EDIT 6/5/2015; Really loving everyone's characters so far, but pretty soon I'm gonna have to stop letting people make girl delinquents. I will seperate the characters coming in by two years that the eries takes place so theres some change and allow for 92 characters available, but pretty soon I'm gonna have to say no more female delinquents, since including all of them might be difficult.
Hey guys! Toby here to say I'm opening space for background characters to be designed by all of you! After the success of Tenshi's create-a-character thread I realized I wanted to do the same! For me, fanime is about collaboration and inclusion. I really want people to have a hand in my creations and be able to make people feel included!
At the moment I can allow up to 48 background characters! Sounds like a lot right? Well the school has about 100 to 150 students, and I'm able to allow 24 normal class students and 12 delinquent-types for the delinquent class. I'm going to allow people to make up to three characters, 2 normal class students and 1 delinquent.
I really want different types of delinquents (ganguro gals, yankis, bikers, etc), so involving all of you is important to me.
SO. RULES.
1. You can make up to three characters (1 delinquent, 2 normal students).
2. Delinquents often avoid the uniform rules, and as such allow more creativity.
3. I'm striving for realism in the case of the normal students, which restricts what people can do. As such, the normal students should follow the school rules about hair color & uniforms (mostly).
4. This is a universe that is human-based, and in Japan. Please keep this in mind while you design your characters.
5. They can be characters from your fanime, but please choose who wisely.
6. If you'd like to voice them be sure to add that to your image.
7. Have fun!
The normal students don't really have many varieties of their uniforms, though some girls hike up their skirts to be /sexy/.
The delinquents often change their outfits in many ways. Skirt hiking, sewing, altering, wearing different pieces of clothing, etc.
Also the entire reason the delinquent class has different uniforms is that they get to wear the old 90's uniforms of the school's, wereas the regular classes have the newer uniforms.
Also feel free to include personality details, or if they're a delinquent why they're a delinquent! Can't wait to see what you create!
