"You really are stupid." She continued to speak much calmer than before. Their drop the mic moment did not affect her whatsoever. "You got me there, war is wrong. You don't see me parading the idea around that it's right. Everything I've seen like I said, I would wish on nobody. But that's where your little brain falls short." She spoke plainly. She waved her hand as if gesturing to a pre schooler. "War is a last resort. When there is a fight, that means all methods of diplomacy have been tried already. Welcome to the real world, we'd like to inform you that talking things out doesn't work all the time. And war isn't glorious. The only glory in it is seeing the hopes of your soldiers prevail. That is where it ends." She spoke calmly. This was contacted by her fiats clenching. It was visible that she was thinking about someone. "See, you're right about war being wrong, but don't you dare blame it on the people who fight it. When freedom is compromised, someone has to fight for it. The admirability of a soldier is when they know that the war is for a reason that's out of their hands and something they can't control, yet they fight to protect who and what they love anyways. I'm not angry because you are disrespecting the war. I'm angry because you are disrespecting the solider." Galystris smiled lightly. "Now that we're past that, let's get into that other idiotic pseudo-point you made. So youre ok with violence when you're being backed into a corner? Well I'm flattered. Because you threw many 'threats'--oh excuse me, I must curb my tongue." She cleared her throat and held up air quotes. " 'promises' to hurt me, even before I was even speaking to you. If you felt backed into a corner and attacked simply because I gave your girlfriend advice that you didn't like, then you should retreat back to grade school, as it seems like a much more fitting environment for someone like you." If you felt backed into a corner and attacked simply because I gave your girlfriend advice that you didn't like, then you should retreat back to grade school, as it seems like a much more fitting environment for someone like you." "Did you just say you think insults are an attack on somebody?" Aberdeen turned their head, outwardly confused by the woman's response. "You really think words are the same as being beaten to a bloodied pulp? Words are the same equivalent to being punched, kicked, and having your body being battered beyond belief? Wow. Just wow." Aberdeen was honestly astonished at the woman's response and turned away from her. "You can get angry all you want, your words aren't gonna change my opinion. If people don't change in a week, like you said, then you sure as hell aren't gonna change me in a matter of minutes. Soooooooo the fact that you're trying so hard says a lot more about your intelligence than it does mine. Hell, you've been arguing with someone who doesn't have a brain and have STILL been losing." Aberdeen passed their hand through their own smoke trail for emphasis. "It's pathetic. Almost as pathetic as considering somebody who sits behind a desk on the battlefield a soldier." Aberdeen became more solemn for a moment. "Being a bartender, you get a lot of soldiers coming in after their service is done. Resorting to alcoholism to numb the horrors and atrocities they've seen, having horrifying flashbacks of the battles they've fought in and trying to drown it out with more alcohol until they either pass out or die of liver failure." They turned back to Galystris, their aura fading back to its normal color. "I could never respect a person who sent their men into a hell like that. If talks don't succeed first, keep trying. You can always talk and negotiate. You can never bring the lives of fallen soldiers and civilians back. You can't justify the deaths of millions just because two world leaders didn't talk it out long enough." They sighed. "I'm done arguing with you, though. You're not making any valid points that have made me think any better of you. This isn't a place to discuss the morality of war and whether its necessary or not. This is to get help and fix relationships." They stated, not intending to drag this any further out than they'd already had. "Neither of us are going to budge, so drop it."

Maicy and Piami became nervous as both their soulmates argue about wars. "Psst. Hey, ol' Pip." Maicy whispered. "What did I missed while I was in the bathroom? ?" "A lot, Maicy." Piami also whispered. " As much as I'm not agreeing with some things Aberdeen said previously, I will agree that this argument needs to stop." Giaile stated "Yeeeeaaaah, plus, I know some people in this room maaaay wanna get this therapy session over with." Maicy stated a little nervously. "Maybe we should go for the more down-to-earth deals like....." Maicy glanced at at Piami "Sooo, Pip! How did you became a Pop Idol... or something." Good job, Maicy. You're making shit awkward."Gemlight Academy." Piami answered "...What?" "Gemlight Academy is an school that while it works under the western school system, such as ending before summer comes and four years of High School, it does has influences from the Japanese High Schools. It has clubs like Broadcasting club and the club that helps with my Pop Idol career, The School Idol Club, where I met friends there like Aurenia." "Oh... that... makes sense actually." Maicy glanced at Albany for a moment. She was sweating nervously. "Eheheh, sorry if it seems like I was doing the job for you. You can continue with the session, if you like."

Albany pointed her reclaimed pen towards the man, eyes narrowed. "Don't even think about it." She glanced around the room for good measure. "No one is allowed to leave until this session is over. We don't run away just because we don't like what we hear. We stay, we talk, we figure it out. I don't intend to have anyone else running off." She pinched the bridge of her nose and let out a low sigh. "Perhaps I was too quick on the draw. I apologize, that was unprofessional." She returned the gaze of Alti and Cyrus both. "Allow me to back track a bit--Alti, how would you feel if someone were to attack Cyrus? If someone were to hurt him without HIS consent? How would you feel if one of your friends wouldn't listen to you, and would continue to abuse him despite your involvement?"
"You two!" Albany said, her voice raising to the tone of an angry mother. "I said we're done! Both of you are on talking time out from each other! If you're going to continue to fight rather than come to an understanding, then I will have my son escort you to one of the fine corners of this room, since everyone here is clearly too violent for me to persuade otherwise. One more word about wars or politics and so help me God I'll do it! We are moving onto the next topic! SO SHUT! UP!!" She slammed her notebook shut.
Vale raised an eyebrow at this, but shrugged. Dealing with this many shouting people would be getting on anyone's nerves. "I would ask you refrain from further attempts at directing the conversation," Albany said, probably more coolly than she meant, "there are already too many conversations and questions being asking, I don't want things to be getting anymore complicated than they already are. But please, Maicy. Continue with your story. And once you've finished, I have a question directed at the whole group. Perhaps one to help us get back to the root of these issues instead of these small arguments."

With all previous attraction to her now completely fizzled after hearing her next round of questions, he placed his remaining cupcake on the seat next to him (as he had lost his appetite) and crossed his arms tightly, as if to close himself off from gaining any of her "wisdom" once she finished talking to the others. "Tch, I'd like to see someone try to lay a hand on him while I'm around!" he spat, turning his head away from the two with his nose to the ceiling. "Hmph!" He obviously wasn't catching on to what the counselor was getting at any time soon.

"Hold on, I just.... need to prepare myself."
Maicy took a few more deep breaths
"I know during the beginning if, you would all think I'm just crazy but I would like for you guys to hear me out."
She took one last deep breath before continuing
"Now, during that time, since I joined the company, I became a lot more confident with a lot of things. Though granted, I was an arrogant asshole. Which may lead to a particular downfall of mine. During December of 2013, me and my friend, Celesthy, who at the time was more of my rival heading towards friend, were on this mission that we..... well... mainly I almost fucked up in. My other friends Heremia and Junkyo were with us as well. Faiman and Yapaiko were sadly in the crossfire. It was when I shouldn't be surprised of anything anymore. We fought against a really fucked up expiriment called 'Jinaya', which at the time, towers this building we're in. Luckily, Jinaya's physical existence in last to long but sadly, my friend, Yapaiko was possessed in the process. Well we were trying to stop her from corupting everything, Celesthy and I........ kept getting into arguments. Sometimes over the stupidest shit that we did in the missions. When we see a Jinaya possessed Yapaiko near the end, we were struggling to get her back to the way she was but it felt like there was no chance what so ever. And me and Celesthy got into an argument at the worst possible time. Pertinently, that is what triggered Yapaiko to get back to her old self before Jinaya.... was going to..... to................" Maicy felt hesitant to continue but managed "......fuck up everything that works in the world. Like, I was not too sure how life would've been if Yapaiko didn't get to that point. Anyways, once that mission was over, our boss, Wendia called us and.... oh.... was she mad as hell. She was mainly yelling at me and Celesthy for screwing shit up. But..... she pinned most of the blame on me, saying things like "Do you honestly believe starting fights with Celesthy will solve anything?" and that.... is what broke me into my apologetic state right now. I had so much regret at that moment that I broke down saying 'I'm sorry'."
Maicy looked down.
"I had to take one of the missions to redeem myself. I was going to take more but..... my company got bankrupt, which, not gonna lie, I was sad and salty about for a long time. I wanted to redeem myself to be a good person again. That's why I apologize and blame myself alot."
Piami frowned
"Maicy....."

"Allow me to back track a bit--Alti, how would you feel if someone were to attack Cyrus? If someone were to hurt him without HIS consent? How would you feel if one of your friends wouldn't listen to you, and would continue to abuse him despite your involvement?" Cyrus observed the Mrs. Vinaigrette's descent into madness, unsurprised that prolonged exposure to this group of absolute morons was enough to even tear down the most annoyingly chipper of housewives. He'd entirely tuned out the surrounding shouting and arguing between the purple team and the woman who'd be at home as the villain in a Batwan movie, much more occupied with his own plight to really deal with the sudden cacophony of voices next to him. However he was mildly interested in the next round of questions directed at his partner, glancing over at the huffy man who now appeared even crankier than he was. Alti giggled as he watched the housewife become more and more exasperated with the group, her frustrations reaching its climax with her screaming to shut up the headless fighter and his scorched opponent. With all previous attraction to her now completely fizzled after hearing her next round of questions, he placed his remaining cupcake on the seat next to him (as he had lost his appetite) and crossed his arms tightly, as if to close himself off from gaining any of her "wisdom" once she finished talking to the others. He obviously wasn't catching on to what the counselor was getting at any time soon. The scientist's hand immediately made its way to the bridge of his nose, firmly pinching and grasping the cartilage between his index finger and thumb as the blonde bimbo's question whizzed right over his partner's head. Oh my god. Raising an eyebrow and side eyeing his reluctant partner, he sighed and attempted to steer him back towards the location of The Point. "Uhh, not quite dude. What she's sayin' is, imagine some crazy scenario where I ended up getting hurt by one of your buddies back at home. Or, I guess to make it easier..." he tilted his head and thought for a moment. "Let's pretend Vale hit me with that fountain yesterday. How would you feel about that?"

Aberdeen rolled their 'eyes' at the screaming woman, letting out a long sigh and leaning further back into their chair. "Yeah yeah, whaaaaaaaatever lady." They waved at her. "I already said I'm done arguing, jeez. Don't blow a fuse." They said as their head evaporated into smoke. "It ain't even that big a deal, like damn. Start asking questions, lets move on." "Hm." Aberdeen looked over to their partner, not having much to say. Maicy said 'company' as though the things she was talking about were normal things that a corporation dealt with, but to be fair Aberdeen had never worked a desk job and thus had no frame of reference. Of course, there was no way 'crossfire' and 'experiments' and things of that nature were something other companies dealt with.
"Going through these 'missions' wouldn't redeem you." Aberdeen spoke up again. "You don't need redemption. Redemption in and of itself is subjective. The only important part is that you strove to be a better person. As long as your making an effort to be better, it doesn't matter what anybody else thinks." Aberdeen added.
"You could spend your whole life trying to fix what you had done, and it could never be enough in someone's eyes. Meanwhile, from someone else's viewpoint, you've already done whatever was necessary to 'redeem' yourself and are now just overworking yourself. Fuck your boss, fuck your friend, fuck that company. What they think of you isn't important. So long as you've tried bettering yourself, that's all that's necessary."
Aberdeen shrugged. "In my opinion, at least. I don't think you need to apologize anymore. Clearly you're a way better person than you were back then."
Amil scowled and shook his head. "Its not like I COULD run away, even if I wanted to." He grumbled to himself. "Not that I have anything left to figure out."

((VOLUME WARNING)) Were they listening??? At all?!
It takes talent to misconstrue her words so much. Man, this type of idiot was a rare one indeed. It was as if they listened for keywords and responded on what they thought she said. Like two year olds and robots. And she was losing this argument?? This person truly was a god damn idiot. She 'wasn't a soldier?'. Even by their definition, she was. "I was dropped in the infantry to fight while you were wondering what your grade on the next language test that your probably failed was in the eighth grade, you pathetic weakling! And seeing words as threats?! Her point was that she didn't, and that they did! "If someone lays their hands on you, or attacks you first, or is trying to do you harm, or they've backed you into a corner, then it is okay to fight. "Galystris, its funny, I don't think Maicy asked for your opinion. Nor did I hear her say she was 'open for critisism.' So how about you shut your fucking mouth before I punch you in the fucking teeth. It takes talent to be this much of a hypocrite in such a short span of time. How was she offended by this walking mess of cognitive dissonance?! She couldn't help but snicker at the other's pure idiocy.
And the person that walked in, post disrespecting everything that she stood for, yelling like a child has the nerve to pretend that they were the bigger person?! She covered her mouth to keep from laughing further. "Alright, I understand that I can't change the mind of someone like you. Hypocrites are hard to reason with." she said with a light wave. "You two!" Albany said, her voice raising to the tone of an angry mother. "I said we're done! Both of you are on talking time out from each other! My deepest apologies." she spoke, still smiling, She pulled a book out, like an asshole, and halfheartedly listened to maicy's story. She didn't say anything at all, not wanting to further engage any idiots.

Alti blinked in mild surprise once the scientist spoke up, his cheek flushing a light pink at the realization that his answer wasn't as right as he had initially hoped and that a point apparently had been severely missed. He took a second while the other man continued speaking to let the heat on his face fade before slowly turning his head back to face the therapist, however his gaze remained fixed shamefully at the ground. He listened to his soulmate's attempt at breaking the blonde's questions down in a way he could understand, abruptly turning his head to face his partner and piping himself up to defend his 'buddies back home' as soon as their behavior was questioned, but soon found himself catching his argument in his throat once the man continued to break his point down even further. "Let's pretend Vale hit me with that fountain yesterday. How would you feel about that?" He stared at Cyrus, his external barricade weakening a tad as he forced himself to process those unsettling thoughts from the previous night all over again. He glanced between the two and frowned, slowly turning back to the center and leaning back in his chair. With his eyes still focused on the ground, he tightened his crossed arms and gave a light shrug before making the decision to speak. "I'unno..." he grumbled quietly. " ... Not great, I guess...."

Maicy looked over to Aberdeen, feeling confused at first but as they said that the determination of wanting to be a better person was enough, she blushed "Aberdeen..." Maicy spoken softly, not really sure what else to say. Piami patted Maicy's shoulder. "I may not want to use the "f" word but Aberdeen has a point. It takes a lot of determination to stive to be a better person." Maicy look at Piami as she said that, then turned to face Aberdeen. Tears form from her eys for a bit but Maicy also began to smile. "Thank you.... I'm glad you think that way..." Maicy chimed, while her voice wavers. "I was so worried you would've thought the opposite of what you said."

"I'unno..." he grumbled quietly. " ... Not great, I guess...." "Alright," Albany nodded, liking this response much better than the previous one before Cyrus's clarification. "Now, allow me to push this a bit further before we move on. That not great feeling you have at the thought of your partner getting hurt? That's how HE feels with the knowledge that you could get involved in further acts of violence, with the possibility of enjoying such acts as well. You are the friend, Alti, or in this case soulmate. The one that is hurting Cyrus." Now that she'd managed to get that point across at least, she turned back to everyone else. "Let's move onto the deeper stuff now, yes? I apologize to Maicy, who has already opened up to us, but many of you I'd like to know more about. Issues tend to arise at an early age, 'glitches' if you will that can cause a person to have certain undesirable traits. This is by far not an easy question, and there are many I would like to start with before leading up to it, but we're running out of time. We don't have time for, as Aberdeen pointed out, more 'starts'. It's time for a breakthrough." She took a deep breath, avoiding looking at her son when she said the next question, directed at everyone:
"I want to know about your early home lives, before the age of 18. So tell me, what were they like?"

Aberdeen sighed in annoyance, not having any real interest in sharing their personal history with the people around them. Not that there WAS much to share. "I already answered this one. I grew up in an orphanage cuz my parent's probably thought I was a freak and then got adopted 16 years later. Nothing much to explain. It was about as good as being orphaned could be, I guess." They shrugged.
"Once I got adopted me and Hea- er... My step dad.. started working out a lot." They said before looking up towards the ceiling to avoid eye contact.
Amil raised an eyebrow as the therapy session jumped back on track with a now, much more intrusive question. He smirked at the woman and leaned back in his chair. "Before 18? Eh, it was alright. I had a pretty decent household. My parents were religious nuts, but nothing too extreme during that time. I was kind of a fidgety kid, scared of everything, but they did an okay-ish job of dealing with me." He chuckled.
"Glad to be out of there though. With views like theirs, they sure wouldn't be happy with me right now." He snickered as he glanced around the room.

Maicy wiped the tears off of her eyes as Albany asked another question, taking a deep breath to regain her senses in order to answer her question.
"My homelife is the one part of my life I hold no grudge against." Maicy shrugged "I was a little down when my parents had to work alot, being the only child in my family but it's all cool for the most part. My parents are pretty chill with me."
Maicy looked at the ceiling as her eye twitched a bit.
"Though I wish my dad would cool it with the Dad jokes. Eheheheh" Maicy chuckled nervously. "Um...." Piami looked down, not feeling very comfortable
"My home life..... it was okay.... until 6th grade for me."
Piami looked further down.
"My parents had a divorce around that time."

"I want to know about your early home lives, before the age of 18. So tell me, what were they like?" Alraada's mouth went dry, and her gaze was immediately directed back down at the floor. "Haha, oh boy....that's a loaded question...." she spoke tentatively. She didn't know how to answer the question well, so she decided to be vague about it. "I mean...I was adopted when I was twelve after.... a bit of stuff happened, and my new foster parents didn't like my aura situation but....it was fine....for someone like me I guess." she trailed off at the end of her sentence. What she got was the expected treatment from people who saw her 'aura situation' as a crime, but it wasn't really fine. "Wahahahoaaah I need to tone it down with the personal shit, sorry. I didn't mean to say too much." she sputtered, worry apparent in her tone. She sat up straight, trying and failing to suppress her uncomfortable expression.
"I want to know about your early home lives, before the age of 18. So tell me, what were they like?" Galystris didn't even look up from her book to answer. She simply snickered. "Family life? That's cute. You don't get family life when you live in a warzone." she spoke plainly. She didn't seem at all bothered by what she said. That's because she didn't care. She didn't want parents like hers in her life. And they didn't want her in their life either.
