Pumilus was not surprised by the screech the Avenaudi made moments before. He knew that the Avenaudi saw by using sound waves to their advantage. Unfortunately, knowing information on the species did not mean he liked the Avenaudi. He was indifferent. The Avenaudi were living beings, something in his programming to protect and help, but at the same time their warlike race clashed with the munchkin ideals of peace. However, he was inclined to answer the being's question. "My name is Pumilus Lutorum." He said. Normally with an introduction he would bow, but with an Avenaudi it hardly seemed necessary. "I trust you will be a valuable asset on this quest, Uldrix." When the winged woman came crashing toward their now growing group, the small robotic man's eyes nearly widened in surprise. Her entrance could have knocked him over, which would have been unsatisfactory. He turned his attention back to Uldrix. "The being that just entered is a Harpy, sir." He gave the Avenaudi the information without a second thought, for he knew the sudden commotion might confuse the sound-driven creature. Uldrix had dropped to all fours when the harpy had rushed in, a stance that was easy to see as aggressive. The saliva in his mouth automatically began to thicken, dribbling from his beak and collecting on the ground beneath him as his three hearts beat rapidly in his torso. When he heard the word 'harpy' he managed to pull up his talons from the dirt, taking a few steps away and lowering his head back down as he had when he had first entered. He always had trouble with his instincts, never having been taught how to focus them properly. He knew his kind were not known for being pleasant to deal with it was in his best interest to stifle his aggression. "Yes." He wiped at his beak and acted as though nothing had happened, looking away from the light sounds of the harpy's speech and pretending she wasn't there. "I plan to...help." So many strange words today. They were foreign, pooling in front of his vision in a nervous orange hue. He swiped awkwardly at his face and a few short, almost inaudible hums escaped from his beak before he calmed down fully.

"Uh, I'm Freyja! Freyja Hlin! You've come to the right place. This is the group that will be finding Heaven's Spire, sooner or later." She chuckled, trying to ease her nerves. "So get acquainted with the group, cuz we'll be travelling together for quite some time." Rory smiled brightly as the woman introduced herself, nodding and sticking out one of her mechanical arms to gently grasp the hand that Freya had lowered. "Freyja huh? A strong name for a strong looking warrior! It's good to meet ya!" she responded, shaking the woman's hand a bit clumsily before letting go and looking around at the other group members. The reptile man and the small robot seemed to be in a tizzy.
Sidling up to the two of them, she smirked and turned sideways to show off the mechanical contraption strapped to her back to the robot. "So whatcha got goin' on under the hood, little guy?" She paused for a moment before shaking her head quickly, gently patting the reptilian on the shoulder with her wing. "Well uh, after you guys tell me your names of course. I didn't catch them yet." She looked up at the other group members that were still unidentified to her, waving her wing to the tall man and the small girl in an attempt to coax them into chatting as well.

Uldrix didn't see the the wing coming for his shoulder; he had been too focused on not looking at the harpy when she approached. He stood up straight to his full height (about 5' 5" when he's not hunched and his legs are straight) and stared at the woman with wide eyes. He slowly, painstakingly lowered himself back down, keeping his eyes on the harpy's organs as he did so as he clenched and unclenched his talons. He leaned over towards Pumilus, uncomfortably close to the small man's face. "Did she just touch me." He seemed incredibly bewildered by this and was frozen in place, eyes still on the harpy. "Do we... fight now?" His pupils narrowed.

So many strange words today. They were foreign, pooling in front of his vision in a nervous orange hue. He swiped awkwardly at his face and a few short, almost inaudible hums escaped from his beak before he calmed down fully. Pumilus had kept quiet as Uldrix had his bout of instinctual aggression. He made no move to console the creature, as Pumilus knew it was in their nature to be hostile. He silently hoped he'd never have to be at the wrong end of his hostility. He continued to stand stiffly in place as the harpy approached them. I didn't catch them yet." Pumilus did not care about the mechanics that the harpy seemed to be showing off to him on her back. He was about to answer her question matter-of-factly, but the Avenaudi creature leaned in before he could speak. He leaned over towards Pumilus, uncomfortably close to the small man's face. "Did she just touch me." He seemed incredibly bewildered by this and was frozen in place, eyes still on the harpy. "Do we... fight now?" His pupils narrowed. "I recommend you do not engage in battle, for this harpy woman does not seem to be hostile. I confirm she did touch you, though." Pumilus explained the situation to the creature to the best of his ability, for he truly did not know if anyone was planning on fighting or not. He had hoped not. Meaningless conflict was frowned upon in the society he came from. "As for your questions ma'am, my name is Pumilus Lutorum, this is Uldrix the Avenaudi, and my inner workings are powered by water." Name: Spica Tremille Age:15? Personality: Spica treats most with hostility and isn’t afraid to resort to insults to prove a point. She has a ferocious temper, one that is better seen in fights. She does however possess a sweeter side, that can be revealed by using the right words and giving her pie. She often calls out things like she sees it and isn’t afraid to face the situation when she does. Fighting Capabilities: Spica uses a Crystal and Glass Lodestone, a decision that was made at an early age. The Witches’ Society deemed Spica to have talent in this regard and thought to rear this by raising her with two high witches who acted as her parents. Backstory: Spica was born to a witch who lived in solitude; disconnecting herself with the Witches’ Society. Eventually she reunited with an old friend of hers who noted Spica’s quick connection to stray lodestone. Knowing this could develop into Spica being very capable in the arts, the old friend suggested for the mother to relinquish her guardianship on Spica and in turn to the Society. Additional Info: She likes pie. Physical Appearance:
'Guess this is the place.' Spica had just arrived at the castle; well according to the map. She saw that a small crowd had already formed and without hesistation called out to them. 'I don't suppose you are all here to look for the spire?' She grimaced as she took a good look at them. 'Well not all of us have good taste in wear.' She straighted her bangs and placed a hand on her hip. 'The name's Spica Tremille, and I'm a witch mind you.' She hated to be thought of anything else.

Name: Robin Age: Hard to tell, considering their face is always covered. Their voice and physique suggest someone possibly in their 20s. Personality: They keep to themselves, and are an introvert. When spoken to, they are somewhat distant and may speak rather directly- even if it comes off as harsh occasionally. Fighting Capabilities: Their inhibitor is located on the pack on their back, and is connected to the holsters located on their belt. Using an electricity lodestone, it distributes power into both of the holsters in order to recharge their guns. Each gun holds three charges separately, combining to make a total of six. They are best at ranged combat, being their close-quarter combat could use some polishing. Backstory: Robin is rather hush-hush on the matter, and doesn't backtrack very far. They claim to have held a job that dealt in the construction of small mechanics. Additional Info: They carry an array of tools in their pack, presumably to repair their equipment. Their voice, despite muffled, is actually a bit gentle. Physical Appearance:
---
With one hand gripping the strap of their pack, Robin peered over the horizon to spot the towering spires of the structured castle that awaited ahead. The figure of it sent a chill down their spine, rendering their body cold as their knees wobbled just slightly. Their eyes averted to the flyer that rested in between their fingers on their free hand, glancing at it one more time as though to assure something. 10,000,000 gold and any lodestone of their choosing. Without a doubt, they yearned for the prize with all of their being. Despite their attempts to prepare themself prior to the event, they were starting to grow weary as their feet dredged on to see the conversing silhouettes in the distance. Teamwork was going to be essential most likely, and Robin had never been one to exactly enjoy group projects.
Regardless of their opinion, they knew they were going to have to suck it up somehow if they were going to get their hands on those glittering gold coins. They were quirked their head to the group, scanning through the lenses of the mask to survey their surroundings. Among the chattering recruits was a past veteran and now known bounty hunter, Freyja Hlin, and their jaw nearly dropped at the sight of the technology engineered to act as her new "arms", one may call them. They were extremely impressive, as the luminescent glow radiated from her awe-inspiring armor. While Robin had some previous experience in the like, they were truly taken aback by the craftsmanship of such masterpieces, really. They modified their own guns slightly, but to be able to customize to the extent of her own one-of-a-kind model would be a dream.
"You are Freya Hlin, right?" They spoke rather informal, for a first meeting, "I... am Robin. I've come to help look for Heaven's Spire. May I ask who built your arms?" The question itself could raise a few eyebrows, being something so personal had been inquired so impersonally. The topic had switched so suddenly, nonetheless. The masked figured gazed back to the woman, waiting expectantly for a reply.

She straighted her bangs and placed a hand on her hip. 'The name's Spica Tremille, and I'm a witch mind you.' She hated to be thought of anything else. Freyja smiled as she watched the group begin to converse with each other, when she heard a bratty voice speak out to the group. She turned to see what appeared to be a little girl dressed as a doll. She rolled her eyes as she listened to the girl's attitude and stared for a moment. "As a matter of fact, we are here to look for the spire. And I'll be your leader, girl. As for taste in wear, mine will keep me protected in battle. Yours, however, will get you ripped to shreds on the battlefield. I don't care who you are, so mind your tongue." She snapped. She turned her head as her attention was turned to another individual. She noticed the mask figure stood in front of her, a tad surprised that he knew who the woman was. Her name truly WAS getting around, That could prove dangerous, but she decided not to dwell on this for too long. Instead, she grinned at the individual and smiled. "Why yes I am! Nice to meet you, Robin! Glad to have you on the team. As for my arms.."She hesitated for a moment as the memories rushed back to her, bringing her mood down ever so slightly. "Well, my arms were made by my brother, Tyr and his husband. They used to work on all sorts of gadgets!" She tried to sound as chipper as possible, even with the thought of her deceased brother now fresh in her mind.

She looked up at the other group members that were still unidentified to her, waving her wing to the tall man and the small girl in an attempt to coax them into chatting as well. Murm simply bowed slightly at the small acknowledgement he received, folding his arms behind his back. Watching more arrivals he simply gave a muffled giggle and watched them all introduce themselves in silence. Whether the grin on his face meant he was genuinely pleased to see so many strange faces or not was completely unknown.

Spica clicked her tongue, 'You're dead wrong about that and I'll make it pretty clear to you later.' She let out a huff and walked off.
'That's going to be our leader? Doom's right around the corner.'
Spica knew fully well that heavy armour only served as a burden to witches, yet didn't care enough to elaborate on that fact. It was made clear just then that she would not like that woman.
She saw three others; a species she did not recognise, someone clad in metal and a harpy. It was better to get introductions done and out of the way as quickly as possible.
'Perhaps you heard my name from earlier. Spica Tremille, witch. And the Witches' Society star pupil.' Whenever she mentioned that elsewhere she would be showered in praise. She didn't expect that from anyone here, but thought to say it in the chance that someone could. She smirked, in the belief her capabilities and status far outweighed those of the three.

Name:Vera Age:Looks 22 Personality: Keeps a nonchalant persona, but deep down has a drive for whatever goal she's set on. That bleeds into her battle strategy, since she gets nearly bloodthirsty in combat. Fighting Capabilities: Uses a Wind Lodestone to aid in flying, since she isn't good at it without the stone. Normally, she can fly to scout out enemies, then swoop down and attack up close with legs, arms, and teeth. She also happens to have high defense on her arms and legs, armor being unnecessary on those parts. Weaknesses: Ice magic, Light magic, Other dragons, and when her armor is pried off, there is no fortification on the torso. Backstory: Lived a quiet and peaceful life under the caves of Mt. Aldris. She eventually got bored and adventured out, her only reason for doing so to get a large horde of shiny things for herself. Additional Info: 5' 10'', scales almost look like gems to those unfamiliar. Her species are Wyvern Draconids (2 legged dragon people). Physical Appearance:
"Where is this damn group..." she muttered as she flew through the air, hoping to scope out some group. Her eyes wandered around, her vantage point making it easy to pick out a large grouping of people in the location she was looking for. She couldn't recognize anyone, but she could absolutely tell one species. "Ifreets..." The word left a weird taste in Vera's mouth, remembering their existence at the top of their little enclave in the volcano. She brushed that aside, swooping down nearby and catching up with the group. The diversity was a little worrying: their motives would be an utter mystery, and she had no information on the majority of races outside of her own and a few others. She decided mincing words wouldn't be ideal, and went up to what she assumed to be the leader. "Vera. Here for Heaven's Spire." She spoke matter of fact, holding out her claw for a handshake.

She smirked, in the belief her capabilities and status far outweighed those of the three. "Hollow threats are the tools of cowards!" Freyja shouted. "On the battlefield, words are to be left at home, like the rest of your ridiculous outfits! There's a reason I was hired for this, and YOU are merely a volunteer!" When she finished her little outburst, she turned her attention back to Robin, a smirk spread across the woman's face. "Can you believe these kids? The nerve." Freyja was ready to begin a rant on today's youth, when another warrior approached her. A dragonborn? That's odd to see her outside of Mt. Aidris...How did the news even get to her..? These thoughts didn't matter, however, as Freyja was glad to have someone respectful approach her after the child's snarky attitude. "It's a pleasure to meet you, Vera! The name's Freyja! Freyja Hlin. You should probably get acquainted with the rest of the group! We're all gonna be travelling together for a while!" She chuckled as she shook the woman's hand.

(( i might not be able to roleplay much but i will do my best this time ^^" ))
Name: Ilia Hioni Age: she foesnt have one but she looks like a 15 year old girl Personality: Beeing a entertaiment robot, she originally had a bunch of different personalities. But, since she is a defective one, she only has one left. She is mostly calm and collected, but she can get a little cocky. Has a very weird ( and maybe a little dark) sence of humor. Thought she might be kind and polite sometimes, she dislikes most of humans, and she doesnt feel comfortable to humans she doesnt know Fighting Capabilities: She uses spider-like legs that they are powered by a thunder lodstone. Those legs are coming from her back and their edges are sharp that they can be used as a way to stab. She mostly uses the legs to be able to move around since her normal legs are not fuctioning as they should Backstory: Ilia was built to be an entertaiment robot, however she ended up beeing defective. Her legs couldnt fuction the way they should, making her unable to move around. Dissapointed, the engineers who developed her, threw her body away like garbage. After a few years, an old engineer found her body in the garbage dump. The old man took Illia into his workshop. He was able to some of Illias errors except the problem with her legs. However he was able to built some new artificiall legs and attachet them to her back. As the time passed, Illia and the old man developed a really good relationship despite him beeing a human and she beeing a robot. Illia saw the old man as a father figure and she would keep him company in his workshop since his wife and daughter had passed out. One day, the man fell really sick. Unable to afford tihe medicen for his illness, Illia decited to join the search party so she could protect the only person who showed her kidness Additional Info: She was originaly an entertaiment robot, that almost looked like a human. Her production stopped once she was labeled as defective. But, in the people who made her, continued the production on another robot like Illia, and it was succesfull this time Physical Appearance:(( i cant provide an image refference at this moment since i am writing this on my mobile)) white medium-lenght hair on low pigtails, her bangs cover both of her eyes, three pairs of long spider-like legs coming from her back, grey metalskin.
Illia walked for a bit, with her mechanical legs making loud sounds as they hit the ground. After some time, she was finally able see Shakwen Castle. She aproached Freyja, carefully not to stomp anyone with her mechanical legs. She took the flyer she had in her pocket. " Excuse me " Hioni said, " Is this were I can join the search party? Do you know who is in charge here?" She said as politely as she could to the woman, trying to avoid the gaze of the other people around her.

"As for your questions ma'am, my name is Pumilus Lutorum, this is Uldrix the Avenaudi, and my inner workings are powered by water." Pumilus stiffly gestured to Uldrix as he introduced him with his left arm, and as he did so remembered he was quite close to his face. It was not something he was particularly fond of. If Uldrix wasn't careful, he could knock him off balance. Not something he enjoyed. Pumilus took a slight step backwards from the creature, creating a much-preferred gap between their heads. "I overheard your preferred name is Rory. It will be an honor to work with you." Pumilus said, taking another step away from Uldrix to give him enough room to bow towards the tall birdlike creature. "Do not...fight." Uldrix nodded, his eyes returning to normal. 'Touch does not mean hostility.' The only previous times a creature had made contact with him was over territorial disputes. He let out another loud screech to better 'see' the newcomers and get an idea of their structures. He noted the wings on the harpy, something that when still he might forget were there. It was best not to have these things continue to startle him out of nowhere. Pumilus moved away from him and Uldrx's nostril's flared when he saw the form leaning over. "Oh, you are falling." He stated, reaching out towards Pumilus and putting an arm in front of him. "You may continue to fall. I will catch you now." Uldrix kept his arm in front of Pumilus in case the man chose to accept his offer of halting his decent towards the ground, but turned his eyes towards Spica. The words leaked from her mouth in a prideful violet with some touches of red and he swiped at his face again to try and counter the instinct to retaliate. Pride had never led to good things in his dealings with other creatures, especially his own people. Despite this, words still leaked from his mouth, tinged at the seams with darker tones of grey. "Your voice is a repulsive display." No, no! He didn't want to say that! He covered his face immediately with his free hand, peaking through the talons with one of his eyes.

Pumilus explained the situation to the creature to the best of his ability, for he truly did not know if anyone was planning on fighting or not. He had hoped not. Meaningless conflict was frowned upon in the society he came from. Rory hadn't felt any sort of fear from Uldrix's larger form until she heard him ask the small robot about a fight, a look of bewilderment crossing over her face. Her first instinct was a nervous laugh that burst forth like some sort of crow. "F-Fight?? No no! I just wanted to pat you on the back to say hello, I-I never thought anyone would take that as some sort of a threat!" She chuckled, more genuinely this time. "Down in my village we kiss each other on each cheek as a greeting," she demonstrated the motion with an exaggerated 'mwah' sound, "I guess it's good I didn't try that, huh!" she joked. "As for your questions ma'am, my name is Pumilus Lutorum, this is Uldrix the Avenaudi, and my inner workings are powered by water." "I overheard your preferred name is Rory. It will be an honor to work with you." Pumilus said, taking another step away from Uldrix to give him enough room to bow towards the tall birdlike creature. "Uldrix the A-ve-nau-di..." She rolled the word around her mouth for a couple moments, trying to recall whether or not she'd heard it before. With so many different types of reptillian people in her home, she was surprised to come across one she'd never seen before. "And Pumi was it? Nice to meet ya both!" "I'll have to pick your brain about the water works later, my mom was starting to look into hydraulic engines versus the electric and wind powered ones before we lost funding, the government really seems to be into weaponry now-a-days!" she prattled on needlessly, her grin shaking a little bit. 'Perhaps you heard my name from earlier. Spica Tremille, witch. And the Witches' Society star pupil.' Rory's attention was drawn towards the small, brightly colored girl, her eyes lighting up. "'Spica Tremille, witch'? Nice to meet you!! I'm Rory, uh, Rory the harpy!" She fluttered her feathers as she tried to match the girl's introduction, shamelessly eyeing inspecting the adorable outfit she was wearing. "What's the witch society? If you're the star pupil of it, you must be pretty good at whatever it is!" she remarked with a grin. More promising people! There's no way we can fail at this!

"Howdy!" Kyanalurin chimed, looking over at Vera. Another dragon thing? What are the chances.....
"Hi there, hello, yes, I'd like to talk to you!!" She waved excitedly to Vera, and headed over to her and extended her hand out to her. "I'm Kyanalurin~! Pleasure to meetcha!" She looked over and noticed someone in a gas mask The hell is with these people?
"Woah!! there are so many people! Hi mask person!" she used her free hand to wave at Robin as well. "Let's all be friends!" ((@allie norimo ))
