So I'm planning on making a some-odd-number-thank-you video for subscribers, but I have absolutely no ideas whatsoever.

What do people usually do for subscriber videos? Just a short thank you? Something extravagant? Suggestions would be very helpful.

Also sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Umm, I have a few plans for "Thank you Subscribers" videos... which could (And probably will for me) be switched for [Happy Insert Holiday here] videos.

Some ideas for consideration:
Characters singing (If your VA can sing)
Characters dancing to music
Short skits of your characters (This is what I'm personally planning on doing)
Backstory of your character(s)
Speedpaint of your character(s)
Overview of your animation process
Voice Drama with Still pictures
Character Interviews
Open up a Q&A, then make a response video
Preview of your bigger projects
Join an MAP
Open up an MAP (No, actually don't do this. haha)
Umm, I can't think of any others at this moment. But most of the above can be used as templates for more specific ideas.

I like the idea of a skit, actually. I have some voice actors that don't have anything to do until later in my series, so I could write a cute video for that. Thanks for the suggestions ^_^

Since you have two fanimes you could make a crossover episode with Akuji Tavarious and Liar's Truth, although this would probably be a lot more exciting if Liar's Truth had an episode finished.
You could make a silly video about characters trying to guess what's under Akuji's hair where his left eye should be.
Make a claymation or live action episode I guess?
Make a game based on your fanime? I'm running out of ideas here.

Hmmm... That seems to be all of my ideas. Pilot listed a lot of ideas. I can't come up with anything that she hasn't already listed lol. All I'm doing is throwing out ideas that are more specific.

All excellent ideas indeed. I'd definitely love to do a cross-over episode of the two series, but you're right, I'd need Liar's Truth to get somewhere first. I like your second idea too XD He's probably got a miniature grim-reaper or something, I don't know. ~~I do know, but that's not important.~~
