For some reason I have fun seeing how close my characters are to being Mary Sues according to online Mary Sue tests, and I wanted to see what scores you guys got as well. This test has 5 pages to it, so it's a little time consuming, but it probably wouldn't take as long as drawing a picture so I'm sure some people would be willing to do it. Here's the results for my character named Sandor from Sandor goes to school. I think the reason why he scores so high for "'Tis is Your Destiny" is because he's literally the god of prophecy, making him super overpowered in many ways. I'm satisfied with this result though. And here's the result for my OC named Kama from a series I plan to make in the future called "Kama the Thief." His story is so TRAGIC and EDGY lol! I guess I need to tone that down a little. Some of the "Beware the Monk of Cool" questions are a little unfair since some of the things I checked aren't a part of his character to make him look cool. I posted this result anyways since I didn't wanna post the same result twice, and this may have a good point tbh. I think his backstory needs to be a bit less ridiculous. |

I tried this for Nyoto and let me tell you the results are great.
I find this hilarious since she is literally the actual worst person. These tests aren't totally accurate since context is everything, as well as the test being reliant on stereotypes of Mary Sues.
And by that logic, I fucked up hardcore. Mostly in edgy backstory and 'cool' department (as I said, context is everything).

theres a rerow just as a character in general (though for one of the answers i took from them HERE. also the first ones hard because like not only was i comparing the oc to myself. but also the person and also comparing them with virs cause he made the character in the first place)
heres the mu as judged from him in an unnamed story that has him at his oldest. about what he is currently. with all the cool life experience and shit thousands of years after rerow and frienders all died.
(god those 13s. hes a big grey godguy with an asshole rich family (who he killed cause they deserved it hah.) and a now basically undead boyfriend who he admittedly should have let stay dead. (im glad they made up though from the whole. you let me die and then just dragged me back to life like you can just play around with me and i want to kill you (even though its impossible now) thing.)
(i would do our third fictive the aforementioned boyfriend but... shima doesnt want to.)

This test gets messed up if you don't put in the gender and the name at the start since it gives you less points that way. Either way my characters still scored pretty low which is good imo. I only got points for mirror mirror because of gender or skin color. Monks of cool were mostly because of unique character traits like hair colors and body types. All of these characters have powers so they're all superhuman. Hyaku is my only character with a traumatic back story, and momma will always hate my characters with a passion.

lol this was fun I did a few of my kids~ Lanthe is only a little like you. She is not at all cool; in fact, she thinks cool is a temperature reading, and when she says "Oh, I just put on whatever old thing's lying around," she means "on the floor, where I threw it last night - but I turned the underwear inside out first." There's never been anything special about her that she could see; boy, is she in for a surprise. She's got no emotional scars to speak of. And she's gotten no slack from you.
In general, you care deeply about Lanthe, but you're smart enough to let her stand on her own, without burdening her with your personal fantasies or propping her up with idealization and over-dramatization. Lanthe is a healthy character with a promising career ahead of her.

I honesly was not expecting to get this score whatsoever because when you try so hard to avoid tropes, but at the end of the day, you comply with them.

I did this for some of my fav characters that i have roleplayed as! Honestly i am not surprised by the oh the trauma one lol. Nicolas has seen some pretty messed up shit durring the apocalypse. I didnt have much to say about Illia, i never really roleplay with her that much. But most of her points came out from her apperience since her design is pretty eccentric  Same with Illia, Bass' weak point is his apperience but also the destiny part. It might be cause he comes from a very weird looking race. Not surprised with this one either. Stella and I share quite alot of things in common And last but not least Alright, cant complain with this one either. Sixteens design is quite weird aswell. But so far he is my less mary sue character? Erm i dunno lol |

I went a little out of control making Sachiko really cool. I think it's fine though, the whole thing is subjective. and if the score was too low she'd be boring.
Okay real talk? There were a couple question I was kinda iffy about due to Vasuki being trans, such as him choosing him own name, something MOST trans people do.
