A kingdom of gems most prized possession, a powerful, large gem’s powers (called the Grand Moonstone) has been stolen by the enemy and is being used against them to power their evil monsters. The kingdom has since fallen to darkness and sorrow.
The prince and princess of the Orion Kingdom are forced to take matters into their own hands, as their parents succumb to the darkness. They send their trusted fairies, Armel and Roma to seek the legendary Precure to save their land. Luppy follows suit to watch over the two.
It’s another day for Hiko Sozokumo as she makes her way to school. Just then she discovers a sparkling object in the grass. And that’s when a bear comes to greet her…

My name is Cure Ringo, and my friends, Cure Sumomo and Cure Amiko, are making a Pretty Cure fanime! As titled above, it's called, "Astral Skies Pretty Cure"! We're honto, honto, excited for this, and are asking for you to lend your voice to help us. We're planning to make this debut our 48 Hour Fanime Challenge. Just four requirements:
1) If you're auditioning for the first three main characters, you MUST be able to sing well in Japanese. They're idols.
2) Make sure your mic is clear from any noise in the background! This is very important, especially for our singers.
3) If you're going to audition as Tsunagi, Yume, or Hiko, please do a cover of Start;Dash! Just send it to us via Skype or E-mail.
4) Make sure you send your audition before or on July 6th.

Yume is an active, all round girl packed full of pep! She’s always ready to give it her all in everything that she’s doing. She is the most prolific member in the school’s tennis club and always attracts a lot of attention. She is always going through crush after crush and is generally boy crazy. She also likes to keep on top of the latest trends and catchphrases. Her catchphrase is “This is Yume’s Latest Scoop!” which is followed with something afterwards. She is the eldest sister and has younger brother and sister who are twins, and Yume is always looking out for them. Her alter ego is Cure Meteor.
Lines:
Hey TsunTsun, got snacks? I feel pretty worn out after all that dancing.

A blaze in the sky! Falling from galaxies afar, Cure Meteor!

Tsunagi is a big old tsundere. She has an older sister whom she looks up to, but can’t really beat her. With all of the pressure put on her by her peers and her parents, she now has an inferiority complex, and gives her 110 percent for everything, even if it costs friendships. She is the current student council president. Her alter ego is Cure Constellation.
Lines:
(sigh) You've been doing this all month. Me and Yume's been holding it up so far.. but the future doesn't look so bright. We don't have a clue what they're going to do next, and three sounds better than two.

Hiko is feisty, blunt, and outgoing. She loves debates, but usually has her head faced towards her art, which she takes a lot of pride in. Her little brothers make her go crazy, but she makes an emphasis on how important family is in almost all of her conversations. She’s an ex-gang member. Her alter ego is Cure Nebula, the leader of Astral Skies Pretty Cure.
Lines:
Listen, I’m sure whatever kind of project...robot...company...thing you’re from is desperate for money or whatever, but it shouldn’t be wasting its money on this.
I’m going to connect the stars again! Upon the moonstone, grant my wish! Precure, Interstellar Connection!
The nursery for newborn stars in our beloved universe! Cure Nebula!

A bear who’s always half sleepy. Alnilam’s partner fairy. Ends sentences with “Gao!” Is paired with Hiko.
Voice: Tenor
A wolf who looks out for Roma and Armel. Minitak’s partner fairy. Knows of his betrayal. Cool and collected and ends sentences rarely in Luppy. (Only when he’s flustered.) Is paired with Tsunagi.
Voice: Depends on the negative person
Monsters made from malicious wishes and the manipulation of the Grand Moonstone. They feast and grow bigger from humans’ negative energy.
