Manasa turned towards the woman who protected her early and shouted out; "Thank you-" She stopped. Manasa knew hardly anybody's name. "Uh- warrior." "It's Daryn, and it's not a problem." She panted. "But really, you should be thanking him," she pointed at Alroth, smiling at the return of the mighty ally. She was able to catch a bit of breath while he knocked various fearen back. "So, that thing you just did..." She said weakly, "Could you maybe- help me a bit as well? I'm great and all, but I really could use some sort of strength boost-" She fell to her knees. Damn, I really overdid it...

Enoch looked at his hands as the golden aura enveloped him, suddenly feeling his body fill with mana. After fighting melee for almost a half hour, he almost shouted in joy as his magical ability was restored. He looked over at dancer, "Thank you." Looking up at Fearos before turning his attention back towards the group, he realized Daryn had gone down and quickly rushed in to stop the oncoming fearen on her side.
"How certain are you that you can deflect this, Rylan? Do these three need to stay?" He gestured to the dancer, Daryn, and Alroth, slowing an approaching stinger before slashing through it. "Worst comes to worst, I can put up a barrier to protect specifically them, but probably will not be able to reach you in time if something goes wrong."

All of her allies seemed like they could use some help, so for this one she concentrated on all of them. The current dance was a bit more complex than the last, but with her guild members covering her, Manasa was able to get it off as smoothly as before. The aura she placed was of the healing variety. Healing was not the viskanyan's specialty... this was about the best she could do, but she still hoped it could provide a bit of assistance. The aura would slowly regenerate lost health over a period of time, though for an immediate fix it was rather lackluster. Manasa then rummaged through her rucksack and pulled out a potion and handed it to Daryn. "Here. This is the best I can do for now... and uh..." "I'm Manasa."

The fearen nodded happily, accidentally letting a small screech out which to him, translated to "Yes!". Without any hesitation, the hound pointed its nose away from the old man and toward the building. It began running towards it, hoping Ooro would get the message.

Rylan looked toward Enoch and smiled.
"I'm positive I can reflect it, so none of you need to be here." He lied
Rylan had no idea if he was strong enough to do this, but he wasn't about to let everyone die if he couldn't.
"You should all head towards Fearos. If I can redirect this to where I could HIT him, then it might be able to knock him over, and you guys should be nearby when that happens so you can find a way to take him out."
He looked down at the ground, guilt washing over him.
"And uh....thanks for the concern. I'm sorry for snapping at you, Enoch...I'm just a bit stressed is all.. I'll take care of this, you guys focus on hitting him hard once he's down.."
Rylan's prayer was nearly done, but there was no telling how much time he had until Fearos shot the beam he was charging. Rylan would have to be ready to act at any given moment if this were to work.

Manasa...
"If only I could learn everyone else's name outside of Rylan, then I could properly thank them for everything," Osseus thought to himself. But this wasn't the time for that kind of thinking. It was time to make sure he can put his plan into action. Digging into his bag once more, he retrieved the same notebook, flipped to another page, and pricked his finger once more to enact his plan. It took much longer, and required more blood, but it was the best he could do. He forced the blood to clot and handed over his other diagram to Enoch for reviewing.
"Here you go..... Uh.......sir... this is what I meant by the plan,"
He handed over his diagram and waited for a response. Something to refine it to the perfect war strategy to take down what was essentially a god on earth. Then again, Rylan already had a decent short term battle strategy, so following that could work out for now. He drew out his dagger and snuck over to the beast.

Manasa then rummaged through her rucksack and pulled out a potion and handed it to Daryn. "Here. This is the best I can do for now... and uh..." "I'm Manasa." "Yeah, greetings and all that." she accepted the potion- the second she'd be drinking in what felt like such a short while. This was unusual for her but not unwelcome, as long as it helped. She drank the liquid and soon felt her strength return. "Thanks." she uttered, rising to her feet. She handed the potion's container back. "And thank you, man." She said, directing her words to Enoch as she turned around. "It's good to see you back in working order." She took a fighting stance and stabbed a pouncing hound in the chest. Good to see myself back to normal, too. She knew she wouldn't have had the strength to react as quickly if it hadn't been for Manasa.

Enoch looked at Rylan in surprise as he apologized, smiling back at him a bit. Out of all the things he expected, an apology was nowhere even on that list. "I understand, it's no problem. Stay safe. We'll take care of Fearos, you focus on what you need to do. Good luck." There was a pit of worry lodged in his stomach as he spoke to the other priest. He couldn't shake the fear that Rylan would be injured in the blast.
Enoch turned and smiled back at her, watching as she deftly took out another fearen. She was looking far better than when they first reached the inn, and he couldn't help but sigh in relief. "Feels good to be back in working order. You're looking a lot better yourself."
((allie is this the diagram you drew earlier? sorry i was a bit confused!!!))
He quickly took a look at the diagram, scanning it and nodding to the other elf, tucking the diagram away into the pocket of his robe. "If Rylan's redirect fails, meet up with me and we'll figure this out more indepth. Right now, we all need to get over to Fearos as soon as possible. If the redirected beam works, it could be out only shot at taking him out." He looked to the others. "If you're coming, let's go!"

The legendary fearen, Fearos, appeared over the horizon. Just like the rest of his guild members, the sudden appearance of such a humongous and monstrous beast caught him completely off guard. Of course, it was to be expected. He felt that something similar would happen earlier at the church where they met, but not of this level.
Fallen knew how to keep his fear in check. This was no time for him to panic. As a long-ranged, non-magic based fighter (he only uses magical tools. Transmutation does not count as completely magic, though it is a form of derivative. It is mainly science based), his help would be greatly needed.
Listening to the conversations between his guild mates, Fallen could gather that the first step in defeating the threat ahead would be to bring it down to their level. Teamwork would be essential for that.
Still with his short bow equipped, Fallen fired at the lesser fearen trying to attack. For now, he would defend Rylan long enough for him to deflect the laser beam attack. And actually, Fallen still had some gems that might aid him. He quickly dashed around the field, throwing down lodestones that he hoped would have some sort of effect on the laser. The rest was up to Rylan. And after that, Fallen could began the next step.
"I-I don't mean to be rude, but getting close to the fearen and letting the hounds gnaw through both of its [heavily armored] legs would take too long. Not to mention too risky with all of the other fearen around. Our best bet is to do it from afar!" Fallen replied before beginning to address everyone.
"Everyone! I have an ability that would allow me to take down at least one of that big fearen's legs! However, it'll take time for me to get it ready. If any of you have the ability to enhance attacks, p-please use them when the time is right!"
He looked around, making sure that his message was heard. "Also... Odessa? How good are you at earth magic? If you can raise a platform for me after Rylan deflects that beam ((lol if rylan can)), I'll be able to get a good shot!"

"Actually... I'm going to stay behind with Rylan." Manasa said and turned towards the priest. "We need this to work, and my dances can help him with the redirection. Plus... if anything bad were to happen..."
Manasa looked away grimly. If it came to it and the redirection failed, what then? Knowing herself, she would stupidly jump in front of him, trying to shield her teammate from the blast even through it was futile.
"I'm positive I can be of assistance," she affirmed. Manasa did her best to look confident and impressive to ease and doubt Enoch had, despite the lingering doubt she herself carried.

((For those of you who were wondering any player may control Fearos. I would recommend not making your character deal a huge amount of damage to it since that would sort of make your character seem overpowered. I recommend that the players make their characters struggle to hurt it until I reveal it's weakness.))

Enoch looked at him incredulously, frowning. What is he talking about? "What I'm talking about is getting close if the redirected beam knocks him over, some fighters need to be there to strike. Long range attacks have not worked, magic will not work and we are currently all in major danger at the inn if the redirect fails. Some people need to get up there ready to strike if it works." He glanced at Odessa and nodded to the two of them.
"However if the two of you can get a plan B going if that fails, that would be fantastic."
Enoch nodded to the dancer... Manasa did she say? "You stay safe too, Manasa. Good luck."

(( Unfortunately I seem to much slower at role playing than most of the other role players so if you wait for me to decide what the attacks do then people will be waiting on me too much. I'm just going to leave it to you guys to control how much damage is done to Fearos and hope for the best. Sorry if this isn't ideal, but I'm already having a hard time making enough time for this game as it is.[EDIT AGAIN] Nevermind lol. I'll be the one to decide what hurts Fearos and what doesn't for now. If any role player has a problem with the slow pacing then please send me a private message. Me controlling Fearos may help keep things organized and under control.))

Celty heard Enoch and, with the help of Manessa's dance, was able to stand and at least appear to be in a better condition, although most of it was her concentrating on seeming fighter-ready. "I'm coming with. Every single one of us is needed right now, and if I can stand, I can fight, or at the very least distract the weaker fearens." She stared over to where Oxy had vanished and then looked back at Enoch with a smile. "I have someone to protect, and that'll make me a hell of a lot harder to knock down if it's for for him."
