Quinn winced slightly at the girl's forced laughter, still maintaining her smile despite how awkward the situation was. She couldn't be too critical of how others functioned around strangers. After all, her recent interaction with the pink, loud one over there couldn't have looked too "normal" on her part, so she forgave Cassi's response and shook the girl's hand. A nice, firm handshake; a great way to introduce oneself. This Cassi obviously meant business, she thought. Quinn returned a similar pressure on the other's hand before letting go completely and actively listened to her partner's response. "Oh, I'm fine! The taxi ride here could've been better, but I'm just excited to be here!" she chuckled, relieved that she remembered to take her perfume with her before leaving the house. "To be honest, I didn't really think I'd get selected out of all the people Chef interviewed, but I guess he saw something special in me. In all of us, obviously! It'll be nice getting to know you and the rest, Cassi!" Quinn took another quick look at the others, noticing some of them already making their way to the kitchen. "Ah, maybe we should get started now?" she asked, gesturing over to the counter. "I'm curious as to what Lionnac has planned for us." Cassi nodded and smilled at the appropriate times during Quinn's talking, trying to seem as engaged as possible even though her mind was buzzing trying to think up ways to keep the conversation going past this point. What should she ask? Something simple and mundane to start things off?? Or something more complex to lead to more intriguing dialog?!?! He internal conflict was cut short by Quinn asking a question of her own, and she breathed a sigh of relief as she physically lost some of the tension in her stance. One less thing for her to have to think up, for the moment. "Yes, to the kitchen!" She agreed, and started heading that way.

"Hi," she said to the blonde person. My name is Est-"... Her stomach growled even louder making her weakly say the rest of her name " -elle." Just as she had hopped, Kori's partner approached her first. Learning names wasn't her strong suit and she could already feel the anxiety of not knowing who to approch--- but did names ever get associated with faces yet? Kori shook the thought, of course they did! Why else would this person approach her? 'I must have been spacing off! that's it!' Kori held her hands in front of her and nodded her head as a form of greeting. "It's nice to meet you, I'm Kori!" as she greeted herself, she noticed the small growl coming from her partner's stomach. "Hungry?" she laughed, "Me too actually! Good thing we're heading to a kitchen right now huh?" Kori's eyes followed each new chef as they made their way into the back of the bakery, seeing where exactly the kitchen was located. She turned back to her new partner and smiled, "I can't wait to see what we're gonna bake!" she smiled, taking a first look at the kitchen she stepped into. "Maybe bread? I hope it's bread! I could totally go for that right now, hahah!" The kitchen looked very generic to what she had seen before, the same equipment was placed along the sides of the room and the tables where stainless steel and could roll around the kitchen at will. The only thing unique was a few scattered pictures of prized pastries and awards the bakery received over the years. Chef Lionnic followed his young chefs into the kitchen and watched as they greeted each other, a small surprise appeared on his face- like he had forgotten something important- then cleared his throat; "Chefs! While you get acquainted I'll need to get something for each one of you. I'll be right back!" he said, waving then disappearing into his office

"Ahh bread sounds good right nowww!" Estelle said drooling. "I haven't had a hearty breakfast since I was running late." Estelle walked to the pictures. "Wow! these look so amazing!" she squealed. "I hope that I can make something this amazing one day. On cue, her stomach growled again. She started to rub her stomach to calm it down. "Kori, I can't wait any longer. We should whip up something real quick and eat it before I get really woozy."

While you get acquainted I'll need to get something for each one of you. I'll be right back!" he said, waving then disappearing into his office. Quinn stepped into the kitchen, immediately busying herself with checking out the quality of the appliances, utensils, stainless steel, and the various ingredients present in the hot room like the hopeless baking snob she was shaping up to be. She only watched the others converse amongst themselves for a brief moment, stifling a chuckle at one of the hungrier bakers before turning back to her observations without another word. It wasn't until the chef's voice sounded behind her that she snapped out of her trance, raising an eyebrow at the man's seemingly mysteriously words, but shrugging any malicious thoughts away as she glanced at the office door. Well, alright then.
