"That helps a lot, thanks," he replied, waiting for the topical creme to soak in before wrapping it back up. "Back in the woods, Manasa was injured and cut on her arm. I didn't realize..." He chuckled a bit. "Rather, I didn't think, and I went to take a look at her wound and got some of her blood on my hands. I've heard some tales about the Vishkanyan, but it didn't even cross my mind in the heat of the moment. She's with Rezza now thankfully." He glanced across the campfire towards the healer's position before looking back at Daryn. "I'm surprised you know about the blood. How did that happen?" "Oh, uh, well she was hurt a while back. I had no idea 'bout those, F-fish- vhish? Vhish-canyons, so I was just trying to help her with this ointment and got her blood all over my hand. It's kind of funny when I think back on it." Daryn said, smiling to herself and putting the tin away. "Anyway, we were right next to a river so I was able to wash it off, but it still ended up burning me. Turned out looking a lot like your own hand." She went silent for a while before muttering, "Now that I think of it, I didn't even ask if her feet ended up feeling any better after-" she stopped her train of thought and remembered her open food bags. "I wonder if anyone else was luckier when hunting over the past few weeks. Wish I had more meat."

Ooro sighed as she gazed upwards, thinking quietly to herself over the scene that just unfolded. There was truthfully too much to take in as of late- with the strange apparition's appearance and now the possibility of a threat within the guild. He was just a kid, and she didn't want to believe that the guild could meet its end at the hands of a child. As she pondered the matter, her eyelids slowly began to droop until her ears twitched at the sound of a voice. While the child addressed her in such a blunt manner, his demeanor was sullen with his shoulders lowered. Despite never having much interaction with him, she was rather accustomed to see him appear more energetic around the recruits. Ooro remembered the scenario back in the woods once more, and while she had yet to truly gain a strong footing on the situation- to hear the spirit in his voice become so weary was disheartening. "Hey, little guy," she swerved to face his direction, offering a weak smile in the process. There was a pause, and a gulp in her throat as she made her decision, "I... think we should be friends too." Her eyes strayed to his hair, it was of a familiar color, one that struck her being at the sight of its vibrant pigment. "My name is Ooro. Can you say that right? Oo. Ro," she slowed her pronunciation slightly, as to let the toddler have a better grasp of it. "Your name is Oxy, yeah? I'm glad to meet you. Is there anything you want to do?" Ooro quirked an eyebrow, staring at the fellow inquisitively. "We can play a game if you're bored... I have a few fruit in my rucksack if you're hungry as well." Worry gnawed the back of her mind, but she wanted to believe Oxy was of no harm. If I am unsure of his nature, then I will judge for myself.

Zerah sat in front of the fire, listening to all the people around him talk. He rolled his eyes, trying to convince himself he was better off ignoring them. Then hunger began to set in. His stomach growled louder than it should. Zerah transforming twice in one day was really taking a toll on his body. The exhaustion was already setting in while in the woods. Zerah looked back towards Daryn, remembering that she had offered him food earlier.
Probably missed my window on that one...She probably hates me..
Of course she does.
Zerah frowned and stood back up once more. He wasn't about to bother the guild with his issues, they wouldn't help him anyways. Zerah once again left the coliseum, not notifying anybody this time. There was no point. As far as he was concerned, he was fending for himself again. Zerah headed back into the woods, walking on all fours like some sort of animal. Zerah stayed incredibly still, listening for any sort of movement. A bush rustled nearby, but he remained still, only looking in that direction. A fawn popped its head up from the bush, looking at Zerah curiously. The baby deer approached Zerah, cautiously, while the imp slowly sat on the ground, sighing in annoyance. He held his hand out to the creature, a small grin spreading across his face.
"You don't think I'm a monster, do you?" He whispered.
The fawn sniffed at Zerah's hand and recoiled, backing away from him in fear. Zerah's smile quickly turned into a frown. So even you think I'm a monster, huh? Fine. Zerah got down on all fours and pounced at the fawn, snapping it's neck with his gargantuan claws, but not before the animal let out a pained yelp. The whining sound followed by the feeling of the spine snapping in his hands caused Zerah to become nauseous. He never realized how animalistic he had truly grown over the years. HE shook his head, and lifted the fawn's carcass. A frown was plastered on his face as he arrived back at camp with the dead, infant deer. He plopped the corpse down with an audible "THUMP" and sat next to it. He grabbed a hold of one of its legs and tore it off. He held the limb over the fire for a few moments. He brought the leg to his mouth and sank his teeth into it, ripping away at the flesh, blood dripping down his chin. At this point, he didn't care how he looked to the others, he just wanted food.
You truly are an animal, you filthy imp.

Enoch smiled a bit as he listened, almost chuckling to himself as Daryn ran through several different attempts at pronouncing 'Vishkanyan'. There was something charming about it. "That little tin's been coming in handy, hasn't it." He looked down at his hand, starting to wrap it back up now that the medicine had dried. It was pretty funny, in an ironic sort of way. No wonder she refused help back in the forest... The priest glanced at the food bags, which were now rather lacking in meat after tonight. 'I'm pretty sure I ate a rather generous portion myself...' he realized. "We can go hunting tomorrow. I didn't survive all those years traveling without getting at least somewhat decent at it." Well if I Slow the animals down at least... He rattled off a few names of other members that would be very skilled hunters, his train of thought continuing way past the point of necessity. "Ooro is rather good at hunting... and maybe we can ask some of the fire mages to come. It'll already be cooked by the time we catch it." He had a stupid smirk on his face at his awful joke. He paused for a moment, returning to Daryn's previous train of thought and adding, "I'm sure it's not too late to ask Manasa if you wanted."

Daryn laughed loudly, observing Enoch's dumb grin. She now knew the type of humor Enoch could come up with, which in itself was something to laugh at. The joke struck her as oddly uplifting even if it was completely terrible. After the turmoil they experienced in the forest and the fight that had ended not too long before, it was nice to finally breathe. Daryn halted laughing altogether, glancing around for Manasa, ultimately not finding her in the darkness. "Uh, no, i-it's been too long. She probably doesn't even remember it was me. But um- yeah. We can go hunting tomorrow. I bet I'll catch more than you though." she jabbed him with her elbow, challenging him.

He sounded it out for a long moment before seeming annoyed with it. "Or (oar)", He nodded at this name instead, clearly not offering it up for discussion. He reached into his pocket and pulled out the rock Rylan had given him, holding it up in the firelight. He stroked it sadly for a moment before placing it gently on the ground. "Games are fun!" He declared loudly, attempting a smile up at Ooro. "I can draw, and play nobles and thieves, and-and catch!" He seemed to be getting more excited. He noticed Zerah entire with the baby dear and start tearing away at it. He wasn't bothered by this; he'd seen Celty do similar things while hunting over the past year. His fingers, however, made their way back to the rock and scooped it back up, cradling it in his hands like a small child. Whenever his recently deceased friend was mentioned, the imp seemed to react violently. He didn't want this to be ruined to, so he flipped the corner of his cloak over his shoulder to hide it. He looked back up Ooro and gave another try at a smile. "What 'bought you? Games?" He asked, cocking his head at her. He looked absolutely thrilled at the possibility or learning something new and adding it to his arsenal of activities.

Luair yawned and her eyelids sank. Truly, today's events had done quite a number on her body. She stirred a little, before falling asleep; yet to leave Altheron's hold. It would take quite the effort to awaken her.

Ooro listened intently as the child practiced the sound of her name, before ultimately deciding his own spin on it. She chuckled lightly at the gesture, finding humor in the situation. Anju had fumbled over her name for the longest time, the scenario had been rather nostalgic if anything. Her eyes followed the toddler's movements, as they gradually began to speed up along with the flow of his words. He appeared to more than willing to discuss the games he had learned, and even pronounced his form of recreation as though a hunter exclaiming his array of tactics. To say the least, the young one appeared rather pleased with himself.
Though as quickly the excitement began to boil, it had just as quickly died down. Upon showing her the rock, he withdrew it timidly- even going as far as to hide it under his cloak. Ooro drew her brows together. Did I make a mistake? However, the child spoke up once more.
The question had stumped her momentarily. Her mind often didn't wander back into her childhood, and she had trouble remembering just what she played herself at his age. "Why, I don't know as many games as you..." she smiled wryly, as though to stir up that pride, "Though, there are a couple games I enjoy. Do you know hide-and-seek? It is when one counts to a certain number, and the others hide while they do so. After the countdown is over, the person must find all who are hidden so they can hide the next round," she nodded. "The next game requires a bit of patience... but I like to carve wood. It's somewhat like making your drawings come to life, I suppose," Ooro glanced behind her, as to scope out a nearby tree, "I can make you another toy, if you want. What animals do you like? We can play hide-and-seek for awhile, and then I can work on it when you get sleepy."

"I don't believe anyone else was injured," he replied. He wasn't sure what else to say about the situation or why they'd all gone out into the forest that wouldn't be a waste of time, especially with an injured teammate. Rezza tapped his foot impatiently scowling at the answer, as his eyes scanned the elf up an down. "Well, that answers one of the questions... I guess" He mumbled turning away. If people wanted to lie and omit information he didn't care for trying to get a real answer out of any of them. Turning back to his current 'patient' ready to give out more questions. The healer dug the blunt end of his staff into the ground, leaning on it for support as he attempted to continue standing, and looked up at Manasa. "Are there any other injuries; are you currently, or were you at some point in the rest of the day, hurt anywhere else that would need attention, as well?"

"There were... Fearen in the woods. It looks much worse than it actually is, really!" Manasa chimed in before anybody had the chance to say anything further. Technically, it was the truth. Yet Manasa wanted to give Celty a chance to reveal Oxy's nature to the rest of the guild before blurting it out herself. "Just be careful, Vishkanyan blood is poisonous. It can't kill you, but it could burn your skin and if you're around it long enough you'll get dizzy." Manasa then thought to the pain in her leg. Her own shame had been preventing her from seeking Rezza's help sooner, yet the recent events that took place in the woods made her reconsider keeping Naga's punishments secret. "I... Was also hurt earlier today," she said, cheeks flushing gold. Manasa then removed her boot and rolled her pant leg up to her knee. From her foot to just below the knee were left a pattern of spiraling, almost design like chemical burns. Her skin had been stained a hue between dark brown and gold, with crusted golden blood leaking from pussed and blistered holes penetrating her skin. A look of pure guilt and shame crossed Manasa's face as she struggled to admit what she had next to say; "I was punished."
Manasa could have sworn she heard her name. She lifted her head to see Daryn and Enoch conversing, the younger of which holding a familiar metal tin. Manasa's embarrassment turned to humiliation as not one, but three of her teammates now knew the truth; that she was so ugly she could not even preform a simple dance dance correctly. Manasa quickly turned back to gaze at the ground, forcing back tears.

He stated, pointing towards the forest. "Let's do that tomorrow!" He got up suddenly and scurried away with no explanation. It seemed he wouldn't be returning he took so long, but then he came back dragging an entire fallen log into camp. He plopped it proudly next to Ooro. "I got wood!" He yelled excitedly. "And I like hounds." He said, referring the the hound fearen as though they were just another animal. He sat on top of the log and kicked his feet in the air, waiting for Ooro to start carving away at the tree.

Ooro watched the toddler scurry off, before eagerly returning with an entire tree and propping himself on it as though the matter was of little significance.
For a few moments, her eyes were wide with obvious shock. Needless to say, she was flabbergasted by the child's abundant strength. Truthfully, she was at a loss for words...
She brought her hand to her mouth, and cleared her throat as she tried to formulate a response. "Why, uh, you have quite the eye for quality!" Was that his fearen strength, or were shape-shifter children naturally endowed with such vigor? Either way, the occurrence had shaken her.
"Hounds, huh?" She carefully withdrew one of the thicker branches from the tree, before taking a closer look at choice. Despite feeling a bit weary, she felt the need to impress the young one, and decided to try to carve with her claw as she practiced many times before. "Watch this," her hand slowly lifted in front of her, as her skin began to morph into a beastly appendage. "Your mom can do stuff like this, right? Though, she's much better at it than me," a nervous chuckle escaped her. She scooted a bit closer to the child, extending her work out for him to get a clearer view of the process. Ooro narrowed her eyes, paying close attention to every light scrape her nails made against the wood. As more shavings fell against the dirt, the more the wood began to take form of an animal. It was a rather simple carving, but nonetheless resembled a hound standing on all fours. Ooro's hand shifted back to normal, before outstretching the tiny carving to the child. As she did so, her hand gently rocked the toy back and forth, as to mimic a walking motion. She lowly growled under her breath, before laughing, "Here you are. What are you gonna name them?" she inquired with a toothy grin.

Oxy gave a small squeal of excitement, reaching out and taking the new toy from Ooro He held it tightly in his lap, examining the structure of it carefully. He looked back up at the woman, beaming. He seemed to be back to his old self again. "I'm gonna name it...ah..." He seemed to be at a loss, this question stretching the limits of his creativity. He really didn't know any names besides those who had been in the group. "Um...I'm gonna name it Ry," He said softly, holding it up to his chest and resting his face against it. He took in a deep breath before laying down on the tree and stretching a bit, coddling Rylan's rock in one hand and the new toy in the other. "Do you know any stories?" He asked a bit sleepily.

The events that led to this wouldn't affect his treatment much either way. "While that is good to know, I have no intention to make skin contact with the blood or open wounds of my patients. For both my sake, as well as their own." Shrugging his eyes followed Manasa's hands to her leg. He pursed he lips as he looked over the damage; this whole thing would be a doozy to do correctly, but after twenty years he knew he'd be able to say everything right even if he would have to slow down a little. Rezza raised his eyebrows at Manasa's last statement and began to scrutinize her reaction to saying it. "...Punished?" His tone was full of confusion as he spoke. Almost immediately after blurting out the word he shrugged it off dismissively, silently mouthing 'Whatever' as he tentatively raised his staff from the ground, unsure of whether his legs would hold or not. As swift as he could he began to speak; he was, however, only able to maintain that speed for a portion of the chant. The incomprehensible language slowing down gradually as he reached the end. His eyes slowly pried themselves open looking over Manasa's state once he finished speaking. "That is better, yeah?"

'Altheron, are you alright?' Altheron watched as the little elf slowly lull herself to sleep in his arms, ignoring her question. He was far from alright. Had he really been harboring a monster his whole life? Is that why he found himself in the Forest? It'd definitely explain the eye and all the horrible visions he and Tairaga back at the last battle, but still.... Would that mean he was a monster? No... he thought, his mind remembering how scared Oxy had been when his secret was found out. I know it was not a good eye, but... The guild had been his been and Oxy's family for the past couple of weeks, and even though the latter hadn't exactly made many great interactions- none that he could remember, at least- he had made quite the strong relationships with a select few of them. Would they do the same to him if he told them the truth about his eye? "Would they not trust me anymore?" he whispered, his gaze on Luair never quitting. " I cannot control it much either...." It was then he had realized he'd been carrying Luair for a few minutes now. Forgetting about the chill around the camp, he looked around to find a place for her to rest until his eyes caught sight of Osseus sleeping near the fire. He walked past the others, making sure not to grab their attention as he made his way over to his passenger's friend. Once he reached the other elf, standing right behind the sleeping form, he stopped and stared at Luair again, beginning to lose himself in thought once more. In this state, she looked so pure to him. So without fault. No one would ever hate her; They'd never even question her. Not like they would with Oxy. Or Zerah, Or.... He knew he had to tell someone eventually. As simple as it would be to just shrug this feeling off again and resume his whimsical demeanor, he knew the topic would come to light again. He remembered how part of Enoch's original battle strategy relied heavily on his eye. That couldn't happen again. It might hurt them, he thought, bringing his attention back to the girl he still held. With the thought still lingering in his mind, Altheron finally placed Luair on the ground close to her friend. A little too close, maybe, but that wasn't much of a concern to him. They were friends, after all. The shaman then looked around at the members who remained awake, exploring his discussion options before walking back to his initial spot near the fire where he had left his staff and sat down. It was still very cold. Dazed, he recited a short spell and snapped his fingers again, causing the portal to open once again without caring who saw. He placed his staff back in its resting place on the tree there and took back the cloak Ooro had made for him, immediately donning it on and letting his hair fall to his sides again. With another spell, he closed the portal and sat there, exploring his future discussion options as he scanned the camp.
