Mimisko smiled and turned to Enoch and Daryn. She then notice that Zerah is there. "Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't notice that you were there! Welcome~." Zerah heard a voice being projected in his direction. He shot up from the ground, morphing his finger back into a finger as the small bees that had been crawling on it flew off. Zerah turned to see the young fire mage speaking to him. The imp wasn't sure if she had heard about what he had done, but he knew Alroth, Daryn and Enoch would likely fill her in later and make her despise him, if they already hadn't. "Uh..Hi! I'm Zerah. D-don't mind me...I'm just looking at the bees." Zerah stated, a bit shakily. The imp turned back around, not wanting to witness any cold glares he might get from the other individuals in the vicinity. Zerah's luck had finally been looking up, and he didn't want to ruin it by saying something that would get him chastised. He sat back down in the grass, sticking his finger out once again and shaping it into a flower so that he could attract the insects once more. He'd much rather examine the bees than listen to the awful things people had to say about him. The bees never judged him.

She does try to to be warm and welcoming as possible. All she wants for this is to be on everyone in this guild's good side. Mimisko wanted things to go well for everyone in Shadow Slayers. "I hope you'll enjoy your time, Zerah." Mimisko smiles "I'm Mimisko Lunania, by the way."

Luair bowed her head, 'I'm sorry.' She only said it to brighten the mood, instead it made it much worse. There she was saying insensitive things and not realising the consequences until much later. 'I did not mean to hurt you, I wanted to-' She stopped, knowing fully well that those sorts of words did little good. She waddled closer and shortly hugged him for a few moments then let go. She wasn't sure if it was best thing she could do, but she wanted to do something more than apologise. He sighed in relief, knowing that Luair didn't pry further into the circumstances surrounding the death of his parents. She wouldn't really be interested in a long-winding story about all the ridiculous events that transpired anyways. His thoughts were interrupted by her grabbing onto his body as a form of comfort. He patted her head in response, comforted by her gesture. "It's ok. I've learned to deal with it now, I guess," Osseus reassured with a meek smile. The statement was a flat-faced lie, since all he learned how to do was push it to the back of his mind. He only had that guy at the bar to thank for that skill, along with all of the other people he encountered in the past 2 years. In this day and age, it was taboo to succumb to tragedy.

Luair nodded back. She wanted to believe what he'd just said and hated the thought of doubting him. She decided to not take it any further as she was already displeased at herself for thinking it to begin with.
'I want to show you something.' she declared and rushed to her rucksack to retrieve the item. She returned, carrying a large book in both arms. 'It is a little dusty, I hope you do not mind.'
She placed in front of them both and pulled back the cover. Inside there were many illustrations of landscapes; verdant moss, stalactites and other forms of life. 'This is what my people live by. It is something that is much beloved by us. Is it not pretty?' she smiled while she turned page after page. She had never gotten the chance to show anyone outside her race this, so she took the opportunity with vigour.
When reaching the next page, she stopped a little longer than the rest and pointed to a specific illustration. 'This is my own family.' She dragged her finger across, 'And that is me when I was first born. They said I was the smallest heir in history and would always laugh about it. It made me quite annoyed.' She huffed at the thought. 'This was the last family portrait that was recorded, before-' She ended the sentence there and started a new one. 'Having this with me truly makes me feel at home..' She laughed a little. 'But being here with everyone makes me feel like that too.'

"That's right. Someday I'll plant him in a nice forest and grow a garden bigger and better than this one. It'll be a refuge for all plants and creatures of the forest..." Pinky stared into the distance with a sparkle in her eyes. It was the first thing she truly sounded passionate about. "And together we'll make a song so much happier than this one." she faltered suddenly, and looked between the three beside the tree. "But... none of you can hear the music, can you?"
The 'music' she referred to was not a literal song, but rather an additional sense that pixies had which enabled them to detect different waves emitted by plant life. She could pick out specific plants among the mass of 'noise', but more typically allowed the waves to harmonize. Among these floral symphonies was where her kind belonged, so the overwhelming sense of life was soothing to them. Anyone that did not have this sense would find it to be foreign and uncomfortable if they could suddenly somehow be exposed to it, so it was something Pinky could neither share nor explain to them in a way that was entirely accurate.
"Every plant has a song - every flower and tree and shrub and blade of grass... They all sing together." she said, motioning as best she could with her arms to convey the metaphor. She must have sounded insane. "Most people can't hear it..."

She laughed a little. 'But being here with everyone makes me feel like that too.' At first, he didn't know what she was doing, pulling out a book bigger than his head. She seemed to slam it on the table and flip to pages of nature. He was confused before realizing something. She trusted him enough to look into this book. It was only polite to join in on Luair's enthusiasm. Besides, the illustrations were a lot better than anything he could come up with, proof being his Tairaga doodle hanging on the wall. There was a genuine feeling of wonder, even if he had seen the things in the book in real life beforehand. A small chuckle escaped his lips when she flipped to a certain page. Seeing the little girl in an even smaller state was cute in a way. Especially since he had a slight complex about his height whenever anyone pointed it out. "Don't feel too bad about it. You can easily use that to your advantage in battle," He replied, adding, "Besides, no one suspects the small ones. Make 'em think your weak, then utterly destroy them in battle," He flashed a goofy grin and winked. Really, he was also reassuring himself for his relatively short stature. Coupled with his age, he was essentially the guild baby along with Oxy, which was kind of awkward. Then that train of thought led him to Luair's statements about the guild, reminding him why he stayed. "Yeah... it's like everyone here is my family," It was true, even if he didn't like some of the members. It was like that extended family that had annoying members you want to stay away from, but was always a good support system to fall back on.

Zerah smiled a bit at this random act of kindness he had received. Most people in this guild seemed to dismiss or outright reject him whenever he tried making a connection with them, so it was heart warming to see there were genuinely kind people in this guild. That is, unless she hates you and is just trying to save face.Zerah frowned as the voice seemed to have awoken once more. Zerah brushed its comment aside and turned his head a bit towards the group. "Thank you. It's nice to meet you Mimisko." Zerah smiled at the knights wish. It seemed that even the worst people have ambitions and dreams, not unlike the imp himself. The music the figure spoke of was something Zerah had heard once before, as a child. The elder of the village would sit beneath the Lethlglyneros and speak of how it sung to each and every plant in the surrounding area. A song to beautiful for mere words to describe. Zerah used to listen to the man for hours, going on and on about nature and magic, and how although they seem inherently opposite from one another, everything in this world, even those that seem like polar opposites, are most definitely connected in some way. The imp smiled as he recalled the old man's teachings. Oh, how he yearned for those days where he could walk amongst his people and share the stories he had accumulated over his 400 years. But alas, that dream would never come to fruition. Even the newborns of his village would surely be dead by now, whether of old age or disaster, not to mention his race could very well have been wiped out by fearen. He could very well be the last of his kind. The idea that his entire species could be just another folklore made his stomach churn with disgust. He quickly shook the idea off. Imps were crafty creatures. They must have found a way to survive these harsh times. They had to.... Zerah began to giggle as he played with the idea of being the new village elder and sharing all of his knowledge and wisdom with a village of fresh faces. Not that there was much wisdom to be shared. The fact of the matter is, the blood Zerah possesses has already taken its toll, and Zerah can barely remember his past at all, save for a few flashbacks here and there, or being remind of events that have long since transpired. The latest memory that he can remember clearly and vividly is the barbaric acts that the imp had been forced to take part in. Zerah placed his hand over his chest, feeling the mark's warmth, even through his layered clothing. {Third Part of Zerah and Rylan. Warning, a bit of gore}

Luair took the advice, thinking she got what Osseus was saying. Or her own interpretation. Either way, when there was a chance she planned to use it.
'Maybe if I wear a bigger ribbon it could help with..' Luair rambled to herself about the many, most likely useless battle schemes. She reminded herself she was in a conversation and postponed her brainstorming.
'There is another page I want to show you!' she exclaimed, hoping he would have to same reaction she had. Onto flipping to the page, it was what looked like to be a diagram. 'This is about runic artifacts, like Tveiralmr!'
There were rocks and trees, all emitting a wondrous blue light. There was also a waterfall that had the same effect. 'This waterfall had healing properties. I used this and the leaf earlier to heal..' She had forgotten entirely. She was to talk about Altheron from the beginning, yet got carried away. Which was more or less what happened.
'I did not mean to leave you and to go off like that.' she said. 'Altheron said that I am pretty slow when it comes to walking and him carrying me is a lot faster, especially if I want to meet people. My head was feeling strange and I wished to calm myself you see. Altheron is a strange person with a big hat, but he's nice and funny!' Luair laughed at the thought of his silly antics. 'What do you think, Osseus?,

Mimisko smiled. While events of last night is lingering a bit, she does try her hardest to make sure that everything goes well for everyone in the guild. After all, there's one phrase Mimisko's told her.
"Mimisko... never cause problems within guild members...you'll never know what will happen if there is a huge problem..."
Mimisko overheard what Pinky said. That's a beautiful thing that a plant could have. A song.
Though, this does dishearten Mimisko a bit. After all, she couldn't hear the 'songs' herself.
"I'm a part of the majority that cannot hear it. Heheh... "
Mimisko did sounded a bit melancholy, though she does try to keep a smile on her face.

'What do you think, Osseus?, The final page Luair wanted to show presented itself in a glorious manner. The illustrations filled the page, with all the objects glowing in a wondrous blue light. His eyes widened as he stared intently at the drawings, hoping one day to see them for himself. That, and the Northern Lights. It seemed he had a travel list, and maybe Luair could tag along- Those thoughts were immediately interrupted at the mention of Altheron. "So... that's why... you let him hold you all those times..." He laughed nervously to himself. The letter he wrote to Altheron in his own blood, scolding him for holding onto Luair, would totally bite him in the ass later on. She'd hate him for being so jealous and spiteful for something that was, in all reality, a benign act. The only way he could get out of being lambasted by his peers was if he said something about human trafficking and how it affected him: he'd seen it everywhere as well as been nearly captured to be sold off. He shot a quick glance at Luair, then realized how his past experiences totally factored in. Luair was a prime catch for only the sickest of individuals who had the most resources to offer up. If she got in the hands of those kinds of people, it would spell a fate worse than death itself. Gah, who was he kidding!? Altheron didn't know how to read, much less know how to sell off a little girl! He smacked himself mentally before preparing his response to Luair. "Thanks for telling me that... I was kind of jealous about it, to be honest... I don't know why that is, but it's weird to see a strange adult carry you around like that..." He sheepishly shrugged it off. That letter was still in Altheron's possession, and he had to find a way to explain itself if it fell into the hands of someone who could read it.

Manasa was set at ease seeing Zerah and Oxy come to their own conclusion together without her interference, hopefully growing closer and feeling less outcasted by their guild mates in the process. When the two had begun their journey back upstairs Manasa followed. As the vishkanyan trudged up the stone steps Zerah's words played back in her mind, forming pieces in a ever exspansive puzzle that Manasa had been trying to solve since she and Rylan met. Humans petrified and elves lit ablaze..that explained Rylan's ears and peculiar blood, yet his relation with Zerah was still much unknown to Manasa. By the was Zerah shouted, it seemed as if the priest had left him with nothing but the most unfavorable memories yet the Rylan Manasa knew was simply not like that. He was quiet and demure, nothing like how the imp presented him. Unless.,, Manasa thought back to the night Celty and Enoch had tried to force Rylan out of the guild, had things really been as they seemed? Did Manasa misjudge the situation and Rylan for that matter? No... Manasa knew Rylan. She knew him to be kind and empathetic, if not reckless in his actions. Manasa grew to know Rylan better than any other member of the guild. No matter what happened, she vowed to keep her vision of him pure and untainted by what Zerah had to say. Manasa was so enveloped in her thoughts she hardly noticed Oxy had beckoned for her to play with him. She snapped out of her daze, blinking several times and shaking her head before looking down at the small child and smiling. She walked over to the tiny shape shifted and took his hand, looking around the large room trying to think of an activity for the two before an idea struck. "Oxy, Do you want to go play with the books?" she asked, bending down to his eye level to speak to him as she did so. Reading picture books was a favorite hobby of hers as a child. Manasa thought of the days were she would hide scrolls under her clothes and then scurry off to an oasis on the outskirts of her tribe, copying the designs on the pages onto her skin with henna or onto a cloth with needle and thread. The vishkanyan searched the castle a bit before finding a spectacular library. She hadn't even noticed Galystris' presence for her attention was brought swiftly towards a collection of books and scrolls with elaborate scrolling golden designs. "Look Oxy!" she said excitedly, practically running to the collection and pulling the nearest book. "These are about vishkanyans, people like me."

Mimisko looked up and she sees Heiyato flew by the window. He flew near Mimisko
"Heiyato? How did...Did Kelemio...?"
Heiyato opened his beak and a tiny golden pink orb appears. Mimisko caught the orb.
"Is...this a memory orb?"
((Basically, a Memory Orb is an orb that shows memories of people you can connect to.))
Heiyato nodded and flew away out the window.
"Heiyato, wait!"
And then, she notice that others around her might've saw it. Alroth, Pinky, Daryn, Enoch, and Zerah. Oh...right.... she forgot to tell that has a brother that has a pet bird that flies to her with letters. Mimisko felt embarrassed for forgetting to tell the guild members about that.
"Um...The bird that flew to me was my brother's....I'm sorry that I forgot to tell you guys..."
Mimisko's face turned red out of sheer embarrassment.

"Look Oxy!" she said excitedly, practically running to the collection and pulling the nearest book. "These are about vishkanyans, people like me." Oxy had giggled excitedly at the prospect of new toys to play with. As Manasa dragged him away, he waved at Ooro. "Or!" He shouted. "Come on! We're gonna look at books!" He was too enthused to wait and see if she would follow. When they got into the library, he smiled brightly at Galystris and gave a short wave before Manasa's voice captured his attention once more. He scurried up to her and lightly touched the cover of the book Manasa was holding. "Vishy-ka-ya" It was the closest he could get to saying the tricky word.
Clarissa wandered through the castle by herself for awhile, glad Celty had fallen asleep when she did and even more thrilled the toddler had stayed behind. She didn't know how long she had before the shifter woke again, but she wanted to take a look at this place while she had the chance. She was very interested in history, as she had been apart of many great events that never made it into the records, and she wanted to take everything in of the once powerful Tairaga's castle before his image was burned from the world. She made her way into a guest room, examining some small trinkets of gold and silver in an old jewelry box. She closed her hands around them, and when she opened them again they melded together into a strange looking sculpture of two doves, one of each metal, striking each other. It was oddly beautiful, though had an eerie atmosphere to it. She placed the two birds into a compartment in her hat before looking through some other drawers. It was then that she spotted herself in the mirror again, and she couldn't help but strike a pose and smirk. "It really is strange to see these clothes on anyone else," she muttered, souring the moment for herself. She approached the mirror and held out a hand to it, curious about something. In all her years, she'd never managed to snag a shapeshifter for a vessel. She could be anything she wanted in this body... {Spoiler - Click to View} "Etalli." Her eyes teared up when the familiar form came through, and immediately she forced the body to revert back to Celty. She stood in silence, her hand shaking against the glass.

Luair hadn't had a clue as to why Osseus would feel jealous. Despite her confusion she felt bad that she had spurred for this to happen.
'I am sorry Osseus. I will try to walk faster so he does not need to carry me so much. Or you could carry me instead!' she said, blissfully unaware and connotation free. She beamed at him.
She had missed the point again, only thinking that Osseus enjoyed carrying her and nothing more. If she made this suggestion, to her it would iron all the problems out.
'I also apologise for waking up beside you today. I have no idea how I got there. Altheron took me back and-'
'Oh no, did I make him jealous again?' she thought, eyeing him carefully.

He scurried up to her and lightly touched the cover of the book Manasa was holding. "Vishy-ka-ya" It was the closest he could get to saying the tricky word. Manasa smiled and sat down on the carpeted floor, beckoning Oxy to join her as she flipped open the book in hand. Book were still a very foreign concept to her, as she had grown up reading from scrolls and found the act of flipping through one strange. However, a smile graced her face as the first image she saw was an illustration of a vishkanyan tribe engaged in a festival. Garlands of marigolds were hung from every tent as dancers twirled in front if a desert oasis, their own bodies decorated with vibrant flower. Manasa pointed to the illustration and spoke; "That's a picture of a festival- a party- we have every year to thank Naga for giving us water," she then pointed to a garland of marigolds "those are marigolds, they are my favorite flower. My tribe had a biiiiiiiiig field of them that my brother and I used to play in when I was small. We would get covered all over in pollen, it made us look like we were made of gold." Manasa flipped through a few more paged, pointing out illustrations and their cultural significance in a way Oxy would understand as she did so. The book was not written in vishkanyan, nor were the illustrations in the traditional vishkanyan art style, which must have meant it was written by an outsider. Manasa wanted to share with Oxy her culture first hand. She pulled out one of the scrolls and opened it flat on the ground, only to let out a cry and jolt back once she did so. { Spoiler - Click to View} Once upon a time there was born a golden princess. The princess was the most beautiful and beloved of all of her people.
Naga loved the princess most of all. Every night he would send a golden bird down to rest on the princess' pillow, in it's beak a wonderful gift. Every morning the the golden princess would send the bird back with a piece of a tapestry she had sewn.
One day the golden princess traveled away from her village and met a human. The human would sleep in the princess' bed at night with her and the golden bird no longer had a pillow to land on. The bird stopped visiting the princess.
The princess soon fell in love with the human and the two married. However, when the princess and the human kissed the human became sick and died because of the poison on her lips. This caused the princess to cry until she also died.
Naga brought the princess up into the sky where she still cries to this day, each tear forming a star. The stars in the sky serve as a reminder: to love any but Naga will surely lead to a fate worse than death.
No. Not this. Why did it have to be this tale of all things. Manasa pulled back, her body twisting and contorting in discomfort as images and thoughts raced through her mind. She wanted to scream and cry out, to run away. Yet with Oxy before her she was at a loss. Manasa bit her lower lip, tears starting to form in her eyes. "I-I... let's..."
