Um, hey. I'm really new to the whole fanine scene in general so if this isn't posted right ill fix it just tell me. So i'm GrimandFolly Productions, i'm a new animator. So this is my project, it is a psychological horror/drama that focuses around death and the beyond, so if you are not to keen with that subject then you will not like this fanime. Here's the plot breakdown.
The fanime is mainly centered around two individuals named grim (in picture) and folly along with there group of friends who live in a place called Melancholy city. Deciding that there current living situation was to noisy and clustered, grim and her best friend, folly, move to a secluded house in the nearby countryside. More specifically, Ambivalent woods, The two friends take the house offer as a blessing and move in as soon as the papers are sighed. A little more than a few days after the big move, grim starts to have vivid daydreams of a person that somewhat resembles them, though missing a few key attributes, go about their daily life. These dreams are almost always followed by a very clear picture of a river flashing across grim’s mind. After being asked, although it feels like interrogation, about there recent behavior, grim storms off during the dinner. Running to the forest to go to her “secret spot” which happens to be a cliff with a gorgeous view, she accidentally takes a fatal fall off of the piece of land and towards the hard earth below. The only thing more surprising than the fall itself is the fact that she wakes up in her room the next morning alive and unscathed with her friends asking her why she left dinner so abruptly.
OK yea, that’s it. Btw yes the fanime will be in grey scale/black and white. My drawings look about 10 x better when there not in color. But i will say that it is going to go into color after something in the plot happens. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK. I really really want to know if this is a good idea or not and if anybody will want to watch this. Also, is this something that the fanime community would want to see/watch? hopefully, I will have at least one episode done by September if i start in the beginning of summer break (in a week).
