Bracelets for the soul

Aberdeen looked up towards Maicy, a tinge of guilt starting to build inside them. They'd been sharing too much, there's no need to bring negative things into this whole situation. "Eeeeeh, don't worry about it. Today's just a bad day! I'm sure tomorrow will be much better! I'm almost positive those scientists will have some weird thing for us to do, heheh." They chuckled nervously again. 

Aberdeen laid back on the bed, trying to think of some way to make this whole day better, but nothing came to mind. What with the new members, along with one of them hating supernatural auras and the another being a sexual deviant, this day was pretty awful. They could only hope that tomorrow would hold something better.

Amil looked around the hallway, an occasional person coming in and out of their room but other than that, nothing special. He decided to quit moping and stood up from the ground, gripping at his stomach. He hadn't eaten anything since he got here, and all his 'exercise' had left him famished. That cafe downstairs is surely still open... He thought to himself as he began walking towards the stairway.

He might as well stuff his face, since that'd be about the most exciting thing that'd happen for the rest of the day. Amil couldn't help but grumble in annoyance at himself as he began descending the staircase, thoroughly irritated at the utter lack of anything happening. Things were too peaceful, too calm, too....boring. It reminded him of a time long past, but quickly pushed those thoughts out of his mind.

"No need to dwell on failed romance~" He scoffed. "There's much more...."love" in the air here." He giggled to himself as he entered the cafe.

Aberdeen felt their aura turn a bright pink at Maicy's words, before bursting into laughter. "That was so cheesy, you dork!" They giggled uncontrollably before turning to face Maicy, still blushing regardless of the fact Maicy couldn't see them. "But....I'm really glad I got to spend time with you too.... despite all the terrible things that happened today.."

Aberdeen giggled a bit more as they stared at their soulmate, their heart beginning to beat faster and faster. "You're....really pretty..." They spoke softly, their face igniting into a sea of pink once more.

Amil was seated at a table for two shortly after entering the cafe and was given a menu to look over. He thanked the waiter and began drifting off. He stared towards the empty chair across from him, frowning a bit as it was sure to be a lonely dinner today. He couldn't help but wonder what his supposed soulmate was up to, before chuckling to himself.

"The idiot is probably causing havoc for other people right now." He snickered before frowning once more. He placed his head in his hands before speaking aloud to himself once more. "What the hell is wrong with me today..?" He pulled his hair back as the waiter arrived, asking if he'd like to start off with something to drink, which he responded with "Whatever has the most alcohol in it. I need it after a day like this" He chuckled as the waiter agreed and walked off once more.

Amil looked over the menu, trying to think of what he was hungry for but nothing on the menu really fancied him. His drink arrived and he immediately downed it, the fruitiness of the drink catching him off guard for a moment. He placed his empty glass on the table and continued looking through the menu, his mind still fixated on relationships.

"Too bad no one wants to speak with me." He chuckled to himself "Now I'm genuinely curious on how the others are doing." He spoke quietly as he tossed the menu to the table.

    Cyrus chuckled as his partner's confidence seemed to return, There's that signature smirk, he grinned, running his fingers through Alti's hair gently as he slung his arms around his neck and pulled in close. "Sucks to be him~" he teased back and winked, his hand running down his soulmate's back as they locked gazes.



    The scientist felt his cheeks flush at his partner's final comment, smiling warmly and opening his mouth to respond, his words and inevitable stutter cut short with a sudden heated kiss. The only sound that escaped was a small grunt, his chest now pressed up against the other's as Alti's back hit the door. The heat continued to rise to his cheeks as the kiss became more and more fervent, Cyrus's heart pounding in his chest as he gazed back at his partner once the kiss had momentarily broken.

    He'd previously wanted to say something along the lines of 'I won't disappoint,' although perhaps a bit snappier. Coyer. But instead, he decided to let his actions speak louder than any uttered words possibly could, eagerly following his partner into the bathroom.

    Cyrus panted heavily and pressed his cheek against Alti's shoulder, kissing his neck gently before reaching back behind him and twisting the handle until the water slowed to a stop. Kissing the other man's neck a couple more times he finally pulled back, a gentle blush still coating his cheeks. "You should wear the ponytail again. It was... cute," he whispered softly before grinning at him and kissing his cheek. Turning, he stepped out of the shower, collecting a couple of towels for the both of them.

    Sliding behind Alti he grabbed him from behind with the towel, laughing and rubbing his shoulders with it. "That was a lot of fun~ Might be feeling that one in the morning," he winked, starting to dry himself off. He looked over at Alti as he toweled himself off, the blush still lingering faintly on his cheeks. Despite his initial skepticism coming into the experiment, he was really enjoying his time with his partner. The cool, dry air from the bedroom sent a chill through his body once he cracked the door open, Cyrus removing the towel from around his waist and draping it across his shoulders as he sauntered over to his luggage to grab some sleepwear.

Aberdeen detested the idea of going to the beach. Water washing away the prosthetics, getting sand inside their prosthetic head, the whole idea of going to the beach was a pain. That wasn't going to stop them from trying to enjoy themself, however. They threw on their favorite swim trunks (they brought just in case they DID reveal their head to everyone) and a tank top and headed off to the beach.

Upon arriving, the sun was beating down on them already but it wasn't necessarily bad. They chuckled to themself as they stepped onto the warm sand and laid a towel out far from the water. They weren't taking any chances with losing their head while here. The least they could do is tan a bit.

Upon hearing the news that they were heading to the beach, a smile spread across Amil's face. It had been a good 4 or 5 years since he had been to the beach, but couldn't remember why it had been so long. No matter. Amil grabbed his bathing suit and immediately got dressed. Upon entering the bus, he couldn't help but bounce in excitement. Why hadn't he gone to the beach sooner? He used to love the beach! Upon nearing the beach, however, he remembered why he stopped going.

After leaving the bus, he could see it way out in the distance. A pier. Amil shook a bit upon seeing it, but decided not to let it ruin his day. The sun was bright, the sound of waves crashing against the shore filled his ears, and he couldn't help but feel a wave of nostalgia hit him. One of the first things he noticed upon arrival was Alraada wearing something quite similar to what he was. A genuine smile spread across the man's face as he ran up to her and grabbed her arms.

"Oh my gosh, Alraada! You look so cute! I love that wetsuit!" He exclaimed excitedly. Upon realizing what he was doing, however, he quickly dropped the girl's arms and scratched the back of his head. "Uh...I mean....Nice, uh...wetsuit..." His cheeks flushed red slightly out of embarrassment. What the fuck was that..? Why did you just do that?!?

While still embarrassed, he grinned happily at the girl. "Heheh...I haven't worn this old thing in a long time.." He looked down at the ground to hide his embarrassment "I'm honestly surprised it still fits, heh..." He shuffled his feet around in the sand before looking back up at Alraada. "Thank you, though! I'm really glad you like it! I'd say I'd hope my soulmate would but...." They went quiet for a moment, his face falling into a slight worried frown. "You know how he is...."

Amil looked around the beach, a sparkle in his eye at just how breathtaking it was to be back in a place like this. He couldn't keep his face from forming a genuine smile at the scenery alone. He looked down at the ground as he began speaking to Alraada again. "I'm uh....sorry...about how..y'know..how i am. I can't help it. It's a really bad habit. I've tried changing who I am so much for people that....I don't know, I guess I gave up on trying a long time ago...heheh.." He looked up at the girl, a warm smile on his face.

"I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable before...I hope we can...be friends.." Stop it. She won't care! This is a waste of breath! 

After ending the awful day with a cheesy but lighthearted note, the next day appeared. Seems that that it's beach time.

Maicy might be the odd one out when it comes to swimwear. As her mother told her to do at times, she is wearing a double the swimwear.



Once everyone arrive at the beach, the sun is bright and there are no terrible weathers. It's a little hot today, sure, but given how Maicy went on some missions where it's like 100 degress, this is nothng. She looked at Aberdeen.

"Well, this going to be fun today~."

It's the next day, where everyone is at the beach. Piami is excited. She remembered going to the beach when she was really young. She also gets to wear her cute swimwear.
