Mimisko became happy that she get to see Kama again "Don't worry, Kama. I kept on training with the fire magic. I never know what's gonna happen/" "Oh, my goodness. You're the legendary hero that Mother Miaita, Lopiya, and Mimisko told me about! M-My name is Molarcy of the Light. I-It's an honer to mee you!" Molarcy got nervous and excited at the same time. "Kama's here?! Kama's here!!! Yay!! Yay!!!" Gyasko jumped up and down. "Okay, settle down, Gyasko." Mimisko chuckled. "You going to have to excuse her, Kama. She's just so excited to see you as well as everyone else who was a part of the Shadow Slayers." " H-hey,everyone ! Long time no seen huh? " it was clear that his voice had a tone of nervousness but he still tried to keep it cool. He wasnt the akward teenager anymore. He was a grown man. Mimisko looked to see that Nicolas. "Oh! Nicolas. Long time no see!" Mimisko chimed. "Isn't Nicolas your first frined who is a part of Shadow Slayers?" Molarcy asked "That's right." "Ah." Molary bowed a bit. "Thank you helping Mimisko for a bit." Mimisko looked at the direction where the voice is coming from. It's Luair!"Hey! Luair!" Mimisko chimed "Long time no see!!" "Oh! The nice elf girl?!" Gyasko grew starry eye. She waved "Heeey!!" "O-Oh my stars!" Molarcy chimed, while also feeling nervous. "M-More and more are appearing. This is truly amazing!" All the while Kelemio and Hiyoska went back into the group. "Whooaaa there. More people have been attending." said Hiyoska "I know, right? Including the main host himself." Kelemio looked at Kama "Kama Varthorn." Kelemio took a bow to Kama. "Even before my sister joined the guild, I heard of many great things about you. Thank you for turning Mimisko braver than she was before joining." This is kinda Kelemio's polite and non-obvious way of saying " Uhh, yeah, I'm sorry for doubting you. But I am thankful you made my sister brave."

(Oss and his son Novus. He's 25 (50) now.) "Sorry Luair!" The extremely tall man bellowed out to the entire crowd, directing his speech to his now wife. He picked up the pace considerably, but not enough to shake the small baby in his cape he was currently doubling as a baby sling. This would most likely be the only time his little boy, Novus, would be able to meet his so called 'great grandfather'. A smaller man caught his eye as he was making his way, raising his eyebrows at his presence. Must be a friend of some sort, he thought. He shrugged his shoulders before making his way to the crowd, waving his hands in that same direction to call over Kama. "Yeah, over here!" Then again, the man failed to realize just how much of a shocker his current appearance would have been to everyone else around, considering his now colossal 6' 8'' frame in comparison to his Shadow Slayers days. He didn't care one bit though, this was his family: the perfect addendum to the one he lost all those years ago.

'Hello, Mimisko. You have grown so much. Unlike me.' she giggled.
Luair saw Osseus carrying Novus. 'You are here! Thank heavens, I was getting worried..' She sauntered over to him, and ushered Arvid to follow suit.
'I should have remembered you were going to bring Novus too. I get so scatterbrained sometimes..' She clapped her hands together, 'That means the whole family is here! Truly wonderful.'
Arvid's mouth was agape at Osseus's size. He motioned Luair aside for a second. 'Is that him?'
'Why of course! Why would it not be him?'
'He's.. huge! I thought he was just a bit taller than you.'
'Well he was, but he is half dark elf after all. They are very tall naturally. You could say the opposite of us!'
'You can say that again.. and that baby.. don't tell me..?'
'That is Novus, he is more than I could ever ask for. I thought not to tell you and to keep it a surprise. I hope you are not upset at me.'
'I'm not. We've talked long enough. You should go back.'
'Alright. Do not wander too far, will you?'
Luair went to stand beside Osseus and left Arvid to be with his thoughts.
'She has a baby, she's a mother now.. that's.. pleasant.'
-----
Luair regrouped with the others, standing beside Osseus. 'Do you want to announce the good news? Or shall I? Oh, I am so excited. I have been wanting them to know ever since!'

Mimisko chuckled.
"I'm sure you've grown a bit~. I know the both of us mature a lot."
Mimisko looked over. It's Osseus! She waved to him
"Hey Osseus! It's good to see you again! It's been a while since our trained with Kama!"
Mimisko waved to Osseus. Gyasko also waved
"Hii~!!!"
Kelemio grinned.
"Oh yeah, the elf guy's name was Osseus! Sweet. Now I hang with someone here and have a drink."
Kelemio looked over and became surprised.
"Oh gosh, is he tall!!"

It had been almost a week since their parents had left on their mission, and Genesis couldn't help but feel somewhat sour that they weren't able to return on time for the festival. Or bring me along with them. So instead the child walked through the festival between their two guardians, grasping both of their hands. "Aunt Ooro, Uncle Alth, do you see anyone yet?" they chimed curiously, squinting through the crowd as they approached the archery contest. Their parents had kept in close contact with some of their former guildmates, but there were still many they'd only heard about from their father and mother's stories. The pink haired fire mage that conquered her fear (and according to their father that was the understatement of the century), the chilly ice mage, the pretty snake lady, the short priest, and the loud mouthed team grandpa were first to come to mind. After hearing about these people for so long, whether it was through personal stories or legends, they were thrilled to finally be able to piece together the names with the faces. A rather motley assortment of people had gathered near the archery contest, including what they could only assume was the noisy old hero of legend. Tugging gently on Ooro and Altheron's hands, they pulled them in a little closer and whispered excitedly to their guardians. "That's him right? Kama the master of fire, sword fighting, and alcohol!" And by the sheer volume of alcohol that came shooting out of the old man's mouth moments later, they could only further confirm the veracity of their parents' stories. "Amazing," they grinned, now staring at the others that surrounded the ancient hero as they approached, bottling up their excitement and listening quietly to the chatter.
A familiar elven face arriving soon after broke their hush however, Genesis bouncing on their toes with excitement. "Look! Aunt Luair and Uncle Oss are here!" ((Genesis Uriel-Aldithley Age: 15 (physically and mentally ~12) Height: 4'10"))

Arvid's mouth was agape at Osseus's size. He motioned Luair aside for a second. 'Is that him?' 'Why of course! Why would it not be him?' 'He's.. huge! I thought he was just a bit taller than you.' 'Well he was, but he is half dark elf after all. They are very tall naturally. You could say the opposite of us!' Something about the smaller man irked, but also interested Osseus. If Luair had never joined the guild, she would have probably gotten with this clown instead. He hid these thoughts as he followed along with their conversation, the surprise kicking in at how much he had really grown. At least his race wasn't too much an issue anymore. At least then, the elf didn't spit on his shoes or commit some other disrespectful act. He silently thanked Yakoshi for this so called 'kindness' and moved on to see his old friend Mimisko. " Oh yeah, the elf guy's name was Osseus! Sweet. Now I hang with someone here and have a drink." Kelemio looked over and became surprised. " Oh gosh, is he tall!!" Would this be a constant talk of conversation here...? In a way, he both wanted that attention and didn't, since incessant questioning would get annoying after a while. At least with Mimisko, she had grown considerably in a mental sense. Hopefully her and Kelemio would be a regular part of their lives as with the other members of the guild. A familiar elven face arriving soon after broke their hush however, Genesis bouncing on their toes with excitement. "Look! Aunt Luair and Uncle Oss are here!" Novus squealed at the sight of his cousin, Osseus crouching nearby to let the little boy play with their features. He sheepishly turned his head to face the rest of the slayers to make his announcement. At least, the one Luair just reminded him of. "Well... uh... Luair and I got married and... this is our son! Big ol' happy family right here!" The words felt absolutely euphoric to come out of his mouth after the years he had lacked this simple need. He knew right then and there that his son would grow up in the best possible manner, surrounded by people that loved him to pieces.

Twenty years.
It was almost hard to believe it had already been so long since she had last seen their faces. While she did keep in touch with a handful of her past teammates, there were some that seem to drift away further from her presence; making her ponder where they had strayed off to after the ordeal. Though if there was ever an opportunity to learn of their whereabouts and exploits, surely now would prove to be ideal. Since then, Ooro had acquired a settlement closer to civilization... though she didn't completely abandon her tree in the woods. It was a part of her, and parting with it wouldn't necessarily please her. However, she did have to pick up the habit of cleaning out its interior being that it was practically stuffed to the brim with piles of animal hides, trinkets, tools, and other miscellaneous items. Admittedly, a portion of it turned out to be pure garbage from a time lost. The corners of her lips curled as her hands sought to tie the sash around her waist. She could remember Osseus' face upon discovering the amass of junk. He probably thought he was going to have to clean it. A stifled chuckle could faintly be heard. Her fingers twiddled and entwined with a brightly colored ribbon as she stared into her reflection in silence, before tying it with her hair. After her home in the woods had been tidied up; it began a favorite spot to take the little ones to and fro for star-gazing. Her garden of bulbs still rested among the tree top as well as she continued to attempt to cultivate the flora. Her lips pursed tightly, inspecting herself in the mirror once more as she prodded at her own face. Due to her elven blood, she hadn't changed much, but age was beginning to show in small steps. Her cheekbones were slightly more prominent than she remembered, and it even took her by surprise upon noticing the slight alteration. Altheron had grown and differed so much in comparison, she often felt she caught glimpse of his changes before even he did. Perhaps it was because she had grown somewhat accustomed to watching humans change, and while it interested her, it also somewhat bothered her. How different will they all be? In a way, she felt left behind with everyone changing so rapidly over the years. Luckily, out of those she kept in touch with a good few were elven like her, so it was reassuring to see that she wasn't the only one. ...Speaking of which. Ooro's pupils strayed to the stout figure behind her own reflection. Enoch and Daryn had been called out on another mission, and couldn't make the reunion. Instead, her nibling, Genesis, would be making up for the absentees. A smile spread across Ooro's face as she eyed the child in the corner. Not too far off, Altheron was also getting prepared and had improved at dressing himself since their first meeting. It was a festival, so they agreed to have a bit of fun when it came to traditional wear. It wasn't everyday one had the chance to decorate themselves, so why not take the opportunity? Albeit, she hadn't worn such colorful clothing in a long while. It was a bit strange to see herself in such garments. After dressing themselves, they were ready to head out and meet with the others. As they sauntered out of the house, she had locked hands with Genesis, and on the opposite side Altheron had done the same. For the whole way, she had grinned from ear-to-ear. It was rather... nostalgic. Those days with Lily and Anju were decades ago, and yet she felt as though she was almost living them again. She had her own family once more. Her eyes squinted as she peered around her surroundings curiously for any familiar faces. "I think so! Let's keep going just a little bit more," but before she could even spot one of the faces among the crowd, her hand was given a slight tug as she kneeled down to hear out the young one. In an instant, Ooro's eyes widened and glimmered with excitement upon seeing the haggard man still going strong. "Y-yes! I can't believe it!" an excited laughter poured from her, elated by the realization that their guild leader had still been walking on his own two feet. Without hesitation, her nibling had promptly pointed out a set of pointed ears among the crowd. "Osseus! Luair!" Ooro called out as she waved back and forth, before putting a hand to her mouth upon spotting the infant he was holding. "Genesis," Ooro quickly rushed behind them, resting both hands on their shoulders, "There's someone you need to meet!" The pure excitement was evident in her voice, as she gently pushed her nibling toward the couple. The two had kept their newborn a secret for the most part, minus for herself being that Osseus was a little... lost, at how to handle a child at first. Luckily, Luair was efficient when it came to caring for the baby. "You too Alth!" Ooro motioned over in a rush, as though the infant was going to walk out on its own. "It sure is!" Ooro had given a light hug to the man, who now towered over her. "Did you see? Kama is right across from us! Oh- can you imagine his face when he sees you so TALL?"

As she gave them a gentle push, they smiled brightly and tugged the middle aged shaman along with them as they hurried over to the couple that were also affectionately known as their Aunt and Uncle. "Hi there, kid," they spoke slowly, beaming down at the squealing infant with adoration and continuing to speak even as the baby began to smoosh their cheeks together. After being the only child for so long, they were thrilled to see that their turn had finally come to be the adult. "I'm Genesis, your big cousin. Ndh youh arh?" They glanced up at Osseus, one cheek now stretched by Novus's grabby little hands. "Uncle Oss what's his name? Owowow --" they winced as those hands shifted from their face to their bangs.

Galystris grimaced. Didn't these people's families tell them to learn to shut their damn mouths when there was something odd about another person? She shouldn’t have come… The magic she’d explored had left her a monster. But, she’d become used to it. Even though over the years she had put these people on a pedestal, she’d have to remember they were people. And some of them were assholes too, despite their attempts to be polite "Hello, My name is Mimisko Lunania. I'm sure your mother told you about me." Imari, though, was ecstatic. “Y-Yeah!! Mom said you were the one who took the final blow on Sandor! It’s almost surreal seeing you!!” Imari chimed. Seeing Mimsko was almost surreal to her Galystris turned over to Clarissa had approached her, confused for a second as to who this person was. Oh wait. It was bitch witch who took over Celty. “Oh…er…Hello…” Galystris said. Ugh, more comments about the shit coming out of her. Clarissa had moved over to her daughter. Galystris went to put her hand on Imari’s shoulder, but she remembered she would fucking stab her. God she hated her hands…. Imari smiled widely. “Thank you, miss! You’re too kind!” she chimed. Clarissa was a stranger to her but, she seemed really nice in Imari’s opinion. Oh, I remember you, Galystris." He chuckled, trying to hide the grimace in his voice as the memory of their shouting fest along with her quite literally stabbing him in the back passing through his mind. "Quite surprised, though, I have to say. I never saw you as the mothering type. But hey, I'm willing to let bygones be bygones!" He shrugged "I couldn't forget you either, Zerah." She said with a polite smile and a light nod, doing what she did best and masking any and all emotion. She looked over at Imari, as he had siad the mother comment. "I could see where you're coming from." She couldn't believe she was doing this. "After all." She's going to do it. "I do seem a little...." Here we go. "Cold hearted~" Imari sighed loudly and buried her face in her hands. "Mom not again." she said into her palms. Galystris smiled triumphantly at her reaction. And don't think I'd forget about you Galystris. You've got a little something on your face but hey you still look better than I do HAHAHAHAHA!" Imari watched Kama walk in, her eyes widened. Another comment about the shit on her face. Well, at least he didn't get scared. “Mom! Mom! Look, look that’s Kama Varthorn! Mom, you said he was your guild leader???” Imari whisper yelled Galystris laughed and looked at Imari. “Yeah, that’s him. The first thing he did was throw up on me.” she whispered back. Galystris waved at Kama. “That’s debatable. It's been 20 years, so you’re doing well.” Galystris looked back at Imari, who still looked completely starstruck by Mimisko and Kama’s existence.

"ZERAH! My man Zerah! How are you? Looks like you got rid of that creepy mask you always carried around with you. Hey I never repaid you for saving me twice. I'll buy you a drink later today how's that sound huh? Oh right, the mask!! Zerah scratched the top of his head as he remembered it hadn't been there and what the implications of that could be. The Imp smiled at Kama and replied "Ay, maybe I'll take you up on that!" He walked over towards a tree and leaned against it as he watched the other members begin to show up one by one, all accompanied by family and friends. Everyone had kids, had gotten married, and grown so much. It brought a melancholic smile to his face. He was truly happy for all of them, but the idea that he could have had the same chance to settle down were it not for his choice at the temple gave him a heavy heart. Even if he hadn't given his life up, it wouldn't have mattered. His family would've outgrown him within a matter of years with that stupid mask. Zerah ran his fingers through his hair as he tried to calm his nerves, his heart feeling as though it was about to burst out of his rib cage. He let out a long sigh as he watched the others catch up, having nothing to really say on his own behalf. He needed time to make something up in case anybody asked him what he'd been doing for the past 20 years.

"It sure is!" Ooro had given a light hug to the man, who now towered over her. "Did you see? Kama is right across from us! Oh- can you imagine his face when he sees you so TALL?" A barely stifled giggle escaped his lips as Ooro's comment reached his ears, added excitement brewing in my veins. "Oh my god..." He could barely contain the grin on his face imagining the scenario: it might even give the old man a heart attack. His attention was diverted to the child being prodded about by his infant, asking him a question. Ndh youh arh?" "This little man's Novus, sport!" He replied in an ecstatic manner, the little baby giggling along. He faced Novus and pointed towards his young nibling. "And that kid's name is Genesis! Say hi little buddy!" Novus cooed in response, barely able to form any sort of coherent language at his age. He struggled with producing the sound that referred to their older cousin, instead coming up with a jumble of noises that vaguely resembled the nickname "Genny" while waving his hand. Osseus went to scoop up his bundle-of-joy when his arm brushed up against a familiar object. A warm smile graced his face, remembering the time he received the dagger that he always kept on his person. Then again, the fear of someone looting his home of this precious artifact if he left it there kept him holding on to the dagger at all times in case of danger. Whether or not it would actually come, it would always come in handy whether the situation would arise.

Kama started chugging down the alcohol he held in his right hand but spit it back out all over Rezza as soon as he saw Oxy and shouted A somewhat loud growl emanated from the small man, as he was made pleasantly aware of a special someone's presence, and quickly escalated to the muffled sound of someone screaming in exasperation. He, however, managed to keep his arms by his side, covered by his cape- which began swaying and moving oddly as his tail flicked around underneath it. Io's attention was turned to the tall elf who had addressed the crowd- and so formally too! Father... The vishkanyan looked him up and down curiously, trying to connect who he could be referring to until the white robes he clad himself in made it all click. "Oh! you mean Rezza, right?" She said, her cheerful disposition returning. Io looked up towards the elf and addressed him. "Is he here?" "Hah?" The elf jumped slightly looking down towards the girl who had addressed him. "Oh! Why," Hopping backwards a step, he swiveled backwards running behind the old man and crossing his arms over the man's child sized chest. "Yes! Indeed he is within our presence currently." Continuing to speak with burning enthusiasm he brought the old man up close to his chest as he stood straight. "Here I present, to answer your inquiry, Father Rezza Light!" While the elf's face beamed happily Rezza's only contorted further with annoyance as he looked from his son to the horned young woman. The beverage he was now adorned with glimmered on his face and left stains that were rather noticeable upon his white garments, making him look less than dignified. An amicable laugh tumbled from the elf's mouth as he noticed it. "Father you're all wet." "Child, please!" He barked as his eyes widened, staring nastily through the elf holding him. In a quick instant he was unhanded, landing back on the ground flat on his feet. The elf laughed again as he held out his arms, portions of his sleeves now lightly stained as well. "And now I'm all wet too!" He dug quickly through one of the packs on the belt around his waist and pulled out a handkerchief, which he held out towards the small healer. "Yes," Composing himself quickly, Rezza took the cloth and wiped at his face harshly. "that is me, Rezza Light. Kept those dirty mercs from bein' dead, defeated a somethin' foot tall monster almost single-handedly, maybe you've heard of me." With a swift flick of his wrist he threw the kerchief behind him. It was caught with almost waiting hands by the elf who stowed it away once more. "This big idiot you've encountered is my son, Acoou Light."

Io smiled, head tilting to the side as she did so. The small man was just as her mother described, right down to the whiskers on his face. "One of those mercs is my mom," she replied, feet shuffling as the girl got into a more comfortable position.
"She spoke really fond of you, so I'll make sure to tell her I saw you today. That is," the vishkanyan pointed her finger, "If you don't mind Manasa knowing Rezza light met her daughter." Her ton was matter-of-fact and posture prideful, yet Io still looked down at Rezza with sparkling eyes and a wonder struck smile.

A whole twenty years…Altheron strolled through the festival grounds grinning from ear to ear, one hand clasped onto his little nibling while the free swung carelessly at his side. Despite his aged appearance, the man had never quite lost that spring in his step. He hummed a tune to himself as he, Ooro, and Genesis approached the archery contest. He couldn’t believe it had been two decades --that was apparently another way to say twenty years-- since he was with the entire guild. Yes, while he did keep in touch with the ones he made much stronger connections as well as their children, it did always occasionally itch at him what the other more reserved guildmates had been up to. Before the Shadow Slayers parted ways, he remembered making several attempts to form connections with each individual regardless of their feelings towards his more.. forward mannerisms. Aura sampling had to be the most successful method, but at the same time the most disappointing. While his friends appeared unbothered with the procedure (which was basically capturing a bit of a person’s essence in a special gem, much like the one he used to carry around, and by analyzing the state of the aura within, he would always be keeping watch over every individual’s soul), others outright rejected it, forcing him to discard their gems. At the time, he didn’t quite understand their frustration with him, but now with twenty years of living amongst the living under his belt, he now understood that they must have just been uncomfortable with the idea of having their privacy breached by a near-stranger. Of course, being the naive little fool he was back when Sandor was defeated, he still held onto one rejected crystal: Kama’s. That one was far too important to discard, so the shaman held onto it for all these years. It saddened him a bit that he’d never really get to use it, but all that didn’t seem to matter anymore. The old man had actually invited the entire crew to meet up for a reunion, and he couldn’t wait to see what’s new with them. Altheron’s eyes lit up at the excited child as they pointed out many of the members their parents had informed them about in their stories. He could feel the red gem inside his pack burning with energy as he looked at the rather vibrant old hero talking amongst the others. He had meant to respond to the little elf with a Yes, that is him! Would you like to meet him first? but soon ate his words as he was tugged further into the sea of familiar faces. ----------- "Hi there, kid," they spoke slowly, beaming down at the squealing infant with adoration and continuing to speak even as the baby began to smoosh their cheeks together. "This little man's Novus, sport!" He replied in an ecstatic manner, the little baby giggling along. He faced Novus and pointed towards his young nibling. "And that kid's name is Genesis! Say hi little buddy!" Altheron clapped his hands together excitedly at the adorable display. "Awwww, another life!" he exclaimed, a few giggles escaping his lips at the baby's mispronunciation of Genesis' name. "I am so happy for you two!" He walked up to the father and son, smiling at the baby's face before his gaze slowly trailed up to Osseus' face. Altheron gasped at the sheer height of the man before him, only able to tag the name "Osseus" to them by their dark features alone. "WOW, is that you, Oss? What happened?" He laughed.

Kama looked over to Nicolas and replied "Damn right it's been a long time! You've grown a lot over the years, but not as much as Oxy over here. The way you act hasn't changed one bit though. You're still as nervous as ever hahaha!" Kama then slapped Nicolas's back a bit too hard in a cheery manner. His attention was brought to Luair as soon as she spoke to him and he shouted back "LUAIR! How are you? Hey you should enter the archery contest going on here. These archers aren't half bad but I've seen you make some crazy shots and I'm sure you can beat them. I bet none of these archers had ever managed to hit a god before like you have." Kama continued his conversation with Mimisko and said "Don't sweat it Mimisko. I get this all the time. I'm glad to meet you too kids! There seems to be so many fans here. I wish I could've brought some paper so that the guild members can sign some autographs but I got my hands full with meat and beer!" He then nodded to Kelemio and said "No problem. It was a pleasure fighting alongside Mimisko. She was one of the best disciples I've ever had. Just make sure she doesn't lose that courage okay?" "OSSEUS?" Kama shouted "Dear Yakoshi you've grown a bunch too! You have a kid now! Geez you whipper snappers grow up so fast. You still look like you're in good shape though. I hope you haven't forgotten what I taught you during training." "Yep that's me! The old guild leader Kama! As Galy herself said I'm still alive and well. Check out what this old man can still do!" Kama attempted to do a backflip but hurt his back before leaving the ground. He fell to his knees and said "OW! I'm okay. I'm okay. Just... Could someone help me get up? Ah damn it my back..."
