, and give the students two worksheets over the course of two days, see how well they do, and then do an activity that is fun, but still pertains to the topic at hand. Of they don't understand, then you can go back to phase one and repeat it until they know the subject well." Ganlot stated eloquently.

Kadana sat quietly amidst the meeting, staring intently at whatever he was supposed to have his attention on. The ram horned-man staring past the rest of his peers. He never had an interest in making friends and only took from people what he needed.
Yoi clumsily packed away some of her belongs the rest all lay mixed in a large suitcase. She wanted to avoid taking up as much space as possible to lessen her presence as much as she could. Hearing the sounds of other students in the hall just outside, Hitobito hung cautiously in front of the door, her hand shaking just inches from the knob. There was a strong pull to just run back, to hide within this room and never leave. At the same time she knew she needed to leave if she wanted to avoid confrontation with her new dorm mate. Both decisions left her torn, stuck stiffly in front of the door.

Janice noticed Gina walking away and trying to find her room, so she thought of doing just the same. Honestly, now that she was here, she would be ready to collapse on her new bed and try to get comfortable with the new sheets and mattress. She did feel a definite buzz from the caffeine in her coffee earlier, but she was still lazy in her bones. Then again, if her dorm mate was already there, she would feel inclined to make polite conversation and small talk, depending on how much she wanted to. All of this ran through her mind but left it as she read the letters '1E' on the door in the hall. Feeling confident in knowing that this was now her dorm room to share, she reached for the knob and gave it a turn, pushing the door open.

Jumping back in shock, as the door knob made the slight rattle of being grabbed and the door began to move, Yoi let out a small surprised noise. She backed away, close to the wall, tugging on her black hair. There was certainly no time to decide now. There was no time to try to hide away. All that was left, all that she could do now, was to stand awkwardly pushed into the wall with her hair firmly in her grasp. Meekly she rattled out a very wooden greeting. "Eh...Hello....My name is Yoi Hitobito..It's..Nice to meet you."

"Ahh," Daniel replied meekly, " my current plans go over one topic a day with homework each night to reinforce. I guess I can't assume my future students would work on the same level as I did."
Daniel thought of the word 'students' again in his head. While his sister was off enjoying Her social life with her friends, he spent his days studying hard for multiple duel enrollment quizzes he had to take after school and practiced giving lectures in the mirror at home just waiting for the day he would finally become a history teacher-- and there he sat, 18 years of age with a standard degree in teaching history. The same age that his twin sister was attending the same school for her senior year. Daniel took a quick look around at his coworkers, all well inter their thirties and aged with experience. The stress of these things weighed heavily on him.
But, it's the first day of school mind you! These are the things he can't be thinking about right now. He has to revise his lesson plans and make sure he can remember all the names of his students! 'Stay focused' Daniel told himself 'this isn't the time to feel inadequate'
"Thanks for the advice," he finally replied, " I look forward to working with you."

Himawari smiled and nodded. "That's right." She picked up a small potted foliage with soft, fuzzy looking grey leaves. "I usually put these two together. It sounds silly, but But my Dusty Miller plant was growing really poorly until I moved it next to those Begonias. They remind me a bit of an old couple now..." she trailed off, placing the pot on the windowsill. Himawari was shy, yet yet her plants were a subject she could easily get lost talking about. "If you want you can go on ahead so you're not late. I can finish this up on my own."
"I believe Doctor Pendragon has a speech prepared for us- if he's not sleeping," The principle announced. Most of the room let out laugh in reply while Simon lit up, practically letting out a squeal like a giddy school girl. He called him Doctor Pendragon. Suddenly, going back to school and getting his doctorate was more than worth it. Simon walked up to the front of the room, hastily pulling notes out of his pockets in his typical messy fashion.
"So I won't take too long, I promise. I just wanted to briefly touch on a few thing before the students arrived. A lot of you have heard me say this before, but I see some new faces too and wanted to start things off on the right track." Simon then quickly pulled out a not written on pink, cat printed paper. His daughter wrote a good amount of his notes, and saw to punishing him for it by putting it on the most embarrassing stationary she could find in hopes of getting him to do it for himself. "It's important that you make a connection with the students attending your class, but it is equally so that you try to make a connection with our entire student body. It's an incredible experience not just for them, but for you as well... Don't forget to by more milk the stuff in the fridge is sour..." Simon blushed and frantically ruffled through his notes. Unable to find his place, he gave up and shoved them all back into his pockets. "Our goal as teachers shouldn't be for our students to get high scores, but that they receive the tools and passion needed to then continue learning on their own. Our goal is that our students leave up with their eyes opened to the countless possibilities before them, as high school is truly only the beginning of one's academic journey. By reaching out my my students, be it classes, cub advisory, or listening to them when they just need somebody to talk to, not only am I helping them on their academic journey but furthering my own. Every day I learn something new from the students that attend Creative Gakuen, and it is an enriching and rewarding experience I wouldn't trade for anything..." Simon let out a sigh or relief as his speech ended and the crowd before him let out a standard, polite, applause. He was certain this year's was a complete train wreck, but at least the reaction was nice.
