"Hey get out here, lazy." Pinky called through her little house. Sparky crawled out from his den and into the middle of the room, antennae wagging at the ready. At least she could always count on that stupid glow fly. Much like a plant she knew exactly what to expect from the beetle, and she could always rely on that. It was so much better than a person.
"Go learn things." she told her pet. The beetle's wings buzzed as it took off and flew up out of the armor. Even if Pinky didn't care to try relying on these teammates again, she at least could have stood to know them better. Maybe if she had known exactly what to have expected from them they wouldn't have disappointed her twice. Talking probably would have been a better way to work on that idea, but Pinky wasn't very good at that, and her blunt honesty probably wasn't going to earn her any friends now that she had reasons to dislike pretty much everyone.
Pinky's second mirror flashed to life as the latent spells clicked on. Sparky buzzed around almost aimlessly - seeing all and hearing all.

Her attention was once again drawn to the boy. "Oh yes, it feels great buddy, great job! Once Fox man can heal my back, I'll test it out, okay?" "Ah, good!" Oxy breathed a sigh of relief before getting to his feet. "I gotta go help other people now! Be careful, lady," He pointed at her and squinted, trying to seem like an in-charge adult again, before giggling and scurrying away. He noticed the small huddle of guild members (Luiar, Altheron, Galy, Osseus) and ran up to them next, lifting himself onto his toes as he attempted to talk to the towering Altheron. "Hi! Anyone need help? I can do stuff!" He said excitedly. He was a bit giddy from helping Daryn and his handy work coming out nicely, and was excited to help someone else. Celty, on the other hand, had finally decided to approach Mimisko and Nicholas after much contemplation. Her son seemed to be working on the next group of semi-strangers, and these two kids she barely remembered the name of. "Um, hello," She said with a smile as she went up to them. "I know we've introduced each other awhile ago, but I'm Celty in case you forgot. You're Nicholas and Mimisko, right? I just wanted to see if you two needed any help." She noted Nicholas's condition and frowned a bit. "Are you alright? Have you seen Rezza yet?"

"I-I don't think I broke it or anything, no. I landed on a boulder during the fight, so I think the impact bruised it." She paused for a moment and remembered the nightmare she'd had during the battle. If not for this man, her nightmare would surely come true. "Look, you're doing some really great work here, Rezza. Th-thank you. Do you need anything? I have some food and healing ointment if- if you do." "Mmm, well then it shouldn't take to long to fix all this." Rezza said gesturing loosely at Daryn. As he raised his staff listening to her second statement. "Hu.. No, no. That is not necessary." Clearing his throat he waved a hand dismissively, before beginning his chant. This one while it would need to fix the major wound in her hand would not need to fix her bones. He brought up new words, running through them as fast as he was able to. Nearly tripping over pronunciation once or twice the chant was completed successfully. Looking over the group one last time he spoke before turning away. "I apologize that I cannot stay. If anyone here is still in need of help simply call for me, I will hear." With that final address he turned away and began walking off to check the rest of the members.

"Oh! Well, we found what we needed but I do appreciate the offer. It's Celty, right?"
Mimisko smiled at Celty
Mimisko looked at backpack.
"Well, we were looking for this backpack because it may have some bandages may that will maybe heal up Nicolas... though."
Mimisko looked at Nicolas.
"If the bandages won't work, I will find Rezza to help out.... Ah!!"
Just then, Mimisko felt the pain on her wrist. It was the same wrist the one of the octopus fearens tried to suck on before fire came out of her wrist to stop it during the battle. Seem the pain is starting to come back a bit.
"Ah, dang, that hurt! ..Cursed Octopus Fearen..."

Zerah huffed and turned to Manasa, clearly irritated that at the armored figures pessimism. Zerah was pessimistic, but not to THAT extent. Zerah scratched his head and looked up at the woman, happy he was getting a better look at her. Hot damn!! She appeared to be some sort of race Zerah had never seen before. The golden scales were enticing to the thief side of him, but figured they definitely weren't decoration. Zerah's face turned a slight shade of red as he held his hand out to greet her. "I never got to introduce myself before, but hi! I'm Zerah! It's nice to meet you!" He smiled, widely. "You know, I thought you made a good point, but that tin can over there is just a stubborn prick." Zerah said, annoyance still present in his voice. Manasa had been looking to the ground during the entire confrontation. This wasn't what the dancer wanted. She wanted to bring her guild together yet instead all she had managed was starting a petty argument. Not another soul among the shadow slayers seemed to take heed... had the sentiment of her giving up on her two weeks of training to instead support them in there's meant nothing? The sound of the imp introducing himself tore Manasa away from her thoughts. She looked up to him and then spoke as she took her tiny and delicate hand in his. " I'm Manasa and... I'm sorry for all of what just happened. Pinky is... she is very outstanding but has trouble trusting people. I don't want to lose her as an ally though, I want her to feel welcome."

"Ah, dang, that hurt! ..Cursed Octopus Fearen..." "It seems you found the bag, at least," Celty nodded her head towards the bag Mimisko had tripped over. "I'd say to try those bandages first. I don't know how much magic Rezza has, but small things should be manageable enough to heal on their own. If your condition it any worse than it looks, Nicholas, you really should consider getting looked at." Her eyes were soft and kind, these two members being some of the youngest aside from her son. It made her want to protect them. "As for your hand, Mimisko, perhaps a splint would help? Limiting movement will give it time to mend itself." She reached up to her cloak and winced a bit as she ripped a strip of it off, frowning at the rags she was currently dressed in. She really need to get some new cloths, and soon. With the chill of winter pressing upon them, even a layer of fur wouldn't be very helpful if she had to waste energy keeping it up. She pushed this thought away for now and picked up a small stick on the ground. "Give me your hand and I'll do my best. Someone like Ooro I'm sure would be better at this, but let's let her rest for a bit, hm?" She smiled at the young fire mage, arm outstretched to take her hand if Mimisko would allow it.

Altheron had only been half-listening to the conversation between the elves and the ice mage with the burned everything. After all, he wasn't present during any of the little quarrels that they may have had during their fight with the late Vastebon. The only thing he was focused on during the fight were his friends until his attention was engulfed by his angry little eye. Altheron giggled a bit at the idea of a tiny screaming eye as Luair apologized to the mage, his mind not registering the weight of her words or the reddening of her face. His heart sank a bit when Rylan's name was mentioned, and while the name "Odessa" was unfamiliar to him he was still a bit shocked at the realization that the guild lost another teammate in battle. His mind lingered on the thought as he stared at the mage. She had burns from head to toe, yet she was still standing. He wondered if she was actually hurt.... 'I have not seen Enoch or Ooro in a while.. I want to k-know how they're doing, as a comrade to another comrade!' Her voice was shaky. 'We should go right now. I would only slow you down if I walk so you can pick me up again, haha..' "Hnnnn?" he grunted, now seeing the elf girl turned to him, her face beet red as she shakily made her request. He smiled as he extended his arms to pick her back up, gladdened that she understood how her speed affected her ability to make friends. He hoisted her up without a second thought. He turned toward his fallen comrades, eyeing Daryn specifically, but before he could take the first step toward the group, he saw Oxy approaching them, still just as giddy as when they last played tag all those days ago. "Hi! Anyone need help? I can do stuff!" He said excitedly. "A-ha, hello Oxy!" he shouted as the boy reached his destination. As soon as he asked his question, Altheron looked over the members around him. Both Osseus and Luair looked considerably battered, especially the former, but overall it was the mage who had stole his attention earlier who looked like she needed the most assistance. He didn't question just what type of help Oxy could provide, but the excitement in his voice made the offer sound promising. "Oh, well that girl over there looks really bad. You can do stuff to her!" he announced giddily before readying himself to take his little friend over to Ooro, Daryn, and Enoch. Once he made sure the mage would be OK, he immediately made his way over to Daryn, running in the same stupid manner he did at the first capmfire despite having the added weight of Luair and her belongings in his arms. " Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarynnnnnnnnnnn........"

" Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarynnnnnnnnnnn........" Daryn heard a familiar howling of her name in the distance. She looked over to see Altheron carrying one of the smaller elves towards her and the group. She sighed at what she knew would certainly bring a slightly awkward encounter with the man, but not out of distaste. She actually smiled. Genuinely. "Hey," she called out, getting up in her place to test out her newly healed body. "How are you guys feeling after that battle, eh?" She stretched back and forth, happy to be able to move well again.

Enoch finally started coming to as the sounds of new voices hit his ears. Bracing himself for a wave of pain as he sat up, he found himself rather surprised when all of the pain had completely vanished. Looking around in surprise, he saw Rezza wandering away from the group, making a mental note to thank the healer later.
He looked over at Daryn who also appeared to be feeling better, about to speak when a strange voice wafted in from behind her.
A bright smile crept its way onto his face as he saw the shaman up and about once again. "Altheron, Luair, glad to see you're doing alright."

It almost felt like an exact repeat of what happened earlier in the forest when finding Enoch and Ooro. Only this time, he barely had the energy to look stupid in front of everyone. Instead of bolting to catch Luair, he'd have to set Altheron straight on general etiquette. It should have been done ages ago, but clearly the guy seemed to live under a rock his whole life.
This time, instead of interrupting the conversation, he pricked his finger again, ripping out a page from the notebook and writing a letter. It'd have to be short considering his condition, but it would be able to get the point across. He pressed his fingers together before sliding the note in Altheron's shirt collar and sheepishly waving to the group. The letter read:
To Altheron
When you pick up girls like that, you look weird.
a bad kind of weird.
i've dealt with that kind of weird and the people like that are dead.
because i killed them.

Ooro's eyelids shot open at the sound of a familiar voice. Only one person would be calling Daryn's name so longingly...
"Altheron!" she smiled widely, "Oh thanks the Gods! You're alright! Enoch told me you were collapsed on the other side of the arena..." Just then, she had noticed her body hadn't felt as sore as when she drifted off to sleep, "Oh wow!" Her eyes lit up as she rotated her shoulder in its socket, "Was that a great nap or what?" A chuckle escaped her, "Hello Luair! I'm glad to see you're well!"
Ooro turned to glance at Daryn, a little shocked that she didn't scoff at Altheron. However, it only made her lips curl into an even brighter smile at the thought that maybe they could get along now. She sat up to speak "Truthfully, I felt horrible. Probably some of the worst injuries I've sustained in my life-" her arms spread out wide in the air, "But look at me now! I feel so alive!' She was reduced to a giggling fit, distracted by her own laughter that she fell onto her back again. There was a pause at the realization, until her hands covered her face and she began laughing lightly once more.

Before she knew it Luair was picked up and taken off, this time to meet Daryn, Ooro and Enoch. They appeared to be fine and that was a glad sight to see. 'Sorry, Osseus.' she thought, having left him with Galystris. She planned to ask for his forgiveness once again.
'Yes, thank you.' She chose to reply to all their greetings at once. She hadn't quite recovered from the last conversation so forming words was still a struggle. She had yet to leave Altheron's hold, though chose to wait another moment or so. The last time she hadn't, and the result wasn't so good. She then giggled alongside the laughter, barring herself from ruining the mood.

"Sounds like a plan~."
Mimisko smiled at Celty and let her hand.
"Thank you for offering to help out~. I was hoping to make some cheppermint tea for everyone after the battle but I guess I'll save that when my hand feels better."

Enoch watched as Ooro fell backwards into a giggle fit, unable to stop himself from joining in with her contagious laughter. It was true. After hitting rock bottom with the worst injuries he'd ever sustained in his life, he felt fantastic. And to see everyone doing better than ever after they were all in heartbreakingly terrible shape, he hadn't felt this joyous in years. His time with them was precious, and after how close it had come to being cut short...
The priest leapt to his feet, grabbing Daryn, Altheron, and by extension, Luair, into a group hug with one of his arms before holding his free hand out for Ooro to get pulled up and into the huddle as well.
"Everyone's okay," he sighed. I'm so glad.

I don't want to lose her as an ally though, I want her to feel welcome." "I'll believe it when I see it." Zerah said, bluntly. He shook Manasa's hand, a bit scared seeing as how delicate she seemed and how disgustingly enormous his claws were. Pinky? That's a weird name for a knight... Zerah looked back towards the warrior, seemingly caught up in their own business. "Eh, I've dealt with people like her. They fall in battle sooner or later, no matter the circumstance. If she wants to mope around and complain, let her. She's just hindering the group. What wouldn't hinder the group is if someone could start a damn fire!!" Zerah shouted the last part, somewhat annoyed as the night was creeping ever closer and they'd surely regret it. Zerah began to take the wood and arrange it a way that would hopefully let it burn quicker and began placing rocks around it, sticking them together like a makeshift fireplace. Zerah thought he was done, when he had one more idea, although he didn't really want to do it in front of Manasa. "Uh....this is gonna be gross, so if you could look away..." He lingered off. He brushed his hair out of his face, revealing the strange cork once more, taking it out and began pouring the strange liquid onto the wood. His blood worked as an oil last time he checked, so in theory, this should get the fire going rather quickly. When he had gotten a good amount of blood onto the wood, he corked his eye back up and waited. The blood began to bubble once more, forming a mouth that began to screech, causing Zerah to cover his ears. The screeching lasted about 5 seconds before it ceased and became blood again. "Th-there..." Zerah said, hesitantly, hoping he hadn't just scared Manasa off. "Now, all we need is for someone to light this baby." Zerah said with a smile.
