1. how exactly you sell if you're an an artist trying to earn between to 55-150$, but has no computer, printer, or good artist's stuff such as copic marker or primacolor, or good quilty papers? i only have some sketch papers?
2. I am trying improving and trying new things, but what else is it im missing? communication skills?
3. how you stream from ipad to any streaming sites, such as livestream.com or something but here the thing, how you share screen?
4. how many years you guys been in this fanime community?

1) Sorry, but you probably can't. The most you can make with JUST sketchbook paper is basic commission prices like $15-$30 maybe. People in your area might be willing to buy and others might want be willing to receive commissions through mail. Invest in equipment, spend money to make money. Also start small, you can't expect to make good income in commission right off the bat.
Idk, I'm no where near a professional when it comes to commissions and stuff but from what I've seen so far that's what I've gathered. So don't quote me on everything ;;
2) Networking, Communication skills, skill, luck, and drawing a bunch of attention through fanart---- that if your talking about art
3) I think there's an app for livestreaming!! You can use the camera on your iPad
4) a little over a year!!
