"Are you sure about that?" His voice was raspy and strained. "You're in pretty bad shape, kid." Slowly he pushed himself up onto his feet, dragging his shawl up with him. It was in no condition to be worn so he instead draped it over his shoulder. Trying to support itself his body trembled as he began to slowly circle the half elf trying to get a handle on the damage he had. Once he had circled back in front of the boy he let out a strained cough, dying certainly wasn't doing him any favors. "Just tell me if there's any problems besides the obvious," His hand waved weakly as it gestured to Osseus. "I'll take care of it." ((Emetophobia warning)) His ears perked up slightly at the healer heaving upwards to inspect him, realizing just how bad his condition was as well. "H-hey, you don't look too good either, don't push yourself too hard," He coughed, small droplets of blood dripping from his lips. The words weren't that reassuring, since his body seemed coated in cuts, bruises, and scrapes, along with excruciating pain with every movement. The most prominent injuries on his person were a giant gash on his upper torso, a 3rd degree burn right below it, and a huge lightning scar on his right arm, making using that limb incredibly difficult. Then again, another internal injury presented itself. Osseus turned away from Rezza from a split second as if to block the view of what was about to happen, and vomited up a mixture of blood and the contents in his stomach on the ground. Osseus grimaced at the puddle below him and turned back to Rezza, pursing his lips slightly and averting his eyes from the healer. "That's what you get for going faster than sound itself and just stopping like that..." He weakly muttered to Rezza, snapping his fingers to accompany his statement. He was in no mood to show any disdain anyways.

"I am fine." Rezza remarked quietly. "I am still alive....Even if I'm not strong enough to survive..." These words were spoken more for himself at this point. "Now isn't the time to be useless..." Quietly he looked on at Osseus as the elf leaned away, noting that the bile was stained with hues of brown and red. He took a hesitant step closer trying to affirm the words he needed. There certainly wasn't time, nor did he have the energy to retrieve his journal. "I'm going to have to ask you stay still for a moment." Holding his hands out before him, palms angled towards each other, Rezza lowered his head. While there may have been a chant that could do what he needed with a lower cost, he felt trying to search for the words would use up too much time. And with what he did time was always the most important factor. His voice began rolling, once again, out of his mouth. The words stumbling out quietly and awkwardly. Rezza continued through the chant at a slower pace despite the clear urgency he felt about the situation, his eyes glowing as the same green aura emitted from his hands. He peeked up expectantly, once it had concluded, hoping that he had spoken correctly and that he had been able to properly direct his focus to Osseus. "Things should be better now." This matter-of-fact statement fell from his mouth bluntly, serving mainly to help comfort the healer himself.

His scars still remained, but this only made the boy smile veven wider, considering the bragging right that would ensue. "Thanks man!" He cheerfully exclaimed, jumping up from his kneeling position before pointing to the crowd gathering wood. He whipped his head to Rezza, excitement lighting up his eyes like the newly shown sun. "Hey, we should probably rest up for all of the fun shit we can do now that those fearen are gone! I'll help you get over there if you'd like!"

"Valdus, huh?" Kelemio crossed his arms and let out a sigh. "To be honest, I was suspeculating that he was gonna screw up. Something was telling that he was about to fuck up.."
Kelemio looked at the ground.
"Hearing that this is what he did...Valdus is witout doubt the biggest morons ever!"
Kelemio looked a back at Daryn
"Well, it's good thing you guys fixed what he broke.."
Mimisko walked up to Daryn and Kelemio.
"So, shall I set up some cheppermint tea?"
Kelemio snorted of the phrase "cheppermint tea".
"Man, Mimisko, I don't think everyone want that, haha!"

"I think that's a good amount firewood. Thanks." Both fire mages set up the the fire. "It's all ready." said Mimisko "So, while the food is setting up, ya'll come to the campfire!" Kelemio spoke loudly "We need to celebrate for you guys doing a job well done on fixing Ignis that whoever fucked up." Enoch sat by the fire, glancing over at the two fire mages chatting with Daryn as he grabbed a few of the sticks from the pile of firewood, driving them through several pieces of meat and holding them over the fire. He listened quietly as what he assumed to be Mimisko's brother asked about the battle events, smirking a bit and raising an eyebrow as he heard a muffled response from the swordswoman. "So, shall I set up some cheppermint tea?" Kelemio snorted of the phrase "cheppermint tea". "Man, Mimisko, I don't think everyone want that, haha!" Enoch remembered the super chilly-tasting tea, shivering a bit instinctively. While it was certainly far too cold and sharp for his tastes, a certain ice mage might find it more to her tastes. "Galystris might enjoy that tea," he replied, glancing back at them from his spot at the campfire. (((dorky children))) {Spoiler - Click to View}

Daryn's face turned to one of deadpan. She had no idea something like that was going to happen. She thought for sure Valdus was just another dead hero. Didn't matter now, though. Enoch remembered the super chilly-tasting tea, shivering a bit instinctively. While it was certainly far too cold and sharp for his tastes, a certain ice mage might find it more to her tastes. "Galystris might enjoy that tea," he replied, glancing back at them from his spot at the campfire. Daryn went back to paying attention to her bread bag because the cheppermint tea didn't interest her. In fact she felt she'd never heard of it before. If someone talked about it before then, she'd completely forgotten. She went up to sit at the campfire and set out the bread bag as open for others to take from. ((Super cute convo wtf? ChibiGissy ))

I've grown a tolerance to cold things." she said with a shrug. She was almost completely back to her normal cold demeanor. Well, people called her an ice queen for multiple reasons. "I hope you don't despise cold things though, because I was planning on making something for everyone as celebration for winning."

"Hey, we should probably rest up for all of the fun shit we can do now that those fearen are gone! I'll help you get over there if you'd like!" Seeing the young elven one now rejuvenated, Rezza let out a soft sigh completely relieved that his abilities proved themselves useful. His face slightly reflecting this relief as he watched Osseus jump to his feet. "Huh?" He cocked his head at the offer, his gaze following the gesture to see a small group gathered. "Oh... Perhaps it's best I retrieve my things first." A shaky response fell into the air between the two as the healer's weary eyes began to look around. He had no reason to believe it would all be too far away, but his only reference point, the entryway, was gone. After a small moment off looking around lost he spoke up once more. "B-besides," Rezza began to slowly stumble away, his stride more resembling the waddle of a drunk penguin. "if it kills me again then I deserve to die..."

The campfire was completed and everyone was more or less settling down. Luair wondered about Osseus's whereabouts, haven't not seen him since the battle ended. She recalled him heading to the fox man not too long ago, and went in search of them. Upon finding him, she was relieved to see he appeared to be better, and was no longer in a dire condition.
'Osseus! Are you alright?' she called out to him, waving her arm to grab his attention. 'I wanted to ask earlier, yet I did not end up doing so.'
She fumbled around, steadily growing anxious. She hoped she was doing the right thing this time, she hated being inadequate when it came to healing matters. Perhaps Ooro could teach her a thing or two. She put that thought for later.

"Wha-" He cut himself off in that moment, his mouth quivering a bit at the awkwardness of responding to that comment. Maybe it was the trek to find his things that would kill him? To him, there wouldn't be any major threat in their vicinity, save maybe an animal if it ever decided to wander. He took a few tentative steps forward before having his attention diverted to a familiar voice. 'Osseus! Are you alright?' she called out to him, waving her arm to grab his attention. 'I wanted to ask earlier, yet I did not end up doing so.' She fumbled around, steadily growing anxious. "Hey!" Osseus waved his arms to his new elf girlfriend, eager to see her in his healed state, despite his outside appearance clearly stating otherwise. "Rezza healed me up and I'm all good to join you guys!!" His voice held a very slight air of impatience, but it was mostly drowned out by pure excitement, especially with the after effects of battle adrenaline. He took a quick glance at his scars before turning around to Rezza, taking another few steps towards him before clearing his throat. "Rezza, do you need help with finding your stuff?"

He took a quick glance at his scars before turning around to Rezza, taking another few steps towards him before clearing his throat. "Rezza, do you need help with finding your stuff?" The healer's unsteady feet slipped on the ground beneath him causing him to stumble forward as his concentration on walking had been broken. Before his face made contact with the ground he managed to catch his upper body with his elbows. The rush of panic that flared up as he fell caused him to lose his grasp in the steady pace he had been breathing at. "I'm fine. You all go meet with the others." Slowly Rezza began to push his body up, pulling his legs underneath him, and attempted to stand again. Though he had not passed for long a familiar weakness hit him, his body screaming for him to stop. "I'm not weak." His voice became strained and airy as he stood once more, pushing himself to try moving onward not in spite of his weakness, but because of it. "I'm fine. I just have to..." A knot formed in his throat as he once again was drawn back to the many speeches he had received about resilience and continuing on through pain and illness to get stronger. "Have to keep working through it." Taking a few small uneasy steps he paused his movement for a while his legs quaking as he stood upon them, his body almost curling in on itself. With hesitation he attempted to right his posture before falling forward again, hitting the ground with a dull thud. He wanted to give up now, to simply lay himself down and let someone else do his work for him. Yet at the same time the very thought made him sick. Rezza could hear his voice shaking as he called back weakly, on the verge of tears. "I just have to be stronger..." 'If you give up now,' Mentally the healer scolded himself for his desire to quit as he worked to stand once more. 'you go back to being who you were before. If you quit here you're no better than that sick child who refused to try. You got this chance now fucking use it, you won't prove anyone wrong by giving up.'

Kelemio looks at Enoch. "Oh really? Well, I'll be damned." He looks back at Mimisko "Mimisko, you can set up the tea. Make sure you'll only give it to Galystris. I'm sure no one else wants that." "Right!" Kelemio looked at Enoch. He's really not too great with coming up a converstation that is not with his own guild "So..uh....I suspposed that you knew Mimisko for a while that she told you about the goganta peepers, correct?" Mimisko set up the pot to set cheppermints in. She added water into the mix. After a few minutes, Mimisko stirred and the due the tempurature of the fire, the cheppermint tea has been formed. Silky and smooth. Once Mimisko pour the tea into a cup, however, it arleady became a little chilly. "Hehe, good ol' cheppermints." Mimisko walked over to Galystris and handed her the tea. "Here you go. I hope you'll enjoy the tea." She smiled. (( not u Emily ))

"Thank you, Miss, Lunania." she said with a polite nod. She took a sip of the tea, and sighed lightly. Just the temprature she liked it. "You fought well today, Miss Lunania. Keep up the great work. Well, if you ever need to." she shrugged

His voice trailed off, carrying an air of indecisiveness. It was like Manasa back in the Tairaga battle: it couldn't really be helped. He fidgeted nervously before finally making a decision. "Let me or anyone else know if you need help, I guess..." He sheepishly replied, scampering off to meet the others. With that, he wiped off his hardened expression in favor of a more cheerful one, almost sliding himself next to Enoch and Daryn. He readied himself to tell all the ridiculous stories he had experienced over the past two years, a tad disappointed in himself for not doing it earlier (or at least, only telling a very minor story). "Who's up for campfire stories!?" He exclaimed, hoping to light up the mood even more with being around everyone else. Maybe then he could brag about all the dumb shit he had done.

The spawn is pleased, to say the least, that he was able to bring a great deal of pain onto his creator, and when seeing that he tried to shift his position to ready another attack. He readied his claws once again, this time morphing them to be longer and finer at their tips. With these, he planned to scrape at the god with everything he had before the guild even had the chance to, but it was too late.
The light of Mimisko’s holy flames burst through Sandor, tearing him apart in the process. During his pained shrieks, the spawn-who still was not ready to give up- lunged forward anyway and futilely dug his claws as far as he could into Sandor’s chest. He was aware that it wasn’t enough to rid the world of his creator. He was aware that he’d still perish even if he dodged the flames, and he was damn sure aware that after the deed was done and he was just a fleeting memory, it’d go down in history that Sandor’s demise would be at the hands of the mortals before him, but none of that mattered anymore. Sandor already accomplished his goal. This spawn was indeed a failure, and soon, he would be no more, and there’d no longer be any point to proving himself. And yet...
He still wanted to try.
He winced as the flames ate at his claws, watching as the light made quick work of his existence. As much as it burned, he still held on, just staring at him. Through its purple haze, he could see the rays shooting through his back as Sandor’s eyes and mouth lit up with holy light, the prophecy fulfilling itself seconds later. Despite losing bits of himself every moment, the spawn couldn’t help but feel a dull sense of freedom as the both of them burned. After all, Sandor could no longer see, and his prophecy-altering powers were directly connected to his sight. He no longer had control over the spawn’s destiny anymore, and the spawn would use these final moments to do something great. To make his own prophecy come true, kind of like what the boy said.
That boy….
Altheron watched in horror as the spawn’s body was torn apart along with his master. Having ran so close to the action, he was now in full view of this feat, and was really close to the blast zone, but none of that seemed to matter to him at all. Knowing the final blast had been dealt, he kept his staff to his side. He didn’t need any future vision to know there was nothing he could do to stop the spirit’s death. The spawn ripped what has left of his “claws” out of Sandor’s decaying form and tried to re-shape them again. The result was two dull, malformed pinchers. These would do. In that moment, although he was not plainly visible to anyone but the shaman, it almost appeared that the spawn was tearing apart the weakened remains of the god to aid Mimisko as Sandor bellowed out his passing threats, when in reality he was doing it for himself. All for himself. As Sandor exploded, the spawn’s job was now done. Before his body faded away, he turned to Altheron and gave a slight nod, something the shaman translated as some form of “goodbye” in his book. Having not been paying much attention to the danger still present before him, Altheron was knocked back once again, this time failing to catch himself. The world spun around him as he tumbled backward, eventually righting itself once he landed, hitting his head on the hard ground with a dull smack sound. Fortunately, nothing broke this time, but the impact knocked him out. Before everything started fading to black, he looked up to the sky. The clarity of the blue felt unreal, almost as if he were dreaming. Flecks of light began to float all around. The joyous shouts of the now freed souls returning to the afterlife brought a weak smile to his lips. He turned his head to side, catching small glimpses of the guild coming together to celebrate their victory. Eventually, the fatigue he accumulated over the past sleepless nights caught up to him, and with the image of the victory circle still fresh in his mind, Altheron passed out.
((Altheron is still open for RPing. I'll post the ending later.))
