A new forum theme has been added! "Winter Wonderland" is a forum theme rocking some light blue colors getting with the wintery season that's coming up! Since the last update, we have added a new forum theme for the Fall Season by our very own moderator, Melancholicdoves ! It's titled "Halloween 2015". Added an Archive board for retired and/or seasonal threads. Added a Tutorial board to share tutorials made by members and others. After an inexcusably long time, the Member Spotlight thread was launched and we interviewed Allie and Missy so go check it out! The Easter Egg Hunt Event information has been released! Join us on April 5th at 8AM (GMT -500) for when the Easter Eggs will be spread all around! For any questions or concerns, feel free to drop a message in the official thread or message an Admin. Our Music Mascot has also made an appearance! The design for the mascot was done by FunnyBunnyJay!

It's just over a month away before Valentine's Day comes upon us and while it doesn't have to be about gift giving, why not use this as an excuse to thank and treat other people who make us feel special or happy? That's when our Valentine's Event comes in! Speaking of which, Chiara's art was featured in this, using one of the new mascots all dolled up in a very fitting outfit for the holiday! If you choose to participate and have any questions about it, direct them to the official thread!

It's nearly December, and because of such, we have just announced the start of the sign-ups for the Secret Santa! Join in while you can! It's only open until the 5th of December. Doing so leaves you about two weeks and a half to work on your drawing for whoever you get assigned to! Speaking of drawings... The official digital/traditional artist mascot (who was designed by Melty) has made her premiere! What you see is her official design and what will be used in future events. Look forward to seeing the other mascots in the future...!

The Halloween Party has concluded on the forum and while it's a bummer that it's over, the upside is the Mascot Contest results are in! Please go check them out!
On another note, Creative Studio is approaching it's One year anniversary! November 19th! It's hard to believe it's been a year already... Anyway, thanks for everyone's hard work and interest with us! We love you all and hope another year will fly on by with just as much if not more activity and fun!

The official Halloween Party info page is up and running. It provides information about the event, so go check it out! The Role-Play board is also up and running!
Contest starts on the 24th of October, and ends at midnight just after Halloween! All other events will be active for participants on the 31st at 12pm EST (GMT-5) but will also end at midnight.
Also a reminder: If you were interested in submitting an entry to the mascot contest, or wanted to apply to be a mod for the forum, that also ends on the 31st, so don't miss out!

Because of the increasing amount of fanime discussion being put in general, there is now a sub-board for such discussion. Anything related to fanime or the likes must be put in the Fanime Discussion General sub-board. Anything that does not can be put in the General board like usual. We apologize for the lack of an activity log. I'd had actually been meaning to make one for a little one, but it kept slipping my mind. 'I knew we were missing something!' I thought not too long ago after having remembered. Anyway onto work matters.
There has been an increase on double-posting as of late and I'd like to remind everyone of Rule #5: Aim to not double post. There is an edit function, feel free to use that. That means if you have already posted once in a topic, please try to not post once more until another user has done so. If you feel you left out important details or didn't explain all you wished to, there is an edit function so edit your post there. If you are worried that others may have not seen your edited post, think about mentioning it in the ShoutBox or just mention it in your next post so that they may refer to your previous reply. It's good to remain active in the community, but it clutters things up and makes it look unsightly if we have users responding to a thread multiple times when the edit function could've been used.
If you are the thread starter though, this can be debatable. For example, if you have a thread in which you post your newest project's work, and no one else has responded, it is 100% OK for you to post again, for the point of it is to show off your work, not necessarily to have lots of discussion.
In closing, please try and think before you post right after you've already done so. If you're really worried about portraying a message to a certain individual, there is a private message system built into our forums, so please feel free to use it!
