Considering this is a visual project, I'm curious how you were going about visuals? I see art being used from official works. Are these place holders so that the voice actor knows what sort of character they look like before you do the art or..? Is there any chance I could get more information about how you plan to animate it and where it'll be posted like a youtube channel or the likes? :3
