I'd like everyone to participate in this discussion thread if possible! Please let us know if there's anything you'd like to see from the forum! Whether it be more detailed/organized threads, more customized artwork on the forum, more advertisement, or just whatever you can think of!

In the past I would have suggested more drawing threads but that's already been done by now! All I can think of at the moment is making the introductions thread into a sticky to make it easy for newcomers to find the introductions page?... idk just an idea.

*whispers* RP forum
And maybe a contests area where we can host little contests or post notices for them?

I like Nuci's ideas. I think we need a little bit more advertising to get our forum out there. I think a lot of the shout outs on tumblr seem to be working though.
We all speak of these collab threads. Those would be cool to see. (I know we have a couple, but starting even more would probably help the site gain interest.) It's getting to the point where everyone is finishing with school and exams, so if we want to do some, we should consider starting soon.

Shout outs on Tumblr has helped tons and I thank everyone who has mentioned Creative Studio at all through that! We've certainly gotten more members because of such and it makes me excited to see everyone interact with each other.
I'm going to be making a sub-folder for Forum Games in "General" to help organize a bit, and I am considering holding a contest for designs of sub-mascots for the forum that will represent different forms of media entertainment.
The RP Thread portion is in the works at the moment, so please look forward to it!

What I always liked, was if Forums had a "the 5 newest posts"-thing on the main page. I don't know how it is called actually or if you get what I mean, but I thought it was pretty handy in other forums.

Actually, on the front page near the very bottom under "Forum Information & Statistics" there is a " Recent Posts" link that will send you to a page to view all the latest posts on the forum. It shows you way more than five (and I've been meaning to change it to where it doesn't endlessly give pages until the very first post) and is an easy way to keep up with what is happening in the forum! So I'd give that a shot, if that's what you were interested in.

Whenever someone wants to say something random they say it on the Skype chat rather than the forum, often causing a 1 on 1 conversation that nobody else can get involved in, because nobody else knows what they're talking about.
I suggest that someone add a spam thread (maybe it could be in the general section) for people to post any random thing that they want to say. This might help prevent the 1 on 1 conversations on Skype from being a problem and it might encourage people to post more often. I would've just made a spam thread myself but I wanted to know if it'd be okay to make this before doing so.

I don't see why a spam thread would be a problem, so I'll go make one. I like everyone getting together on the skype chat but I appreciate the interest in keeping our forum active as well!

It's been over a year since we've opened this thread for discussion and we feel it is long overdo to bring it back! The first post in the thread is still relevant, but I shall repeat the information here as well:
We'd like to know if there's anything you'd like to see out of Creative Studio. Whether it be events, threads, solutions to problems you've been having, suggestions, anything at all! We'd love to hear what you all have on your mind! We want to make the forum a great fun place and we can only do that if you let us know what YOU think is fun! Again, it is highly recommended that everyone participate in this thread if possible. The more minds, the better.

Well I don't have any ideas at the moment, but I really like the art forum but I wish there was one where you can quickly post because the give one take one artworks are really good and take up a good amount of time. I also like the challenges. I wish there were more of those. Lastly, I like the threads where everyone can join in (first thing that comes into your mind, get to know a person better, those kinds). More forum games would be great, but I have no ideas >_>

A section dedicated to tutorials/learning, allowing others to display their own techniques and/or steps to getting things finished. Speaking of fun, it would be interesting to have an "Easter Egg" type event once every month and it would require people to search the forum for clue words and combine the words to form a complete sentence or paragraph. First to post the right answer wins a prize, but to make things fair you can only answer once. Would of elaborated more on a prize system, but then... meh. Anyone heard of RHG? Here is a brief summary, if you'd like to learn more check out this link. RHG stands for Rock Hard Gladiators, it is a community of animators that create their own character(stick figures) and battle other animators to see who has the "best" gladiator. Each person animates their own fight against their opponent and the public decides which fight(video) is the victor. The link has more content such as guidelines, win/loss ratio, it is very intriguing. If something similar to RHG was created on here that would be cool too, ever heard the saying "steal from the best, innovate the rest"...

If you like challenges, an idea I have is maybe an art game where one person posts a pose or setting you have to draw, and then after you draw it, you list a pose or setting the next person has to draw? So on and so forth. A section dedicated to tutorials/learning, allowing others to display their own techniques and/or steps to getting things finished. I may have to make that. We could post other people's tutorial as well so long as a link was posted to the original poster for credit purposes. Hmmm once every month would be a bit difficult because of our limited staff... but we do plan on doing more contests and events soon! If you have any other ideas, please throw them our way! We'd love to get more recommendations! Ohh that's quite interesting as well! I'd love to see more animation challenges on the forum!

One person has to draw something for someone in chibi form. Person 1: Post picture Person 2: Draws person in picture in chibi form // Post Picture Person 3: Draws person 2's picture in chibi form// Post Picture and so on.

I think that we should have more themes. Or contests for themes.
