Amil smiled at the man's order. "Ooooooh that sounds good! I think I'll get some too~!" He chimed as he removed his hand from the receiver. "Okay, uh, hello? Yes, that'll be two orders of strawberry pancakes an-" He cut himself off as he heard a phrase slip out of Nace's mouth that the man had never expected to hear. His eyes widened and he looked over to Nace, a long silence beginning to draw out between the two. The confused worker on the other end of the phone snapped Amil out of his trance and his face immediately ignited into a bright red. "O-o-oh y-yeah! S-sorry! That'll, uh... that'll be all, thanks!!" He stammered out as he quickly hung the phone up and turned back to his partner. "I'm sorry, what..?" He questioned. "Y-you wanna... I mean, you.." Amil leaned back onto his bed and stared at the ceiling, completely caught off guard by the suggestion Nace had thrown his way. He let out a long sigh as he tried to gather his thoughts before sitting up and looking back at Nace, face still red as his soulmate's hair. "Uhm.... Y-yeah, okay.. Sure, but, uh... why?" Nace blushed deeply, already cursing himself internally for the mental slip up. That wasn't what he wanted to talk about!! This was far worse than bringing up Zadinya! Feelings were not supposed to be on the table for discussion!!But he'd dug himself into a hole. Now they'd HAVE to talk about it. Ugh. What a shit storm. "I-It's just," Curse this stammer!! "Well, two weeks is enough to feel things out..." Okay, better, "so like...I don't know it just seems like a good next step." Step?! What the fuck does that mean?! He took a deep breath before pushing himself up on the bed so he was looking at Amil, trying his best to pretend like his face wasn't matching the same hue as his partner. "Look, I haven't really thought about fucking anyone else since this whole thing started. And I don't know, I guess I'm not used to that. So maybe it means something. Or whatever." He scoffed and turned his face away in embarrassment. |

Amil felt a warm smile creep across his face the more Nace tried to explain himself, giggling at how cute it was that he was finally showing a side Amil had previously thought never existed. As Nace turned away from him, the man's face as red as a cherry, Amil looked off to the side as he contemplated what to say next. After all, he'd never expected this from the man. He had THOUGHT that last night was the extent of sentiment and genuine affection he was ever going to get out of Nace. "So, basically.... you're asking me to go steady with you, yeah?" He cooed, looking back at his partner. "No one else? Just me and you?" He fully turned his head to face Nace, a cheerful grin still plastered across his blushing face. "Well well, you drive a hard bargain Nace, sooooooo...." Amil stood up from his seat on his own bed and walked over to Nace, standing in the space where Nace's legs hung off the bed. He lightly grabbed the sides of the man's face and turned them to face his. "I accept~! To be honest, there's no one here I'd rather be with than you, anyways~!" He chimed as he leaned forward and kissed his boyfriend.  |

Alraada's cheeks tinted pink at vale's protective and kind gesture as they headed down the stairs. The slight uneasiness was something she was able to ignore, as she told herself over and over in her mind that he didn't want to hurt her. "Yeah! And we should try for the rest of the experiment, too." She chimed softly, giving the other a smile. Rolled towards the door that led to the lobby. She pulled it open, admittedly with some struggle, and held it for vale, keeping her kind expression. "Ready?" She inquired, trying her best to push off the nervousness that was building up in her. --------- Galystris tiredly examined the menu for things that would stay within the constraints of her diet. "Eggs Benedict." She spoke plainly with a bored shrug, expecting a date full of small talk and conversations she couldn't care less about. How boring. Maicy has waited for a around 14 minutes. Well, at least that's what it says on her phone. You could never tell, due to how freaking cracked the phone is. This is something I need to cover; I'm lucky enough to be be able to do stuff with this device.
Aberdeen breathed a sigh of relief as they reached Maicy and waved. "Heyooo, wanna go grab some breakfast now? I'll probably just get something to go and eat it back at the hotel room, once I shower and what not." They chuckled lightly as they began heading towards the cafe. Maicy turned around and see Aberdeen. She give them a smile and waved back as they arrived. "Sounds like a plan." Maicy said pretty cheerfully, as well as giving a bit of a thumbs up "I have been feeling a little hungry so yeah, it'd be a good idea for me to eat right now." As Maicy said that, she followed her partner to the cafe. As she had a glanced inside the bar, she sees Galystris and Piami. While she is releaved that Piami is okay and had not dealt with Alti's bullshit, she grimaced slightly at the sight of the military soldier, given the last time the two interact and how much of a disaster that ended in. Though, for now, unless there is a major problem, it's best to leave them be for now. "For the past few days, I made the mistake of not eating as much as I usually do. Guess my immune system felt a little under-cooked?" Maicy chuckled only to realized how terrible the that pun was "Eheheh, that joke was terrible. Pretend you didn't hear that." she spoken while smiling nervously.
Your father is starting to influence you more and more, Maicy.

Piami chimed As they waited for a waiter or a waitress to arrive, Piami's phone rang, indicating that she received a text message. "Oh! I wonder who texted me." Piami checked her phone and see who texted her. It's from her aunt, saying that the progress with her mother's recovery, while slowly, is progressing better than before. "Hey Galy, I got good news from my aunt." Piami said cheerfully "She said that while it's going slowly, my mother's recovery is going better than before." Then Piami remember something. "Oh! That reminds me. I still have to ask the scientist if she'll allow going to the hospital to visit my mother during the days here." |

His eyes closed for a moment and he let himself fall backwards slowly onto the bed. ~~TIMESKIP~~ "Two times in one hour? I mean I'm not complaining, honestly." Nace huffed just as there was a knock at their door. "Aw, hell," He muttered, pulling up his shorts as fast as he could before going up to the door. "Fuck do you want?" He yelled as he opened it, only to be greeted by a member of the kitchen staff, holding their order of pancakes. "Oh, sweet!" Nace grabbed the plates from the poor staff member before slamming it shut with his foot. "Put it on our tab!!" He called as he walked back over to the beds, setting one on the plates on the nightstand next to Amil.
"Ready!" Vale cried joyously, taking hold of the door himself to allow his soul mate to ease out. He started to make his way towards the cafe, but seemed to second guess himself. "Why don't...we go out?" He suggested, gesturing towards the front entrance. "I'm sure other couples had the same idea as us. Let's not take a chance. There were a bunch of little cute shops we passed on the drive to the zoo yesterday--!" He faltered, remembering how that drive had ended, and awkwardly let out a low giggle as he rubbed the back of his head. "Let's just get out of here." He whispered. "I don't want to mess up another date..." |

After a relaxing day, and a relaxing week to follow that, Elenara showed herself the the group of people she so despised with another one of her unnervingly smug grins. "Hello, my precious test subjects! Today, My plans have finally been realized!" She chimed. She cleared her throat and smugly gave a grin. "You are going to be on test of courage! Don't know what that is? Its when they release you into a forest, and you race to get a flag with no source of direction! With people lined up at every corner to scare you!! Whoever gets the flag first wins!! Sounds incredibly safe, right?" after the explanation, she herded them all into a bus. Before they knew it, they were ushered to a gate outside where an announcer explained the same thing elenara did with briefing on the rules for forfeiting. If one member of a couple says that they forfeit after a 10 minute grace period (4 posts for person that wants to forfeit), the couple will be taken out of the forest and taken to a "theatre" where they watch the rest of the group live on TV! Sent off to different areas of the forest, the couples were given the ok to start their journey!  ((green is able trees/ bushes that the couples are able to see and walk through. Red is trees/bushes that the couples cannot see or walk through I'd reccommend tracking the couple's movement with every post. I will PM you when someone will scare your character. I have completed routes for every character, and if it is nessecary to show them, I will show them) DATE: COMMENCE! |

Aberdeen wasn't at all amused with the 'date' that Elenara was putting them through. In fact, the idea was downright stupid. With each couple having at least one person with little to no control, this whole 'game' was bound to end in disaster from the beginning. Not to mention Aberdeen had a horrible pension for screaming at even the slightest jumpscare accompanied by the fact that any 'jump' or 'steam outburst' they had would be broadcast to millions of viewers. Once the couples were positioned inside the forest, Aberdeen let out an annoyed sigh. The dense trees and greenery that laid ahead of Aberdeen and Maicy just screamed 'horror movie' and the fighter clenched their fist as they struggled with the idea that they might hit someone if they hop out at them. "So uh..." Aberdeen started. "Do we wanna just forfeit right away, or actually try and win this. Cuz given Vale is in the contest, I'm kinda stressin' about our safety.." They scratched the back of their neck as they looked over at their partner. "I mean, you could hop on my back and I could probably sprint this whole thing if we really wanted to try and win, but like... its up to you, I guess." 
Amil raised his eyebrow at the new challenge presented before him and his partner. A 'Test of Courage' was the last thing he'd expected out of this kind of experiment, where cute dates had seemed to be the main motif. He simply shrugged it off and obeyed the scientist's orders on where to start in the forest. He looked over at Nace and snickered. "Thiiiiis is gonna be a blast, huh?" He said, sarcastically. Once they were given the 'O.K.' to start, Amil placed his hands on his hips and grinned at his boyfriend. "So! Whattya wanna do? Wanna win this thing? Or go fuck off in the woods somewhere?" He giggled. "We can be like that one couple who always happens to run off to bang in horror flicks. But hopefully without the 'dying' part, y'know?" He joked as he latched onto Nace's arm. "Lead the way~!"  |

With the plan Elenara had set up, both Maicy and Piami have a pretty bad feeling about this "date" Elenara set up. Though, Piami, while scared, is a little more optimistic. 
This is pretty much the second worst idea that Elenara has made. The first being that stupid punishment date. Maicy sigh a bit as she and her panter are just put on the spot. Unless it's how others she care about, Maicy is not scared too easily. It's just the mere idea that she may end up looking like an asshat on live television is what almost makes her want to just forfiet from the this bullshit. Plus, while she's not sure about the friends Aberdeen has back at home for them, Maicy is damn sure that Celesthy, Heremia, Faiman, Junkyo, and Yapaiko are gonna be watching. Mainly Celesthy, since she remember during the times she caught a glimps her friend watching this show at times almost every time until Maicy joined the expiriment. Still, part of Maicy just want to just get this over with and try to win "So uh..." Aberdeen started. "Do we wanna just forfeit right away, or actually try and win this. Cuz given Vale is in the contest, I'm kinda stressin' about our safety.." They scratched the back of their neck as they looked over at their partner. "I mean, you could hop on my back and I could probably sprint this whole thing if we really wanted to try and win, but like... its up to you, I guess." Maicy looked over to Aberdeen and thought about it. "I have mixed feelings about this" Maicy spoken "On one hand, I'm kinda hesitant to go on with this show. I'm not fully scared of this forest, I just think something is going to hell real fast, given the type of group we had to deal with." She scratched the said of her face. "One the other hand, if we avoid them enough, we can try...." She thought about it. "I think I am heading towards the forfeit though." Don't wanna make an ass outta myself on Television.... "I wonder if we can find way to get out.."
Piami took a coco bean that was used in coffee, as well at the pills she figured Giaile left for her. A boost of confidence as well as calming the nerves would help for. I think? If Piami hadn't gotten those, she would freak out a lot. Once everyone is in their positions, Piami looked up to Galystris with a bit of a curious look. "So, shall we find that flag, Galy?" Piami asked |

He glanced over at Amil, debating whether or not competing was in the cards for them, but he knew if they chose to they likely would have a not-so-pleasant run in with his ex that could result in another large scale fight. And while destroying the reputations of supers even further sounded GREAT to the biased bastard, he was sure Vale would find trouble on his own to fuck things over quite nicely. "Sex in the woods? A little tame, but on live television? Fuck yeah, I'm into that shit." He leaned down a bit to nuzzle his partner's neck before making his way towards a heavily thick area of trees.
Vale felt a shiver run down his spine as Alraada and him stood, surrounded on all sides by trees and bushes. It wasn't the idea of someone popping out at him that had him tensed, but that the other couples could already be moving at this point. And what he might 'accidentally' do if anyone were to confront them. He should just...d-drop--. NO! Screw that! He could do this! It was just a stupid game, right?! Even if he didn't win EVERYTHING WOULD BE FUCKING FINE BECAUSE HE WAS PERFECTLY FINE AS WELL!!!!! He turned to Alraada with a burning fire in his eye. "ALRIGHT! LET'S DO THIS, DARLING!" |

Galystris didn't want to be on TV at all, much less on an arbitrary show such as this one, with a partner such as this who would do that stupid thing where she would cling to her arm when she got scared. She groaned at Piami's inability to take the first step and spoke. "No. We're not going to get the flag Sarcasm filled her tone as she gave piami an annoyedly inquisitive look. "Yes we are, you imbecile. Can't you take the first step for once?" She grumbled, heading forward without offering Piami any means to catch up. ------- Alraada, now on crutches, sported a horrified yet desensitized expression this time around, knowing what is to come. "vale...I...I can't...don't hurt anyone." She sputtered, not masking her emotions very well. "I'm gonna...I'm gonna blindfold you so you can't see anyone so you don't h--- don't get hurt." She untied the ribbon from her hair that had become a comfort object of some sort, despite how it looked to be slightly tattered and aged when untied, and tied it over Vale's eyes. "Follow he sound of my voice and don't...do anything stupid." She felt like her words would never reach him, and it was apparent in her tone. Understanding the repeating cycle their relationship had gone through, she knew he would do something, spew out an apology, and shed forgive him. That's how it went. Even though it turned out the same way each time, it wore more and more on her psyche and physical state as well. Aberdeen shrugged as they began walking into the woods. "Don't get left behind! Wouldn't wanna be left alone in these spoooooooky woods, now would ya?" They joked, putting on a confident facade as they passed the first few set of trees, heart pounding.
"Ooooooooh won't the audience be in for a surprise~!" Amil cooed as he walked along side his partner into the thicket. "How quickly do you think they'll censor us, hm? And how many people do you think will make those stupid 'reaction' videos online?" He snickered as he glanced around the forest, trying to spot any sign of the 'monsters' that were bound to jump out at them.
Part of Amil wanted to wake his amalgamates up to show these people something truly terrifying, but decided against it in favor of him and Nace's current plan. Finding us will probably scare them more than anything I could cook up.. He chuckled to himself as he kissed his partner's neck. "How far into these woods do you think we should go before putting on the reeeeeeal show~?" He chimed.

Alti listened to the experimenter's instructions with a smug look in his eyes, the man almost finding it difficult to take Elanara's disparaging grin seriously this time around. It wasn't the new twist from their otherwise more innocent dates (in fact, he welcomed challenges of most kinds) that excited him, but a mix from both the event taking place in a dark forest added with the promise of getting 'frightened' by hired jump-scarers at random that had him hopping in place. This would truly be an exhilarating experience for him, even it was a tad insulting that the woman actually believed a few dimly-dressed nobodies jumping out of nowhere was intense enough to spook him, the man who spent his childhood years getting used to the spontaneous roars and hisses of the otherworldly beings that he chose to call 'family'. A quick bus ride and they arrived at their leafy destination, Alti quickly taking Cyrus' hand and dragging him to the starting point after the announcer finished blabbing. TV, huh? he absentmindedly thought, his eyes far too busy taking in the forest to worry about the whole game being broadcasted (as if there were anything to be worried about!). It was like watching a kid in a candy store; the wonder in his eyes was almost... childlike. "Ohhhhh shit, does this bring back memories!" he exclaimed, secretly hoping that whoever could've been hiding in the thicket of wood and leaves surrounding them would hear their target. Alti swung his boyfriend's arm a few times as they strolled towards a clearing in the trees and bushes. "I almost don't feel like portalling to the finish line! How long do ya' think this'll take us on foot?" he giggled. ((I will draw up the ref later)) |

So if you're planning on getting in on the action, friends, come on out now!" He snickered to himself before turning back to Amil. "This is far enough. I'd like to be able to still see so I don't lay down in anything poisonous; that would make for a shitty 'date' if you can even call this one." He grabbed his partner by his shoulders and pushed him roughly into the clearest spot of grass nearby, although twigs and small stones littered the forest floor. The two were bound to get cut up and bruised from this adventure, not that either would really mind. "You've been having your fun with me for awhile now, so why don't I return the favor~," He muttered, wrapping one arm around his soulmate's waist.
Vale frowned deeply as he felt the ribbon sliding over his eye. Well, it wasn't exactly well lit in this area. He could deal with the inconvenience. "Alright, but if we'll have to compromise then." He leaned down and gestured with his chin. "Drop the crutches and get on my back. You'll be my eyes through this." |

"Heheh, yeaaaah!" Aberdeen chuckled nervously, scratching the back of their head as their aura lit up into a bright pink out of embarrassment. When Maicy saw how jumpy Aberdeen truly was, she definitely would have a different opinion of the fighter. As the two traveled deeper into the woods, Aberdeen grew more and more nervous with each step. Nothing had jumped out yet, and each moment that passed only built more tension in their mind.
Amil tapped his finger to his face, a bit perturbed about how little the two could do in such a short amount of time. His thoughts were cut short as Nace screamed into the woods, the man giggling at his partner's outburst. "Well, aren't you just the most romantic~!" He snickered as the two came to a stop. Amil surveyed the area, trying to spot any potential 'scarers' just waiting to get a peak at the two. Amil was surprised at Nace taking the lead, grinning seductively as he was shoved to the ground, moaning slightly as things began to heat up. He bit his lip as Nace slid his arm around Amil's waist, and responded to the gesture by wrapping his own arms around the red head's neck. "Oh yes, I've been having looooads of fun with you~! It's only fair that you get your turn." He purred as he kissed his partner, passionately. ((Movement))  |
