Enoch stared at her in dismay as she began to panic, entirely unsure how to even react to the situation. Earlier she'd been asking him if he had any theories for her altered appearance and now, he couldn't do anything but watch in bewilderment as she dropped everything and scurried up the tree. Quietly, he picked up everything she'd dropped during her hysteria, questions spinning in his mind as he waited in the snowy silence of the forest.
What would cause her appearance to revert like that? And why did she...
He remained in place and worried his bottom lip between his teeth. His slightly trembling hands gripped tightly to the materials, and his eyes darted back and forth, trying to detect any hint towards her whereabouts. But before he could worry too long, Ooro cracked open the hidden entrance to her home.
Enoch nodded his head slightly, pushing his way through the vines into the entrance of the tree. Once he was inside and had closed the concealed entrance behind him, he took a moment to stop and stare at the tree house's set up. "Amazing," he mumbled, looking at the vast amounts of items that climbed towards the ceiling. To the nomad, the amount of objects Ooro had amassed over the decades was absolutely mind boggling.
The priest complied and made his way over to her, stepping carefully around any obstacles or items collected in piles on the floor, stumbling a little bit before reaching the central area. Upon closer inspection, he noticed her ears were a very nearly luminescent shade of red. Is she embarrassed? The corners of his lips tugged up a bit before he set down the materials beside her.
"That should be all of it," he sighed, tilting his head and double-checking the jumble of materials before looking over at her.

Luair yawned and nudged her eyes a tad. She had trekked for almost an hour without any breaks and was now in an area she could barely recognize. From her hulking bag, she pulled out her compass for direction.
"If I go north from here, I'm sure to find something... right?" she said to herself. The world that she knew no longer existed, and what was left in stead was still unknown to her. For the time being she then laid a blanket on the ground to sit, and unwrapped a parcel of dried foods to eat.
What she saw was an unknown world, but by just sitting and eating Luair found herself once more coming to love it.

If I walk slow enough, maybe he can follow me.
She disappeared into the woods, perking her ears as she did so to hear if any footsteps trailed behind. Osseus seemed to be occupied at the moment with the young weaponsmith from before. Altheron watched as the young elf dumped all of his dull weapons on- oh, what's his name again? Altheron turned his back away from the the small group to ponder at it. Sure, he could've just asked the boy for his name again, but it was much more fun to recall it on one's own. Nnnnn-, he thought, struggling to bring the name into light. He just couldn't envision the letters. If only he could read...... "No, it is not possible," he said simply and to himself. He'd ask later, preferrably after whats-his-name found the staff he was looking for. Scanning the area, not a tool with such a description could be distinguished amongst the smelly rotting corpses. Still, he wanted to be of some form of use, so he tried his best to put his feelings toward the dead aside and look for armor like his elven friends were doing before he turned around. He crouched down to begin his search, poking through a few bodies for supplies until... As she turned to head back down stream, something white floated fluttered by. And then another... Altheron stood frozen in place as the white, fluffy orbs fell to the ground, a few of them disappearing as they landed on his pale skin. They were cool to the touch before they turned into water and trickled off his palms. He slowly raised his head to see even more of the flakes falling from the sky of all things. He immediately abandoned his earlier mission as he ran to the center of the village, spinning all around in this strange earthly phenomenon. He cupped his hands together to catch more of it. "They are like..... like small little... me's!" he whispered to himself. "I wonder that they called, Maybe Ooro-" The shaman looked around for his friend, but she was nowhere to be found, Enoch was missing too. Turns out Enoch and Ooro were already too far off in their journey before Altheron could even notice, but he was far too engulfed in the majesty of this new occurrence to go chase after them. He continued running around, dancing in whatever it was until the sound of children's laughter fell on his ears. Stopping his dance momentarily, he turned to the source of the sound. He repeated it back to her with equal enthusiasm, "It's snowing, it's snowing!" The two continued to laugh and chase each other around ahead of the group, for once playing like a mother and son should despite how terrible the world had become. They were having real fun. He watched as the two played together. Something about the way they ran around and danced in- well, whatever this stuff was- felt.... nice. Nice enough to warm him up even in the cold air. The pair seemed so reserved earlier, but now they looked so happy. What happened? " Must be magic....." he said as let a smile form on his lips. He walked up to the two to get a better look in hope that he could join in on their festivities.

Mimisko smiled and nodded at Enoch and Ooro. Than all of a sudden... It's snowing? Mimisko remember being in snow before. Back when before she turned 6, Mimisko had this problem where you put her on snow, it will melt around her. 6 and onwards is where she has better controll of the fire within her. She thought of memories of playing in the snow her mother. More of a bittersweet smile formed. The others around her seemed to had off somewhere by the time she's feeling this way so this gives her the time to let out a few tears. "Mama...."

"I, uh," she began, fumbling over her words nervously, "-will take the supplies over myself and do my work. I'll bring back your requests, so... please wait here. You should try and help Nicolas with his item- I doubt such a thing is hiding in the woods." She moved to pick up the scraps of leather and the breastplate from earlier. Ooro glanced at Osseus once more, "On second thought, I think I'll just make you a new shirt." "Wha-" Osseus stuttered before seeing his most trusted companion travel away into the woods with the elven man. He turned over to Altheron, only to see him marvel at the majesty of.... Droplets of snow fell on the ground, drying up as soon as they came into being. He held out his hand to catch snowflakes, reminded of the few months where he had been able to live in the northern regions. He dug into his bag to see if anything even closely resembling a jacket would present itself. Unfortunately, they were all children's linen shirts from rich families. So the only way to get warm would be to double up on shirts. He mumbled to himself before realizing he had something else on her mind: Ooro. He knew she didn't like others, but why turn away like that? He yet again made his way to Altheron and tapped him on the arm. "Hey, I want to find out where she is after getting his staff and some stuff, ok?" He asked before he ran to the center of the village. He wore an expression of depression before reverting his attention to Mimisko and Nicolas. "I can find that staff for you, ok?"

As the group made it back toward the clearing, Manasa watched Celty, Oxy and Altheron play in the snow. She should have been enjoying this moment, it was her first snowfall, her first time experiencing some so magic.
"I..." She turned to look at Gaynor and Celty. They would be better equipped to deal with the situation than anybody. "I would like to speak to Celty and Gaynor later... Could you talk to them for me?" She asked.
For now Manasa needed to do something to get her mind off of what was troubling her, she looked around at the guild and then Rylan, realizing just how unequipped he was for the weather. Manasa took to searching the ruined village for something particular- needle and thread.

"I can find that staff for you, ok?" " You will?!" Nicolas smilled wide " Thank you so much Osseus!" he looked at the weapons that Osseus had handled to him " Anyway, I will take good care of your weapons." He looked at the sky. "Snow... huh... " this surely reminds him of his childhood, when he and his brother would play in the snow all day and his dad would get mad beacause they would always get a cold afterwards. " Sigh... those were the good days..."

Ooro drew another deep breath, before going to pick up the pieces. She the set breastplate in front of his first, and began to line the inside with bits of the leather, using some sort of paste. She closed one eye shut before holding it up to Enoch's figure, as to check something. She drew it back, and continued to pad it. It was rather quiet, except for the sound of her work.
She saw one of the snowflakes fall through the opening at the top, and promptly got up as if she remembered something. Her hands shuffled through one of the piles, before pulling out what appeared to be an animal pelt. Carefully, she set it on the floor next to her work, before returning to her previous seat. There were no words said, but it appeared she made a spot for the mage to sit- or at least, cover up. For awhile longer, she continued to remain silent, switching to the scraps of metal she found in one of her piles as she tried to hold them together.
"I suppose I owe an explanation," she sighed. "I was initially worried about my... condition, not because of my changes in appearances, but rather I was concerned on whether or not I'd die. Every time a change occurred, I would feel sick, and be rendered useless until it gradually went away." Ooro looked to her hand, "Though, now I'm worried about losing consciousness."
"I... it is hard to speak to you, Enoch. At first I was excited to see that my kin did not perish, and at the possibility I could get help with my 'illness'." Her eyes peered over at him, inspecting him from head to toe. "Though then I remembered, that you are in fact an elf, and... after I realized I told you about my birth-race in the heat of the moment, well," Ooro hung her head low, "I just became worried on when you would start pushing me away. I do not act like my kind... at least not how I remember them to be."
"My elven appearance means little to me. At least, now it doesn't," her head was still tilted downwards, but her eyes could be seen staring at him. "If you have a problem, with it- do your worst." Her words fell flat.

Celty noticed Altheron nearby and gave the boy a smile. Oxy ran up and tapped his foot with a giggle. "Tag, you're it!" he ran back to Celty and hid behind her as he laughed.
"Oh no!" she said with fake worry and held up her palms in front of her face. "He's gonna get us!" the two scurried away at a relatively slow pace as they laughed.

Luair polished off her small meal and stood up. Grabbing the straps firmly, she heaved her bag onto her back. She caught her breath, and watched the little white wisps disappear. It was cold and snowing. There was laughter in the distance. Other people. There were other people nearby. Was it fine to investigate?
Luair was always eager to meet new people. No matter friendly or not, Luair looked past the risks and only saw the experience.
The snow crackled beneath her feet. She looked straight ahead, and soon enough she could see something.
"I must introduce myself." "For my people."

He took another look at the kid that was standing next to him, and cringed slightly. Like Mimisko, there was no way this kid would have ever survived the apocalypse. When this kid would get his staff, he'd have to run off to apologize to Ooro. That and finally get to know who that elf man was. On that train of thought, he spotted a girl. An elven girl.
"Speak of the devil," Osseus muttered under his breath. The girl was small and prim considering the circumstances, and carried a rucksack that seemed way too big for her frail body. The way everything was lining up for her, she must have been a pure bred elf. Assuming that was the case, he ruffled his hair and pulled up his hood to make sure no one would suspect anything.

The first person that caught her eye was a hooded boy who glared straight at her. Feeling no intimidation, she continued to walk towards him, until she was two or three steps apart.
"Greetings, I am Luair Aldaos." She gave a short curtesy before resuming her introduction. "I would very much appreciate you giving me your name." "You see, I'm good when it comes to remembering things like that."

((Late Gisselle is LATE! saopdjedksl;f,x)
Mimisko wiped the tears off. She caught up with the others that went ahead.
She noticed a young girl that is by Osseus. Who could that be? Mimisko walked up to the group.
"Hey guys, sorry I spaced out."
She looks at the young girl. She bows and then waves.
"Hello, I don't believe we met before."
((This is after Luair introduced herself that Mimisko caught up. ^^;.))

Thankfully, the hood hid his features well, so it would be easy to assume he was human. He cleared his throat and began to speak, not noticing the fire mage that was tailing behind her. "Osseus," He stated calmly. The girl seemed too polite for her good, as well as frail in stature. He was small, yes, but he'd probably be able to break all of her bones easily. Catching a glimpse of Mimisko, he stepped to the side to let her speak to Luair.

Altheron watched as the child approached him, happily tapping him on the foot before running off to his mother. The gesture confused him. He held his hand out, about to ask them what all this meant when he noticed them leaving him? I could catch up to them...., he thought. After all, they weren't really moving too fast... "Wait!" he yelled as he "chased" after Celty and Oxy. " What does 'tag' mean?"
