You know how in series (mainly T.V. shows), they have characters watching a T.V. shows, sometimes emulating shows we watch. (Likes say, in The Simpsons, the kids are watching Itchy and Scratchy, like we watch Tom and Jerry.) I know some series we make just make references to shows, like Sandor Goes to School just flat out has Kai watching Family Guy. ( And commercials breaks in between episodes of Family Guy) So, I wonder, does your series has this trope? 0u0? I'll start with what I am going to add for Carrot Fluffs (and maybe future series, lol.) and that is Magical Puiko:  The series basically Sailor Moon, mixed with other Magical Girl series in it. |

Basically every fanime exists in Tokyo Fetish Mew. They have a museum exhibit dedicated to it.

( And commercials breaks in between episodes of Family Guy) Well it looks like you've already answered the question for me lol. My animated series called Sandor Goes to School also has a character who I refer as "Simpsons laser beam guy" who watches the Simpsons. You never really see any characters watching any other shows in my series but Dan implies that he's a fan of Dane Cook in episode 3, Sandor makes a Batman reference in the Christmas special, and Sandor mentions a bunch of fanime, Homestuck, and Dora the explorer in Sandor Interviews. |

Basically every fanime exists in Don't Take My Hat. They have a fanimation channel dedicated to it. (which is actually a reference to the funimation channel)

In Kino and Boots, TV hasn't been invented yet, but Kino reads a lot of books and Simon owns a radio. Kino's favorite book series is about a little cat named Mitzy.  Kino's mother even made her plushies based on the characters in the books. The other kids in school were so jealous they had their parents make ones for them and before you knew it the town was full of cute plushies. Meanwhile, Simon's a fan of a sappy romance radio drama. You can occasionally find him chatting to other adults about last night's episodes. |

 Ameko is a huge fan of Space Ranger Rinel (manga form~)!! I imagine she also has manga of a lot of other fanime as well! |
