"Watch where you're going, dummy," he sighed in relief. "Hpmh, I'm not a dummy," Daryn trailed off quietly before getting up to follow him. When she got to her feet she stumbled a little, but was soon well enough to continue normally. "Right, right the plan!" She affirmed for herself after jogging a bit to catch up with him. She slashed at the slowed hound fearen when they got nearer and the two were back with the group in no time.

Manasa's head spun between the chaos around her before her gaze landed on Oxy, her face contorting in fear as she dropped him like a hot iron. She knew not how it had happened, but the witch was now inside the child. She turned towards Celty with a look of betrayal before running past her and Nel, completely ignoring the fearen. As she did so she pull a potion out of Rylan's pocket- no that that one. She pulled another potion out of Rylan's pocket, reading the label quickly before tossing it at the fearenized woman.
The bottle was filled with a stunning gas, meant to partially paralyze the body. It would only work if it made direct contact with Nel or broke directly below her.
Once in closer range of the family, Manasa focused her attention the the father's severed limb, drawing forth all of the poison from it and splashing it onto Rees. Upon execution Manasa let out a sharp, pained cry. and held her right hand. The cold was almost unbearable at this point. The vishkanyan wished for nothing more than to curl up and nurse her seemingly frozen hand, yet the site of Rezza's bloodied, crumbled body before her pushed her forward. Manasa pulled her Scimitar out, before quickly switching it to her left hand despite her right being the more dominant.

Looking away from Oxy and Manasa, she flung herself into the fray, taking a swipe at the first fearen she could get close to--Nel.
Nel stumbled forward, her sword clanging as it struck the ground. Looking up, with her focus now broken from her target she noticed Celty throwing an attack straight at her. Barely managing to dodge, Nel jumped back turning around. "Get back over here you piece of shit!" Before she could manage to chase Manasa down her body went limp. Crashing to the floor she let out a pained grunt. "What the hell.." Unable to move Nel waited for assistance. Ekh had turned to see her daughter attempt to engage the dancer before being targeted by another. Then she fell to the ground. The old woman looked behind her, glowering at her youngest son as she took off. In what appeared to be the blink of an eye Ekh was now at her daughter's side, with swift hands she pulled the woman off the ground and bolted back towards her family. Simply hoping to cut the golden woman off. Rees glanced to see his mother leaving before focusing his attention back to his brother. As long as he was watching no one would get their hands on him, Rees would not allow it. His father's confused gasp and a cry of pain took his eyes back away just in time to notice some sort of liquid flying at him. Steadying his crouch his raised both arms before his face, the skin burning as the poison made contact. With the attention diverted away the healer took in a large gasp. He noticed Reave's dagger, it had been placed on the ground beside him. Hoping no one would notice his attempted to move his right arm over to it, he needed to fight back. The small movement he managed made his entire arm surge with pain. Rezza let out a distressed scream and soon a hand was back on his throat and a new pain hit his hand. Upon noticing the cry Reave looked down, seeing that Rezza's arm inched towards the dagger. Picking it up he stabbed it down horizontally into the small man's hand, cutting through bones as he did. The woman was drawing closer and something like that could bring unwanted attention. Seeing the need for a change of plan Reave began backing towards the exit giving out a one word command. "Rees!" The man's attention snapped up from the healer whom he had silenced, his mind quick to notice his father moving towards the exit. His right hand grabbed Rezza's hair, gathering it tightly as he rolled him over. Using him for leverage Rees pushed the small man's face into the ground, his nose producing more sickening cracks as he did so. Once standing Rees held him close to his chest, gripping his jaw tightly with his left hand. "Looks like there's a change of plans." Pushing the sides of Rezza's jaw inward almost as easily as he would squish a rotten grape, Rees heard it crack. "N' you stay quiet." He demanded as he made his way through the exit. Ekh took up stance beside Reave setting Nel down behind them. "Don't worry." Reave bellowed to Rees. "We'll take care if this in no time." "You have a minute before I return, I will not see all of you die before we take care of him." Rees responded from somewhere behind them. Ekh zipped away from the door, stopping before Manasa, ready to strike when she drew near. "You're wasting your breath for him. He does not deserve to call himself a Flore. He is a disgrace to the family name!"

Kama said "Thanks Galystris. I owe you one." It looked as if the teamwork Galystris used ended up paying off. Valdus shouted "DAMN YOU ALL!" He flew back up high into the air and summoned a bunch of golden cannons. He shot a wind blast and hit Kama away from himself, he shot a large chunk of earth out of another golden cannon to make the chunk of earth land on top of Galystis, and his third attack he used on someone else he noticed charging towards him. She gave a light nod to Kama as if to say 'it's no problem', but quickly drew her attention back to valdus. She was rather glad she’d freed kama, as he seemed to be doing quite a bit of damage….until Valdus flew back up into the air, of course Galystris ducked away from the chunk of earth nearly immediately, as the distance he was away from her gave her time to actually see the attack directed towards her coming. She summoned a shield above her head to protect herself from the impact of the attack. She protected her head successfully, but her arms were covering the top of her head, and she felt some of the impact on her arms. Galystris shook off the chunk of earth, ignoring her aching arms. She readied a frostbolt and shot it once again, aiming for Valdus’ head. She let it go, hoping she wouldn’t miss again.

Celty managed to shout to Manasa, "Leave him! I know what I'm doing!" before being drawn back into the fight. "There are a lot of us who have done things we aren't proud of!" Celty said harshly, her shoulder blades morphing underneath her skin. "And even more of us who have gone against our families teachings! But at this point, I don't give a damn! You fight someone who's defended me or my son, and I'll kick your damn ass!" Fearen wings sprouted from her back and she launched into the air, attempting to bypass the other family members and go straight for Rees, her hands outstretched to grab at his neck.

Ortus grinned from ear to ear, her razor sharp teeth in full view as she observed the imp flail about hopelessly. She stepped back to let the arm beast latch off of his person, but a new problem presented itself. The blood seemed to clot the wounds, but some of the substance seemed to seep into her bloodstream. Below the elbow, the limb began bubbling, the skin seeming to react as if it was boiling water. In a moment of sheer terror, she used her free arm to lop off the offending limb, letting it fester on the ground as she watched helplessly. "I mustn't succumb to this madness," She thought, clearly agitated at Zerah's attack. It was a matter of working with her newfound disability that was the problem. Her sword was heavy, not one to be wielded with only one hand. She adjusted it to be of a lighter model, albeit the damage it would inflict was cut significantly. Her left arm would have to serve as a magic caster, but the accuracy would be severely hindered due to the loss in precision. "It seems you've gotten your wish, monster. I am not finished, however." She stood up straight, using her height to dominate the smaller imp as she encased her stump in a 'fiery' glow. "Unlike most of these fearen, I know what I'm doing."She readied her sword, aiming to use up her magic for a full out assault on her assailants. She sent out several waves while aiming hexes at Ooro and Zerah, summoning more to make up for the lower accuracy. She then used her free hand to aim slashes at them, hoping to wear them out. "You knew what you were doing when you conceived Osseus too! A disgusting, worthless human! But that didn't stop your desperate ass!" Zerah shouted as the woman seemed to have cut her own arm off to get his arm away. The arm shook the limb violently before tossing it away, black ooze dripping from it's mouth. The arms seemed to be overflowing with ooze, when Zerah realized he never corked his eye up again. Blood had been pouring through this whole time, feeding to these creatures hatred and ravenousness. Zerah had dropped the cork somewhere, and had no way of finding it amongst the battlefield with all of the action going on around him. He silently cursed himself before he saw what the armored fearen had planned. Waves of dark energy were heading towards the imp left and right. The heads began to bat away at them, quickly regretting this as the pain was immense. They quickly moved back, trying their best to dodge these attacks, but due to their size, they couldn't help but get nicked by these hexes. The arms howled in pain as the burning was unbearable. Meanwhile, Zerah was trying his best to stay out of Ortus' line of fire. Her blade was swing haphazardly at him, trying to kill him with every blow. With his arms panicking like they were, Zerah kept getting cut and jabbed, but nothing to sufficient. Just enough to make the imp bleed more. That's when the wave of hexes stopped, as Zerah had been running backwards the entire time just trying to escape Ortus, and his arms were pissed. Their crazed eyes fixated on Ortus once more, letting out a howl and spitting blood everywhere. The right arm attacked first, going for her leg but slamming it's head into the ground, creating a crater. The left arm, which had taken much less damage than the right, went for the woman's right leg. If it were to latch on, it'd swing the woman around like a ragdoll before tossing her away.

She readied a frostbolt and shot it once again, aiming for Valdus’ head. She let it go, hoping she wouldn’t miss again. Valdus tried to dodge the attack by moving to the side, but the ice scraped the side of his head, damaging him a little bit. "I'm impressed that you managed to break my shield and free Kama so easily, but I won't make the mistake of underestimating you again! Let's see how long you two can last!" Valdus said. Kama turned to Galystris and shouted "It's not gonna be easy to kill him Galystris! All we have to do is stall him until we get more backup!" Before Kama could say any more than that Valdus began his attack. Valdus summoned dozens of giant golden swords. He aimed and shot wind slashes at every member of the Shadow Slayers, each wind slash being powerful enough to break the temple walls.

While Ooro had been successful in dodging the first waves Ortus had summoned their way, she found herself horrified at the woman's capacity upon watching Zerah's arm deteriorate. His "blood" supposedly had it under control, but she cupped her hands over her mouth as he mercilessly slashed at Osseus' mother- successfully detaching one of her own limbs. She almost scolded Zerah in the process, if it wasn't for Ortus quickly advancing her assault on the two further.
Waves had flown from every angle, and dodging them became an immense strain. Luckily, all of her focus had been set on evading the attacks due to having no other course of action. However, that didn't mean it was necessarily an easy task. She could shrieks of pain resound through the field- had Zerah been getting hit? The situation escalated in a matter of seconds, unless one had been paying complete attention to the direction of the waves- it would probably be impossible not to be struck. Ooro had to think on her feet, and even attempt to shield herself with lesser fearen bodies. Unfortunately, one had lunged at it- sending her skidding across the ground as it bit at her arm. The hex had hit its body before it could sink its teeth into her once more, causing it to collapse.
At this point, the woman had charged at the imp with full force as she swung her blade relentlessly at the stout figure. Ooro's eyes widened as Zerah sought to violently halt the woman in her endeavors. As she was preparing to intervene between the two, a golden hilt had hovered over them as it shimmered brightly. The blade leaned itself backward, before swinging its pointed tip forward causing winds of devastation in its wake. It struck in their direction, and while Ooro desperately tried to push against it using the full power of her legs- she was being pushed back. Her eyes focused on Ortus and Zerah as she fell backwards. Zerah had little compassion for the woman, and she felt that he failed to consider Osseus in the process.
Osseus...
She would not let him watch his mother be brutalized on the sidelines. Already had he felt the burden of guilt on his shoulders, if she were to depart in agony, how would he feel then? Ooro did not wish to bear the thought of him blaming himself once more, and with that she decided that she would be the one to end it- and with a single blow. If she could just shift both of her claws at once, one could surely pry the chest plate off, while the other thrust itself within her chest.
As the wind continued, she waited for a moment of hesitation within their exchange. As one began to falter, whether it be a loss of footing, balance, or composure, she would sprint at full speed with all of her might, using all of her ability in attempt to force a shift in her talons...
And thus, pierce the woman's chest.

The right arm attacked first, going for her leg but slamming it's head into the ground, creating a crater. The left arm, which had taken much less damage than the right, went for the woman's right leg. If it were to latch on, it'd swing the woman around like a ragdoll before tossing her away. The left arm missed its aim, but the right arm managed to snag onto its leg, just barely missing out on swinging her around since she managed to lop off her armor. Facing the imp would prove counter productive, since he had no qualms on ending her life, and the woman was Marcus's target. She opted to move away from the chaos, looking for an easier target to prey on. Luckily, her wishes were granted.
"H-Hold that thought!" Osseus inched away from the crowd for a split second to scope out Ooro's position, only to be caught in Ortus's trap. The woman grabbed hold of his neck, easily lifting him off the ground. Her ears eagerly perked at the notion of hearing his bones crack. "Mom...no..." Osseus weakly pleaded, his cries ignored as Ortus clasped her grip tighter and scoffed at the boy. "Instead of giving you a proper execution, I see a more fitting end to the likes of you..." Her words parroted that of the elven elder whom destroyed her in her past life, her voice twisting to that of a demonic tone. Osseus's eyes borderline popped out of their skulls before his salvation would occur. As one began to falter, whether it be a loss of footing, balance, or composure, she would sprint at full speed with all of her might, using all of her ability in attempt to force a shift in her talons... And thus, pierce the woman's chest. Unfortunately, that move left her completely open to attack as she was pierced directly with one of Ooro's talons. Her life flashed before her eyes in that instant, remembering the one moment that changed her life. Her breathing was ragged as she squeezed Johan’s hand, just managing to do through a painful ordeal. But all of her worries washed away as she focused on all the features of the new little boy she had given birth to: his squishy hands, his chubby cheeks, the perfectly pokeable belly, and the aura of innocence that surrounded him. Johan immediately washed the child and clothed him in whatever they had made with scraps, laying the boy on a makeshift blanket. "Ortus... isn't he wonderful?" Johan asked, clearly teary-eyed at the new bundle of joy introduced to the world. The new mother could barely find the words, opting to focus on the baby until something came out.
"I take everything back. He deserves the best life we can possibly give. Osseus... Osseus deserves everything."
The memories flooded back in droves: Osseus's first steps, his first words, his first birthdays, every single moment in that 28 year time period that kept her living. She weakly turned her head to face Ooro, and responded. "...I admire your dedication towards my son. I'd-" She trailed off for a moment, resisting the urge to cough up blood, "I'd like for you to take care of him in my place. I'm sure you would do a much better job than I ever had in my life." She turned again, kneeling down to Osseus's level and placing her one hand on his cheek, soaking in both tears and blood. "Your father and I are so proud of you right now. With that, I can only ask one thing of you in this moment; I want to be freed from this prison of a body." Before Osseus could even manage such a task, he held onto her hand as it lay across his cheek, tears streaming down his cheeks. "Don't go Mom... I don't wanna lose you again..." "Me neither, but it's the only way, " Ortus pulled her distraught boy into a final embrace, noticing his position with the knife before pulling him in tighter. "Go ahead." She commanded tearfully. Osseus burrowed in his mother's shoulder before he finally made his decision. "I love you, Mom," He sobbed as he helplessly ended his mother's life with a well placed stab in the back. "I-" Her words were halted with a massive jolt of pain, but she held it in for her final moments, "-love...you...too...Osseus..." Her breathing stopped completely in that moment, every system in her fearen body failing her. Her body lay limp on Osseus's shoulder as he sobbed relentlessly over her corpse. Yet, it wasn't completely due to sorrow; it was mixed in with a bittersweet relief, since he finally had closure to the event that ruined his life. His eyes wandered down, the remnants of her black magic creating daggers for both Ooro and Osseus. He grabbed one off the ground and held it close to his chest: a memento he longed for.

Facing the imp would prove counter productive, since he had no qualms on ending her life, and the woman was Marcus's target. She opted to move away from the chaos, looking for an easier target to prey on. Luckily, her wishes were granted. The arm managed to get a hold of the woman's leg, but found only the armored boot where her body should be dangling from. Frustrated, the arm tossed the armor away, turning its attention back towards the fearen woman who had already begun running off. Zerah had the intention of chasing her, but hadn't noticed Valdus' attack. The blast of wind generated by the golden blade sent Zerah hurdling back, crashing into the wall of the dome. A pained groan escaped the imp, wanting to rub the back of his head, but his beast-like claws would not allow it. He snarled a bit, looking at his arms that had now gone extremely quiet. Their attention had been drawn to something else, or rather someONE else. Zerah followed their eyes to see what they were looking at, when he spotted it. "Valdus.." He mumbled. A grin spread across the imp's face as it finally seemed like he and his limbs were on the same page. It was finally time to take a shot at the man he'd been dying to fight this whole time. While the three other humanoid fearen had been a bother, and all other fights up to this point had been a challenge, they were nothing that Zerah couldn't handle. But Valdus, however. HE was a man that could really get the imp's blood pumping. And he had. There was no way he was letting any other fearen get in his way. It was time to fight the most powerful warrior on the planet. Without wasting another second, Zerah sprinted across the battlefield, a wicked smile plastered on his face, drool and blood flying everywhere. The beasts took care of any nearby fearen, crushing the bodies with their powerful jaws and chucking them haphazardly across the dome. There was nothing stopping him, he needed to fight this man. Normally, Zerah would say something snarky before pouncing at somebody, but not with this man. He was much too powerful to take lightly. Without another word, Zerah climbed up a bulk fearen's back and leapt with all of his strength off the beast, leaving the fearen on the ground and Zerah flying at a blistering speed towards the legendary hero. The beasts attached to the imp's jaws had their jaws agape, ready to sink their teeth into whatever part of Valdus they could.

Luair was forced back into action, the attack grazing her arm as she jumped to the side. She was sent tumbling to the ground, yet quickly leapt back to her feet. There wasn't any time to waste when the real threat remained much alive.
She glanced at Osseus and his mother and anguish struck her heart. To think that Valdus was responsible for pitting him against his own blood made her stomach churn. She seeked revenge, an emotion she rarely felt and the plan acted as her chance to do so.
She got closer, having only seen what had taken place from a distance. She was certain they both had injuries and she felt anger at herself in her helplessness and lack of tact.
'Ooro, Osseus.' she said, her eyes glossed over with tears.

Before Zerah approached Valdus he said "To think that so many of you don't even stop to consider the consequences of what you're doing. You've all chosen the wrong side! If my plan doesn't succeed then nothing will ever change. Those who live on Ignis will continue to fight among themselves and when all hope is lost there will be no god to save you! My plan is the only way to save the future of Ignis!" Valdus was quick to react and summoned a golden shield in the way, attempting to slam Zerah in the face with it. Normally this wouldn't do much harm, but beneath Zerah he also summoned a golden sword that would slash him as soon as he hit the ground. Valdus looked over to Zerah and said "It's about time more backup came to the rescue. Your guild leader wouldn't have lasted much longer."

Like the jaws had intended, they sunk their teeth into something. The only problem is, it wasn't the legendary hero it sunk it's teeth into, but the shield he summoned in front of him. The imp's body flopped against the metallic surface, dangling above the ground. When the imp looked down, he saw the enormous golden blade waiting to chop him to bits. He let out an audible gulp, the teeth sinking further into the shield as he held on for dear life. The imp listened to this self-righteous warrior go on and on about saving the world and whatnot, boring the imp. "I don't care about the world" He shouted. "I don't care about your useless gods! Gods are just there to comfort the weak in the dead of night, protecting them from monsters like me! But in reality, they don't give a fuck about humanity! Otherwise, you'd have never been born! Your goal is so self-righteous and ignorant! I can't believe people thought of you as a hero, when you're nothing but a joke!!" He spat. "All I care about is fighting you, so how about you stop flying like a bitch and fight like a man!!!"

Valdus summoned dozens of giant golden swords. He aimed and shot wind slashes at every member of the Shadow Slayers, each wind slash being powerful enough to break the temple walls. ((sorry for the late response! DNS issues are fun :/)) She would've given Kama some sort of response, if Valdus' large attack hadn't taken her full attention. Galystris summoned a shield to protect herself from the attack, as usual. She was unaware of how strong it would be though. When the sword reached her shield, she moved it up so it could take the blow. It broke in half It broke clean in half
She'd been training so long to make her shields strong; to make it feel like the attacker was hitting a brick wall. But it broke. At that moment, she realized how strong her opponent was. Galystris did her best to avoid the swords slashing at her. If it could cut her shield in half, it could cut her in half. She got many cuts, but mainly avoided losing anything. She would occasionally launch small attacks at the swords, but her fear overwhelmed her, weakening her attacks. She was also rather distracted, focused mostly on not dying by this attack

After a full meal and night of rest, Gremlon was more prepared for this battle, or so he thought. After dragging Vastebon's head to the battlefield he stopped to check his surroundings. On the battlefield was someone he recognized. Someone who was brought back from the grave again. This was Urzul. Before Gremlon could say anything to her, she was already being attacked. ((I'm sorry that I have not posted shit yesterday. I kinda have no excuse. ^^;.)) While the others are handling, Mimisko notice that Urzul is wrecking a lot of things. Was this one of early Shadow Slayers members that lost their life. If so, like with Lopiya as Yapilo, this is not the way to go about it. Mimisko fire turns blue, becomes a bow and arrow, aims and Urzul. "Being a fearen is not the way to go about it. Ready and Stand..." She shoots the fire arrow at Urzul. Will Mimisko make the shot? Gremlon didn't take advantage of this attack and started trying to talk to Urzul. "I've told myself that I didn't want to face you" Gremlon said to Urzul. "but I actually did want to face you." "I never got to know what your name is" Gremlon concluded. Gremlon shouted, "That's the last thing I'm going to ask for you to do! Tell me your name!" "Before I kill you again" Gremlon said as he grabbed out his knife. Gremlon started sprinting over to Urzul ready to slash, but his sprinting speed was rather slow. Gremlon was uneasy.
