This is another question based on theory, but I'm still hoping to apply it to real life situations. Let's say you own an animation studio, you have all the animation complete for the series and are now ready to start sound editing. The thing is you don't have any voice actors and are already coming to a close on the deadline. The deadline is just put in here to increase the tension of situation, but how long should you wait between posting a request for voice actors and the said "deadline"?For an example, you decide to wait for a year hoping to get five or so people, taking into account that your only asking internet strangers and are using all those hip VA websites. If you don't get x amount of people you will change the series into a subtitle format, to remain consistent with the episodes. To make things even more serious, after posting the series you'd have to delete it off your computer because the file takes up 100GB on your HDD. Even if I'm guaranteed to receive more people within a year, one month is where I draw the line. I'd rather have the series finished and done with so I can start on some other project. I'd like to believe someone could probably accumulate three or five VAs within a month, might seem like a high number but that's my guess. List of Voice Acting sites, I found to be still active: voiceactingalliance.com/ tumblr.com/ (#Voice Acting and stuff like that) voiceacting.proboards.com/ www.behindthevoiceactors.com/casting-call/ www.facebook.com/groups/212784275447773/ www.newgrounds.com/bbs/forum/23

I've conducted the experiment and here are the results. I hope this helped anyone. If you need a male voice actor, send me a message. Hopefully I'm not busy at that time, at least give me three days to respond.
