Kyanalurin headed over to the inn, ready to have a bit of a relaxing time, maybe get to know the locals, see who's the easiest to manipulate.
She opened the door. "Howdy everyone! I'm he-- What the everloving hell is she doing?!She didn't finish her sentence, as she unintentionally cut herself off from sheer shock. "Er....." Her face was distorted with a scared look, but she still kept smiling. "Y-Yep! I'm here now! D-Didja miss me?" "Foods over there" Freyja pointed to the arrangement she had prepared for the group, some of which didn't seem interested whatsoever. Freyja had no interest in humoring anyone at this point, as other thoughts clouded her mind. "Help yourself." Why the hell was there an inhibitor in that beast? Did Riece know about this? No he couldn't have...right..? I've never seen a creature like that before. It was something entirely new...And that voice from earlier...did anyone else hear that? What was it...what the hell IS The Outskirts, exactly...? Freyja shook her head in utter annoyance and finished off the rest of her wine. The woman stood up and made her way back to the table, pouring herself another glass of red wine, as she wasn't intending on getting drunk tonight. She sat back down, pondering all the questions flashing through her mind. She tried to clear them out, but there was still one question that she couldn't shake. What if there's more of those beasts....?

After hearing the dragon speak, Limarah's face turned pale. Right when Limarah was about to start moving her arm to reach her weapon, she noticed the dragon lady looking rather disgusted with herself. Limarah wasn't being given the face of a predator, but rather a human. The wyvern draconid did have a human face and two legs after all. Limarah's face quickly lost its paleness, returning to just a nervous look. Soon after, what seemed like an adorable girl walked in. "Er....." Her face was distorted with a scared look, but she still kept smiling. "Y-Yep! I'm here now! D-Didja miss me?" The girl's personality seemed absolutely precious to Limarah. Limarah had high hopes that she could draw in a conversation with the girl that just entered. Limarah was still a bit nervous since she did not know what to make of her current situation. "Greetings! I- I don't believe we have spoken to each other before darling. My name is Limarah. Do you mind telling me yours?" Limarah asked while not realizing she still had her weapon placed on her head.

As Uldrix carried on, Robin tilted their head, perplexed by their claims. He detested his new onslaught of feelings- stating they weren't his own. It made them uneasy to listen to his pleas, as they almost felt they experienced the same thing long ago.
He is separate from his kind? An eyebrow raised under their mask, as though surprised by his words. Now that they thought of it, the only avenaudi they saw in wander in the shop were those who were snatched away while they were but a hatchling, and were accompanied by their "masters" who forced their imprint. Never had they willingly served such a customer, and always shut themselves in the back upon coming across one. Avenaudi and humans shared bad blood usually, which is why they were never quite loyal in many allegiances in the first place. Who could blame them, really?
A question arose from this thought process however, being whether or not Uldrix knew his own ability to imprint on others. Yet, they personally felt imprinting seemed less than likely in such a situation, being no one of the party felt like a proper candidate. Then again, they had no idea of such qualifications in the first place. "Uldrix," they coughed, a bit clueless on how to approach the subject, "Do you know of imprinting? I've heard that avenaudi... will sometimes gain loyalty to certain people. I don't really know much about it, but..." they paused, as though searching for the right words, "Uh, have you been with someone recently?"

"Uh-I can protect myself!" Alanis said suddenly, taken by surprise. She expected respect because of her name and status, yet recent events had made it a lot less common to her. Especially from someone who didn't seem to recognize her heritage. While she absolutely wanted protection and believed that she was entitled to it, something about this gem person threw her off. "I-I mean, uh, it's not that I don't want your help." she stammered, remembering who she was. "Hey, are you listening to me?" she jabbed, noticing Sparrow's lack of focus. "Yes, I am listen!" the glimmer snapped his attention back to Alanis, only to have it once again torn away, this time by Freyja. The group leader had shouted through out the village for everyone to meet her in an inn, and Sparrow was ever quick to oblige. "Freyja has requested our presence, I will be heading there now," he stated and turned away from the taller woman though not before giving her a polite nod. Sparrow leisurely made his way to the inn, though half way there he stopped in his pace. The voice he had heard before still bothered him. The glimmer decided it best to give the tree in town the quickest of peeks. as quietly as he could he walked through the streets of town before the tree's branches peeked out of his horizon. Then, sidling along a wall he slowly approached it until it was half visible. He was not very good as sidling.

Freyja had no interest in humoring anyone at this point, as other thoughts clouded her mind. "Help yourself." "Thanksy! I'll be sure to check it out!" Kyanalurin chimed. "Awesome job I'm battle today, you were REAAAALLY cool!!" "Greetings! I- I don't believe we have spoken to each other before darling. My name is Limarah. Do you mind telling me yours? Kyanalurin turned her attention from Freyja to Limarah. ah...she was the one who had that light sword thing...admittedly, Kyanalurin thought that Limarah was kind of a badass, due to the sheer dissonance of her appearence and personality to her performance in battle. "Hiya! I'm Kyanalurin~! it's nice to meet you, Ms.Limarah!" She chirped, extending her hand for the other to shake. "Boy! You were really cool out in battle earlier today, its admirable, really! I'm really glad I finally get to talk to you!"

"Thanksy! I'll be sure to check it out!" Kyanalurin chimed. "Awesome job I'm battle today, you were REAAAALLY cool!!" Freyja was snapped out of her thoughts as Kyanalurin said something to her. "Oh, uh..thanks." Freyja hadn't really paid attention to anyone else's battle tactics during that fight, as she was mainly focusing on her own. Given how long it took to take the creature down, however, she was sure most of the team's battle strategies weren't too impressive. "Uh..you too." Freyja took another sip of wine, praying for the day to end.
The tree stood in the middle of town, eyes completely shut, as the small glimmer began approaching. The eyes began to peek open a bit, becoming fully aware of Sparrow's presence, before each of them slowly opened their eyes and stared at the being. The tree remained still, however, for without one of The Aged, the tree was virtually useless to those who didn't know of it's properties.

At first, upon seeing the eyes open the glimmer wanted to turn around and run. However, his helpful nature had gotten the best of him once again.
Sparrow unattached himself from the wall and then approached it, looking into one if it's eyes curiously. "Hello, were you crying? Can I help you?"

Kyanalurin had already begun to speak with Limarah, but heard Freyja talk from behind her. "R-Really? Wowie!! Thank you, Ms.Freyja!!" She chimed. oh yeah, totally. If you were paying attention you would know most likely even better than me that my strategy is objectively terribleShe turned her attention back to limarah, seemingly with stars in her eyes from Freyja's last comment.

The tree simply stood there, not having any way of communicating with the glimmer. Not that it had sentience. It was simply a tree. So it continued to stare at the rock child, eyes occasionally blinking. It looked down to where the red grass had collided with the green grass and looked back up. There was nothing for it to do.
Freyja simply continued to drink her wine, wondering what was taking the rest of the search party so long to get to the inn. It wasn't THAT far from where the group had fought. Surely they should all be here by now. Freyja made a mental note to herself to search for the rest of the search party should they not show up within the next half an hour.

Myrri paused, looking around. Somehow she had wandered farther than she had thought. She was now on the outskirts of the town. She shook her head to clear out the last of her strange yearning to travel back to that dimension and she bag an making her way back to the inn.
After about ten minutes, she found herself standing at the inn's foot. She opened it a crack and slipped in, as quietly as she could. She then took a seat and shoved nearly a whole loaf of bread in her mouth, for she wanted to both avoid conversation and replenish her mana. She still felt a little off from her encounter with the multi-dimensional god child and didn't quite trust her social skills yet.

I've heard that avenaudi... will sometimes gain loyalty to certain people." Uldrix seemed confused for a moment as imprinting was brought up. "Of course I know of. It is why my people rejected me. I was too old to imprint on an entire species and would be useless to them." "Been with someone? I do not understand--." Uldrix's eyes grew wide as something seemed to finally click. Uldrix shuddered, his head bowed as he realized what had happened. "I...I imprinted on that rock child..." Although the statement seemed rather ridiculous to say out loud, it horrified him to the core. He had witnessed how Lavinix behaved so strangely, all of her instincts as an avenaudi seeming to be weighted down by her imprint. He had watched the inflections in her voice carry that numbing tone, her choice in the matter no more than a fleeting feeling of uncertainty... He could not be that. He could not allow himself to become that... that w e a k."I'm going to kill it," He growled, although not seconds later he swiped at his face and whimpered in pain from both the physical and mental strain this statement took on him. "Killing is bad, killing is bad, killing is--." He shrieked to stop the forced repetition, shaking the foundation of the building in the process. He hummed a long note to drown the thought from his mind before almost collapsing the rest of the way onto the floor. "So," he muttered, his voice full of misery, "this is what imprinting is like." He stared into the distance, his eyes holding an intense amount of sorrow that couldn't properly be expressed by his species. "I should never have left my home..."

He squatted down beside the tree, in one hand he grabbed a fist full of grass and yanked at it without a second though. helping was his job- it did not matter if it was a human, avenaudi or tree. A spray of dirt sprung up as the glimmer pull out the small chunk of grass, the momentum of his action sending him toppling backwards off balance. Sparrow got back upwards, onto his knees with his hand on the tree to support himself.

Given that it was a tree, it had no concept of what Sparrow thought he was doing by yanking up the red grass around it. Things DID begin to change, however, when the small glimmer placed his hand on the tree. The world itself began melting away, with the sky beginning to bleed into hues of red, purple and blue while the floor Sparrow had once stood on began to form into a skin-like substance beneath his feet. If the world around Sparrow was allowed to completely form into the different dimension, the child would be trapped within a completely different dimension.

Sparrow pulled his hand away and crawled back, eyes wide with fear. "I... don't know if you're a good tree." The glimmer then turned around and ran from the town center as quickly as he could, heading towards the inn once more. When he made it there he swung the door open before quickly slamming it behind him and leaning against it, a petrified look on his face as if he had just out run something that had been chasing him.

'It's Spica Tremille, I'm a witch.' She frankly said, as the three arrived shortly at the inn. Opening the door, she found another prepared table and the earlier dragon lady. Seeing that she had opted to catch and eat a deer instead was embarrassing, especially in a public space. Anyhow, she could send Alluriae off to the other members and then maybe wind down for the night.
'Here we are. That old bat drinking wine over there is Freyja, you should introduce yourself. Once you do that you can give an introduction to the rest of the group.' She gave her a little push from behind. 'Now go on your way, don't just stand there.'
She then looked to Rory, 'Now what exactly happened at that tree? I suppose you don't want to talk about it, however.'
