Just a quick reminder that you should not post a request until AFTER you have finished a picture, and hopefully we can avoid any confusion like this in the future.

As for this particular situation... Well there's no easy solution. For now I think all we can do is give Nuci the benefit of the doubt and assume she'll finish the picture. For sake of fairness, we'll say she's under 'penalty' until the picture is done, and thus can't participate further until it's posted. There isn't a whole lot else I can do without tangling this up further.

Otherwise, continue from Melty's request as usual.))
