Manasa carefully sewed flowers into the circle of autumn leaves, cutting them by the stem with one of her daggers with precision and skill which suggested a knowledge of floristy. As she did so she listened on to her allies coming around the fire, a small smile forming on her face. Oxy's enthusiasm was infectious, she prayed that this would be a trait he'd keep for the rest of his life. With the first lantern done, Manasa held it back to observe her handiwork- a myriad of memories beginning to wellspring forth. The act of arranging flowers was a bittersweet one, it signalized her brief married life where for not even a year here entire world changed.
She had been deemed by her parents unworthy of carrying on the tradition of dancing, never being able to crawl out of the shadow her brother had cast. In a rush she was built of a ground up- her foundation as a dancer replaced with that of a house wife. If she could just marry into a good family... her rebellious spirit would no longer trouble her parent's hearth. It was of little success. Bachelor after bachelor turned Manasa away until finally the only one that would take her was a man much older than her. His first wife had given birth two three children, all unworthy, until finally dying in her forth pregnancy. He was convinced it was due to the fact she was not pretty enough. Manasa despised him with every fiber of her being.
The only good things that came from her marriage was the brief ray of hope that was the child Manasa later lost and the skills that she learned. During those months Manasa took comfort in arranging flowers and sewing tapestries. All around her were her beautiful creations, her last form of expression during a time when dance was forbidden.
Manasa took one of the candles and cut two inches off of the tip, making sure the wick was long enough and then placing it in the center of the arrangement. She then considered the story Zerah told, a tiny and mischievous smile forming on her face. "A.... aaaa... CHOOO!" Manasa gave an over exaggerated sneeze.

Luair had plodded her way to the fire, and found a place to sit down. The events today had certainly worn her quite down, and she was losing energy quite quickly. However the warmth had knocked this a tad down. She looked at Galystris who was conversing with others around here. She didn't think it'd be good to approach her once again so she refrained to do so. Galystris' eyes began to wander as the main topic of the conversation seemed to have shifted to Zerah's ghost story. She wasn't terribly interested, nor was she an active part of the conversation. As she looked aroun she spotted Luair, and since she wasn't accompanied by Osseus, who would probably just tell her to buzz off, she seemed it to correct time to make a second attempt at an apology. Galystris walked towards her. "Miss Luair. Do you have a moment?" She called. "I understand if you don't want to be around me, but I tried to say something earlier, and I don't think you heard me...." Her eyes then fell again upon the scrapes she has caused. She wasn't fully aware of the damage she had caused until now. "Erm...the thing I wanted to say was. I'm sorry. I was really inconsiderate out there..." She said sheepishly. She felt rather guilty for her actions.

Luair saw that her apology was only earnest and thus accepted it. She didn't want to prolong the feud any longer. 'It is fine. I also should had picked a better time for my lecturing.' Luair smiled, and removed an item from her rucksack. 'You look a lot better than on the battlefield, though you can never be too careful.' She handed her the same leaf she'd given to Altheron. 'If you ingest this it may help with any other pains you have.'
Before she could forget she handed one more over. 'And could you give this to Osseus? I would do it myself but..' She blushed. 'I do not think I can right now.'
The situation between herself and Galystris may have ended, but with Osseus it was another story. It didn't occur to Luair that it was mostly one sided on her behalf, however. Such are the woes of a chronic worrywart.

She tensed up a bit at her request, but she smiled anyways. "And yes, I will." Galystris took the item from her, and hoped to god Osseus wouldn't get angry with her for some reason unknown to her. "I'll let you know when he has it, and thank you again." Quest accepted She waved politely as she headed off in the direction of Osseus, until she came upon him. "I know you don't want to see any more of me, but Miss.Luair told me to give this to you." She held out the item in her hand for the other to take. Galystris still smiled politely as she held it out, but she wasn't entirely happy to see this person ((@allie))

Pangs of worry overtook him as he struggled to think about the consequences of his letter to Altheron. If the guy really did live under a rock, then he's probably be wary of everything he did afterwards, severing what friendship they had before. Making enemies in this time was not his goal, and it showed when Galystris sauntered over to give him a gift from Luair. "Thanks," he muttered softly. He quickly ingested the leaf, soon after feeling the effects. It was then he just realizing how rude he was to her after seeing her write on the ground from severe burns. Hopefully she was just having a bad day and wasn't a vindictive jerk, so he had to give her the benefit of the doubt for now. "Sorry for getting all worked up, I guess it's not like me to worry about someone so much is all.." He trailed off, trying to collect his thoughts in one place. He'd have to ask Luair how the battle between the demons went later, probably to get a good range on how the two would work in battle together. Emily

I'd imgine everyone was a bit shaken up after the battle. Well, at least that's all patched up. She was rather relieved that he didn't hate her too much, that'd be quite hard to handle. "And if I was rude to you, I'm sorry as well." She shot the other a small smile, to that there was indicate no hard feelings. Well, at least for the most part. While she had not a single drop desire for revenge, she was indeed, a jerk, so she expected another 'slip up' on her part in the future, intentional or otherwise.

"Looks like the Algarees is coming for you tonight, Manasa!" He chuckled. He looked around the area, nobody seeming interested in following Zerah into the woods. This'd make his plan a lot more difficult. Zerah sighed in disappointment and walked back towards the fire. "Weeeeeeelp I guess you're all too chicken to go into the woods! Whatever! Come on, Celty. I guess it's just you and me." Zerah said, irritated. Zerah began walking towards the outside of the coliseum, the mask's eyes began glowing a bright purple again. Zerah grinned wickedly as he thought of a way his plan could still work.

Rezza pushed his body back up taking in the cool air. All of his emotions had come and gone and all that was left was his own exhaustion and a slight feeling of embarrassment for letting them get so out of control. Wiping his face on his sleeves the healer turned back to the fire noticing the strange new imp leaving the area. 'If these are the kind of people this group attracts... I DEFINITELY have no desire to stay whenever they take care of all these monsters.' He remarked to himself, the interactions he had had left him mostly distaste for this sort of company. Certainly none of them Rezza really liked at this point, it was down to those he didn't like and those he had no feelings for. Standing on his weak legs the healer made his way back towards the fire, making sure to sit as far from the pale shaman as he could. The healer's face was flushed and somewhat swollen, his eyes a tired red. Drawing in a breath he looked toward Zerah. "The fuck's that guys problem..." He mumbled to himself.

Zerah continued towards the woods with 'Celty' trying to travel rather quickly, so he may get this interaction done with as soon as possible.
You're gonna let ME stay in control, right?
Yes yes, you'll have full control over this petty prank you wish to pull.
A mischievous smile spread across his face as he and Celty began to get into the thick of the woods. The woods were nearly pitch black, with noises of wildlife abound. Zerah peered around the area, as if he was looking for something. He scratched the back of his head, ponderously. He turned to face Celty, a bit of a frown on his face.
"I swore I heard something out here. Just around this area." Zerah stated. "It has to be close b-" Zerah was cut off as a bush rustled near by, followed by the sound of a tree branch falling to the ground. Zerah jumped back a bit. These trees were much taller than he was, so for something to break something at that height put him at edge. Zerah turned back towards the witch, eyebrow raised.
"Look, I don't know what kind of trick your pulling, but I'M the one who is supposed to be playing the prank here." Zerah growled

Zerah growled Celty shrugged, combing through her hair with one hand absentmindedly. "I'm not trying to pull anything, I'm just here for the show." She made a gesture towards where the branch had fallen. "Go on, play your game," She realized how out of character she'd been acting for the last half hour and tried to put on a feigned appearance of fright. This was how the shifter would react, right? She'd be scared or something or--oh whatever, it didn't matter. She was sure the mask had clued Zerah in on the fact that 'Celty' was currently out at the moment. Clarissa dropped the act again only a few seconds later, looking incredibly bored. "If you want to scare someone, then fine, scare her. I really wasn't interested in speaking with you anyways," She closed her eyes for a second and when she opened them a familiar vibrant green reappeared. Celty looked around in total confusion. She'd been listening to Zerah's stupid tale one second, and the next she was in the woods with him, completely alone, "What the hell?" She spun around, looking towards the glow of the camp fire. She frowned deeply when she realized the stupid witch must have taken a joy ride again without letting Celty know. She quickly tried to assess her situation and pretended she'd been completely in control of herself this whole time. "Ah, yes, the woods, where we came to talk about...ah..." Wow, this was harder then she thought it would be. How the hell did Clarissa just plop herself into situations with such ease? "T-The story, yes, continue," she sweated nervously, eyeing Zerah out of the corner of her eye as she waited to see how off she was on what was actually happening.

"Oh no!" Manasa said, doing her best to repress giggles. She held her hand other her mouth to hide her growing smile. "I'm sure you'll protect me from him when you go out into the woods, though." Manasa watched as the imp made his way towards the woods, urging Celty to follow before turning back to her busy work, creating more floating lanterns. She had almost used up the first candle when she realized she had not even considered if one of the members would want one of their own. She raised her voice slightly to speak to the guild. "It's a goblin tradition that every year they have a festival of lights where they all make lanterns-" She lifted one of the lanterns she had made, "-and float them down stream... for the safe passing of the departed. I thought we could make them for the fallen guild members and then..." Manasa looked at forth lantern she had made, a small yet somewhat sad smile formed on her face. "Thought why not make more, for friends and family. If any of you wish I can lend you flowers and a sewing needle."

Zerah scowled as the witch seemed to disappear and the actual woman came back. Zerah rolled his eyes, while his mask's eyes began to glow even brighter. "God damn it. You're filthy witch started playing some stupid joke on me and left. Let's just go back to camp, she ruined the fun by trying to do her own stupid prank." Zerah scoffed. He began to walk back towards camp when another branch broke, falling down in front of him, causing him to jump back. He stared at the branch for a moment and glared at Celty. "LOOK. I said the joke was over! This isn't funny." Zerah growled as his mask's frown turned into a smile. "I just want to go back to camp now, so you can drop the act." Another branch landed next to Celty, nearly landing right on top of her, followed by a rustle in the bushes. Zerah's head snapped to the side, and a whisper came from behind him. A chill ran up Zerah's spine. "D-did.....did you..s-say something..." Zerah said, his voice trembling. Zerah had heard the voice loud and clear, but didn't want to consider the fact that someone other than Celty was here. Suddenly, the mask's mouth opened, an inhuman sigh escaping it's mouth. " Aaaah... My face....there you are...." {Spoiler - Click to View} A hand the size of Zerah's entire body emerged from the abyss-like darkness of the forest, grabbing Zerah from behind. Zerah let out a blood-curdling scream followed by "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?? THIS WASN'T THE PLAN! LET ME GO! YOU SAID I'D BE IN CONTROL!" followed by other pleas for mercy and begs for help. One final scream was let out as the sound of a body being crushed could be heard, drops of blood landing at Celty's feet. All was quiet for what seemed like an eternity, with the mask's glowing eyes peered out through the darkness. "Tonight your life will surely cease......At the hands, of the Algarees.."The beast that seemingly killed Zerah began creeping out of the darkness. This beast's form was very different from the one Zerah had taken during the battle. The beast began to inch closer and closer to Celty, it's mouth agape, blood dripping from it's 'teeth.' "Run. You filthy witch."

She didn't even have time to register that Zerah knew that she was witch. She was already shaken and out of it from being possessed, having something like this happen so suddenly had her heart beating out of her chest. She opened her mouth and screamed the loudest she ever had in the past few years, the shock and anxiety of the day finally taking its toll on her as she cowered in fear. ~~~ Oxy had watched his mother go, sighing in relief that he wouldn't have to interact with her anymore and try and play any of the witches mind games. He cuddled up next to Enoch and rested his face against the man's side, not even seeing if this was okay with him. He was just dozing off when a blood-curling scream could be heard echoing from the woods. His ears pricked up, and he was alert in an instant. "Mama..." he whispered, tugging on Enoch's cloak as fear pulled at his insides. "Mama!" He assumed the worst after everything had happened that day, looking around pleading to see if anyone else had heard the scream. He didn't wait for a reply, getting to his feet and taking off into the woods from the direction he had seen them go before. "Mama! Mama!"

Enoch pursed his lips and glanced over at Celty curiously. She certainly had a different demeanor about her than usual, bantering back and forth with Zerah. When she's like this? He looked back at Oxy questioningly, realizing the toddler had huddled behind him, almost as if he were some kind of protector. Unsure what to say, he lightly patted Oxy's shoulder.
"It's okay, kid," he soothed, looking down at him curiously before going back to the chitter chatter among the others at the campfire. Manasa seemed to be making some sort of memorial to honor the dead.
The priest with his complete and total lack of artistic inclination smiled a bit wryly. I'm pretty sure any abomination I attempted to make would have Cyrus and the other priests laughing all the way to the afterlife.
"Oxy, wait!" Enoch shouted, cursing under his breath as he heard Celty scream. Grabbing his weapon, he stood up from his seat at the campfire, an obvious look of aggravation and irritation on his face. What the hell is that imp playing at with a prank like this!? After everything we went through today... Without another moment of hesitation, he broke into a run, pursuing Oxy closely into the forest.

Manasa startled at the sudden, chaotic turn of events. Without thinking to bring her scimitar with her, she ran after Oxy and the time mage. She was a fool to let the imp and Celty venture into the woods alone. He was just recruited, and his motives and actions unknown if not downright sketchy. Manasa wanted to think the best of the imp,but he was on thin if not crackling ice.
"Enoch, Oxy! Be careful!" She called out, it was getting dark and who knew what was lurking in there.
