Wha-?
A giant portal like object opened up, releasing an old man on a... fearen? And the old man was the legendary hero guy who defeated that asshole king 50 years ago and ended discrimination on fire users! Osseus's eyes lit up for a split second, then he remembered that discrimination against dark elves and mixed race people were still a thing. He puffed his cheeks out to form a slight pout.
The oddness of the situation got to his head, but then ignited an idea in his head. Something crazier than wearing hound skin and bathing in fearen blood. He took to informing Enoch about the ridiculous train of thought that was forming itself as it went. Unfortunately, there was no diagram to explain anything.
"I think we can use dead flesh and cover it with our scent to make sure those hound fearens work as transportation. Then we can cover that same type of flesh to get the hounds to gnaw off the foot and disable it. Then we can get the guy with the portal and get the big fearen's head stuck in it so he can't get up, then stab all his eyes out. With that, he won't be able to move..." Osseus went on to explain his ludicrous ideals, then added one little comment; again making a slight pout on his face.
"I didn't know it had 5 eyes ok...."
He then strolled off to capture a hound, grab a piece of flesh, smear it in his blood and sweat, and tie it to a string on a stick. It was primitive and very childish, but it could very well work. He mounted the hound and set off for a test drive. The speed on this thing was insane, and Osseus could barely hold on to such a hilariously fast creature. But it could very well work for short distances. Any longer than about a mile or so and one would be thrown off, even if they were expert horse riders. He dismounted the fearen in front of Enoch and threw the meat over to distract the fearen, mainly to prove such an insane feat was possible.
"Oh my Gods!!" Osseus yelled as he broke out into a fit of laughter at the ordeal, like a young boy after riding a bull at a village fair. His entire being just screamed his physical age rather than his actual age at that moment in time, hopefully providing some relief from the stress as well as providing critical information about hound fearens and their uses.

((Yo funnybunnyjay, just a general question, so that everyone knows. If someone's character DOES die, are they out of the RP?))

Fearos noticed that Mimisko's fire arrows flied straight for the five eyes on the massive fearen's face. Fearos summoned a magic shield that blocked the attack, completely extinguishing the flames. It's defenses were simply too great for such a far ranged attack to work. It would require a great deal of power to break the shield. As Fearos slowly moved towards the Shadow Slayers their hopes seems to wear thinner. Fearos charged up an energy beam, preparing to fire it straight at the inn that Alroth stood on. The guild would either have to redirect the attack somehow, or hope that they could somehow block it. Kama was going to explain that the hound fearen beside him wasn't their enemy, but for now he had to make sure they stopped the attack that Fearos was about to do. He shouted "Osseus you keep doing your plan! Stay on the offensive! Mimisko their are winged fearen headed toward the inn take care of them! Everyone else stop Fearos!" ((Yo funnybunnyjay, just a general question, so that everyone knows. If someone's character DOES die, are they out of the RP?)) ((If their character dies then they are allowed to make a new character to replace them, but I recommend that you only role play as one character at a time.))

Rylan was overcome with another wave of fear as Fearos began to charge his beam. It would surely destroy everyone in the area and everyone around it. Rylan began to panic, knowing there was only one real option for him at this point.
I can't run off....no one can run from that....the only way would be to redirect it....that being the case, I have to use it.....Oh Yakoshi, Archex, Sandor.... give me strength...
"I can probably redirect it, but in case I can't I suggest everyone get the hell out of the way! Either move towards Fearos or move somewhere else, since he's only aiming towards the inn at this point!"
Rylan clasped his hands together and begun saying a prayer.
"Manasa! I'd really hate to ask this, but do you think you could hang here with me and help me charge my magic? I'm gonna need a lot of it for this..."

(( Here's another approximation of our current positions. Fearos is slightly smaller than he would be compared to everyone, so this isn't 100% to scale, but it's pretty close. I also moved Fearos closer to the group than he actually is in order to avoid stretching the picture EVEN further haha, so the distance between our group and Fearos is more like twice what's displayed. As always, the surroundings are based on my interpretation, and may not reflect the situation perfectly. ))

"I'm on it! Anybody else?" Manasa looked at the crowd before her, considering who she should or should not target with her dance and then settled on Rylan, the time mage and the pixie in the metal suit. The smaller the group the better, and these three seemed to be the most desperate. "Also... Can anybody protect me while I'm dancing? If I'm interrupted it'll do nothing."
Manasa focused on the pixie and the two magic users, taking a deep breath and then preforming. She made sure each step was perfect. She couldn't fail now, doing so meant the death of the entire guild. Manasa's eyes lit up like two golden flames as she poured her entirety into her performance.

Mimisko was given a task from Karma. It has build up her confediece. She nodded.
"Right! I will do my best!"
Mimisko looked at the winged Fearens headed towards the inn. She set up a giant fire bow and giant blue fire arrows. The fire is from her confendence. She aims at the fearens
"Ready and stand..... STAY AWAY FROM THE SHADOW SLAYERS!!!!"
She has let go of the arrows. Like with aiming are Fearos' eyes, the arrows are aimed at the winged fearens. These arrows are not as quick as the one she aimed at Fearos', they are still fast. Luckily, it was fast to a point most of the winged fearens are got hit and they burned into an oblivion. Only one still remains. It charges at Mimisko. She was able to to dodge it but only barely by receiving are brutal scratch on her arm from the fearen.
"AHHH!!!" Mimisko cried.
It hurt so much. However....
"I'm not going to run away.... not after how much damage you monsters caused to not only this guild but the entire world as well!!!"
The flames from her anxeity starts to not only kick in but the flames of her confidence. It turns into and big fireball from her finger tip. She points it to the fearen.
"Ready and stand....let's not meet again."
The fireball turns blue. She shoots the fireball at the winged fearen. It went really fast that it was no where to be found.
"Mama... I hope your proud of me."

Ooro was taken aback by the sight of an oddly colored hound fearen carrying Kama on its back. However, this was no time to sit still as the haggard man sustained injuries on his leg, arm, and head. She dashed to the elderly man's side, quickly drawing her needle out. She had sewed the wounds shut... but they still could use a bit more. He had bled out pretty badly, and risking the injuries reopening could pose a problem. Damn! If only I had that other spool of thread on me...
"Does anyone have any type of healing serum?!" she frantically called out, "Kama could use one right now!" Ugh! Damn the luck! Why didn't I bring that forsaken spool with me!? Fearos seemed to grow aware of their presence, and she was running out of time to find Altheron. Where could he be...!? Her hand held her head in frustration, she needed to get moving! Though no one had replied to her earlier on his whereabouts...
For now, she sat with Kama, and teared a piece off the herb she had taken from the rogue's satchel. "Eat this, it'll at least keep you wide awake." As she waited, she listened to the group's possible plan to try and blind the creature. When it came to ranged attacks, Ooro had none. Though, if she could just get her hand to shift again, maybe she could fight off some of the surrounding beasts...

"Also... Can anybody protect me while I'm dancing? If I'm interrupted it'll do nothing." Overhearing an order, Daryn rushed to the being's side. She had no idea who this was or what they were doing, but if she needed protection for something magic related, Daryn intended to help out. At least, as long as she could. Her exhaustion was creeping up on her and she didn't know how much longer she could keep fighting. She sliced a mage fearen's throat. "Do what you gotta do!" She shouted between weary breaths.

"Fine!" Alroth roared, diving off the roof with mace held high. He prepared a massive downward swing mid-air, unleashing the attack at the last second and landing mace-first on a stinger. The beast was crushed to pieces, but Alroth proceeded to kick the largest chunk as far away as he could manage - the slab of meat subsequently exploding a few yards away and damaging some other nearby fearen.
He didn't know what Manasa was going to do, but if it was any bit helpful it would be worth finding out. The others were trying to formulate plans, and they seemed to be having more luck. Alroth was obviously not a long range fighter, so defeating Fears would most likely be out of his hands unless he could somehow get on top of the behemoth.
Alroth returned to his position on the front line, keeping any and all ground-based fearen at bay. Combined with Daryn's efforts nearby, Manasa had plenty of time to perform the dance.
The armored pixie failed to notice the titan's beam charging. She was too engulfed in defending from the small fearen. Unless someone gave a warning, Alroth wouldn't know until the attack landed.

The fighter's actions were not unnoticed, though Manasa had no way of thanking her at the moment. Still, with so much protection, Manasa was able to pull off her dance will out any concern of being interrupted. A golden aura enveloped the three, returning to them a good portion of the magic lost during the battle. Manasa watched as it did so, panting. She never thought things would go smoothly like that.
Manasa turned towards the woman who protected her early and shouted out; "Thank you-" She stopped. Manasa knew hardly anybody's name. "Uh- warrior."

Oxy leaned forward and tried to comfort Celty, but she pushed him away forcefully. She managed to bring herself to look him in the eyes so he would understand how important her words were. "Oxy, you have to run. You have to get away for now. I'll come get you when things calm down." Oxy looked around at the massive groups of fearen surrounding the area and he shook his head. "I can't, Mama. They won't let me leave." "You can break through them. You're strong enough, I know you are." Oxy looked down at his feet sadly, "I can't hurt them, Mama." "...I know." Celty stared at him for a moment before releasing him and slowly taking off her gloves. She bottled her emotions, trying to tap into the way she had felt as a fearen, before her child had made her so soft. She reached towards him with her ungloved hands, still hesitating. He backed away and looked at her in confusion and no matter how hard she tried to tell herself she had to do this, it still broke her heard to know the consequences of her current actions. "Please, Oxy...when this is over you have to forgive me..." Her hands shook. She hadn't touched her son -- really touched him -- since the first month he had been born. Before she realized the consequences non-fearen touched produced. Oxy took another step back, not knowing what was going on, but knowing his mother was acting very strange. "I...don't get it Ma..." She closed her eyes and touched her son's face with both her hands, smiling at him with a melancholy expression. His skin was warm and soft, unscarred somehow despite the world around them. "I love every part of you Oxy. But you have to be strong right now...even if it means becoming like him." After a few more seconds of this, Oxy's confused expression turned dark. Celty quickly spun him around before those dangerous eyes could pin her as a threat again and pushed him out into the group of fearen, though it killed her to do so. He easily made it through the crowd of weaker fearen and seemed to take shelter in the shack she had found him in from earlier. Celty prayed to whatever gods could hear her that, for once, he would remain in this state for long enough to defend himself. She also hoped the guild wouldn't come across him during this period. She turned back towards the fight and tried to get the strength to stand, hoping even in awful state she might be able to do something.

The beast seemed to be getting closer now, appearing to charge up an attack. Altheron began to worry. His body and all of his precious belongings were still in the wreckage of the building he hid it in, just barely concealed by furniture. If the colossal fearen were to charge after the guild, it'd be the first to go, and then he'd be stuck as a wayward soul. He couldn't go retrieve it by himself. Sure, the hound's vessel was quick and had that portal ability that could easily get him to his things in the shortest amount of time, but it was the journey back that truly had him stumped. Yes, he supposed he could carry the staff and his hat in his mouth, possibly with the book stuffed inside it, but what about the body? He couldn't just slide underneath it and pick it up and run like what he did with the old man. It was dead. He'd have to somehow get underneath it and try to slump it over his back without mortally wounding it with his damn horn or his claws, not to mention it'd probably just fall right off once he started running. No, he needed help, and he needed it quick.
He saw that Ooro had finished healing the old man after their little scrape from earlier. Of course!, he thought. Ooro could definitely assist. She's carried his weight before, and she's pretty fast with it, too. He just had to get her attention, which posed yet another problem. He could neither read nor write the English that everyone spoke, only the language of the spirits; the words written in his spellbook. Realizing this, he simply walked over to her and pulled on the remains of her cloak (where did it all go?) to shift her focus. When she turns around, he'd only look at her through the eyes of the hound fearen at what he believed was a comfortable foot-and-a-half from her body. With any luck, she'd at least recognize the color of the eye on the left, for the one on the right was just bizarre....

There was no way Gaynor could attempt to fight the giant approaching in her current state. She felt annoyed at herself, she wished she wouldn't have spent so much energy before-- she cursed herself under her breath for a moment before taking focus of the situation at hand.
Almost instinctively, she glanced back at the mother and child, who seemed worse for the wear......but safe non the less. It was safe to assume that keeping the lesser enemies at bay was her main goal.
Gaynor turned her head slightly to see another younger fire mage attempting to fend off winged fearen before they approached the inn-- a call to action, so to speak. She sprinted over and shot a few fire bullets at the hoard. "keep em coming, kid"

Ooro could feel something tugging at the remnants of her cloak. In puzzlement, she turned her head to see what could possibly be doing so at a time like this.
...It was that oddly colored fearen, the one that had carried Kama back. She couldn't help but freeze up slightly when she saw it, being afraid it might pounce at her. Though all it did was sit there and stare at her. It had gotten this close and hadn't attempted anything yet, and it did carry Kama back to the group. Was it trying to communicate something?
Her eyes checked her left and right, as to see if anyone was watching. Carefully, she stepped toward the hound lightly, "...Do you, uh, need something...?" Truthfully, she wasn't sure if it could understand her. As she gazed upon it further, its color seemed... strangely familiar. One eye in particular.
No, it couldn't be... does he even have an ability like that?
Though, as she seriously considered the chance it could've been, this could be considered a spirit magic. Her lips formed the name slowly, "Uh... Al..theron...?"
