So for now I am working on a handful of things. Most of my projects are still in script form, so it'll be a while before I make project specific threads. ;w; For now, I'll drop some WIPs in here, though you can see a lot more on my tumblr sketchblog.First up, I'm participating in a MAP for the first time. I'm hoping it'll get me motivated to animate again and get faster/better at it. @__@ Finally sketched out one little loop for it, so I'll share that:  What do you think guys? (Can you tell I've been practicing lighting/face definition at all? YES? PLEASE?) Her nose is a bit too small, I will fix this. LOL Mostly for now I'm working on Christmas and commissions. Trying to get that list whittled down. >_<; |

I like this a lot! The shading and lighting looks very well done and I like the loop of the hair. It seems to flow really nicely! I'm excited to see it all finished~ :3
Ahh I've always wanted to work on an MAP, but never found one I liked/trusted or never had the time. It does look like a lot of fun as long as everyone does their part to get it out in a decent amount of time... They look like great fun though!

Wow guys I'm really glad to generate such interest, but Kisaka's right we need more members first. I will create a planning thread for that sort of topic sometime soon though if that's alright, Kisaka? [And I will include details to explain it for you Evan]. As for recent works, I've mostly been focused on Christmas gifts and commissions. I've also been hosting a few artist switch memes, which... it never fails!! Whenever I sketch for those I always end up loving them enough to want to just finish them straight away LOL So uh... I guess I'll share the ones I did this morning just to post something?   I've been doing a lot of warm up busts lately too, like this one *A*  I'm getting the concepts of characters from Lotus done too. super excited to get that story drawn out! |

And ah yes, I completely understand the wanting to finish them straight away feel. I'll end up being addicted to a drawing when I love how it's turning out and will non-stop work on it until it's finished, regardless of if I need sleep that night or not ehehe....
By the way, I'm loving the second picture! I don't know what it is, but I really like it... Also curse you for having skills of drawing men!
