Rory tilted her head curiously, examining her wings. "Really? Maybe I could teach you, strengthen your wing muscles up!" she grinned. "Although, you had a really nice advantage with how you were able to fly, I get a kinda.. blind spot right here," she gestured back behind her shoulder, where her flapping wings blocked her vision. "That'd work," Vera spoke, a little flustered at the harpy's suggestion. Her eyes averted for a quick second, taking that thought into account. She raised her hand slightly, about to ask about Rory's lodestone, only to get the answer unwittingly. ... No wonder those arms worked so seamlessly. Pangs of jealousy were present, wishing she could use a lodestone for multiple purposes. Hell, a mechanical set of wings would work nicely if she could use her arms in other ways. Ideas swirled around, her head, Vera being eager to express all of them as a means of dealing with her handicap. "I guess we both have something to learn then," She returned, mentally cringing at the vagueness of the response she gave.

Robin glanced over at the girl, who now returned once more to her cheery persona. It felt rather abrupt however, and whether or not she would blow up again had become a concern to them. They weren't exactly in the mood to be mortally wounded. Her voice wavered as she spoke though, its pitch faltered at the sudden breaks in her speech. Their eyes fixated on the girl switching the contraption off, as she apologized with her voice still in a jumble. Did I mess it up? Even though they were previously upset with the girl's downtrodden behavior, they still didn't want to be the cause for their weapon malfunctioning during conflict. There was a pause, before they spoke up "Do you want me to take a look at that?" they motioned to the gauntlet, "I might be able to repair it, if it needs such. If not," they pointed ahead, "You could always join them." "Ah, no, it's not broken. This isn't the first time it's done something like this...." she trailed off at the end of her sentence, as if reliving some memories rather not relive. "But thank you, and I understand if you dont want anything to do with me anymore...I'd be like that in your position." She grinned widely and waved. "Have fun with wherever you're going~"

She stood, crossed her arms and yelled, 'So who's this? A new friend of yours?' She eyed his sword and inhibitor. 'Is that all you've got?' "Yeah, I've just joined. I'm Louis by the way." He smiled. "Well, you haven't seen what I can actually do with those two. They may be all I got but i can do lots of stuff with them." "Oh! I've heard about that Society but really never got interested in knowing what it was. Looks like you're proud of you, it must have been hard to reach this point." He said. "Well thanks for your answer, I got a bit interested in you fighting style." he stated still staring at the witch's wand. She may look a bit cocky but she is definitely interesting. I should remember that.

Spica didn't believe a word he said, 'Whatever makes you feel better. I'll have to wait a see.'
It was refreshing to hear he knew the name; yet disappointing to hear he knew nothing about it besides that. 'Hard? Please. When you've been taught by the greatest witches alive, that word loses all meaning.' She pushed the herbs further into her concealed pocket.
'Crystal manipulation, barries and illusions.' she listed them off, holding up each finger as she went. 'If you want to know more than that, you'll have to see me fight.' She flicked her wand, and the crystal block shaped itself into a seat. 'Now go on and find someone else to talk to. A person who is unaware what greatness that is the Society needs not speak to me.'
She then turned to Pumilus. 'Don't you have other people to talk to, tin can? I like to stay away from drab as much as possible, so if you could take your unimpressive appearance and your new buddy somewhere else, that'd be great.' She poked his armour with her wand. 'Boy, you're short.'
She smiled at him for a moment, in truthfulness finding him to look rather cute even for her standards and sat back down. 'Shoo.'

There words did little to help the poor creature's confusion. He sat down, still stiff as Murm began speaking to whatever it was he was unable to see. "Is it a...machine of some sort?" He inquired, trying to make sense of it. No, no, that made no sense. He should still hear its internal systems. And its speech would have been a neutral, precise grey no matter the inflection if there was no true emotion behind it. "I do not understand." He stated simply. Again, he had a desire to leave this group and give up his quest for the reward. If there were beings with consciousness he could not see...he shivered. The world was becoming a frightening place with every passing moment.

Murm watched straight-faced as Uldrix reacted to the new voice, obviously quite startled. "It is okay, there's no need be alarmed or get defensive." Keeping the quiet gentle tone in his voice as he addressed Uldrix he hoped to diffuse any sort of situation before it started. He turned his gaze to the small being that spoke to them, responding to his inquiry. "Well, I have nothing I currently need assistance with. It's quite nice of you to ask, though... Sparrow, was it? I attempted to take in everyone's name's however I could always be mistaken." Sparrow tilted his head from side to side. Had his one team trouble seeing? He shuffled his feet before speaking again, hoping the noise would be of assistance. "Yes. My name is Sparrow," the Glimmer nodded. "Do you have names that I may know?" Sparrow then blinked at the interruption. Nobody he had met thus far had questioned his race, he had assumed that everyone knew what Glimmers were. Then again, he knew not what race the creature before him was either. "I am a Glimmer. We are crystal and light. Please do not be scared, Glimmers are helpful." He did his best to try and calm the recruit down using his own experience. Hopefully this answer would be satisfactory.

My name is Sparrow," the Glimmer nodded. "Do you have names that I may know?" Uldrix caught the sound of the shuffling feet, and with the movement noted what appeared to be water floating in the air. Most likely in a container based on the location and height in comparison to the shuffling. This confirmed the being that was speaking was a physical form, and not just an odd echo in the breeze. He let out a relatively quiet screech (for him, at least, it was likely still rather unpleasantly loud) in hopes of not scaring the creature away. With that, he was finally able to have an understanding of the object in front of him. A living being with no internal sounds. "Sparrow." A Glimmer? What a strange creature. What possibly was keeping this being alive? How did it breathe? Could it eat? Uldrix had many questions, but was too shaken for any of them to escape his beak. Instead, he took to answering the question he had been asked earlier. "Uldrix." It was barely a whisper.

Once the avenaudi had given its name the man leaned forward slightly, giving a light bow. "You may call me Murm Lumi, it is quite a pleasure." He smiled softly at Sparrow, then went silent opting to observe the interaction between the two.

"I guess we both have something to learn then," She returned, mentally cringing at the vagueness of the response she gave. Rory watched the other girl's face curiously, smiling and nodding quickly in agreement, pausing for a couple beats after Vera's vague answer before speaking again. The draconid almost looked as if she wanted to say more, but perhaps the chatty harpy was just projecting. "Thankfully, we have strong warriors and magic users that can help teach us along the way. And of course, a bird to help you learn the flying stuff!" Her eyes were now focused on the dragon lady's wind lodestone, and she tapped her cheek thoughtfully with the crook of her wing. "I bet your wings could be strenghtened mechanically and powered by wind turbines. You'd only need to use your lodestone to get off the ground, and then the air passing across your body would naturally power the mechanics. Then you could use the lodestone for other things while flying..." Her voice trailed off a bit as she started mulling over possibilities in silence, her eyes bright as she stared unabashedly at Vera. Growing up surrounded by her mother's passion for prosthetics had passed down some of that bizarre strain of problem solving from mother to daughter. From handicaps to agriculture, her mother always sought to find unconventional solutions to problems, and there was something comforting trying to figure out a how she could help her new scaly friend. She shook her head quickly as she realized her sudden seriousness, her goofier grin returning.

"I am not good at this." He stated, pulling the arm back and trying to find something more substantial on the glimmer for him to focus on.

I bet she doesn't know I've been watching her fighting Freyja. The fact she is the star pupil of that Society makes her think she the best.......Interesting.. While he was walking away, Louis forgot the small 'cyborg' was the one helping him introduce to everyone. "Hey Pumilus! Can we move on? It seems Spica is not interested in meeting new people."

Name: Myrri Lakoin
Age: 15
Personality: Wary of others, Myrri tends to choose one individual to become close with and trust. Myrri has very little knowledge of her lodestone's abilities, but will incidentally trigger them when she becomes angry. Myrri has a quick comeback for nearly anything and loves to argue.
Fighting Capabilities: Uses a poison lodestone, she can cause hallucinations as well as deplete enemy mana supplies. When angry, her fighting skill increases, but so does her lack of control, meaning that if she loses her temper she may cause more harm than intended. She has one small gun that shoots blasts of reddish-purple light that, when they come into contact with a target, will cause the individual to do one of three things, either lose some of their mana and energy, give them hallucinations, or cause them to become momentarily paralyzed, depending on the gun's setting. Aside from this, she has no other weaponry and uses the somewhat questionable fighting techniques that she picked up on the streets.
Backstory: She was the youngest child in a small group of traveling rouges, a motley band of people who chose to steal for a living. When she reached the age of fourteen, Myrri was told to steal a lodestone from a rich couple in order to become fully accepted into the caravan of thieves. She successfully stole the stone, but instead of bringing it back to her family she wanted to keep it for herself, as the stone had unearthed her longing to be someone powerful and feared. She wanted to be able to rise from the poor social class she was born into, and saw the lodestone as her path to glory. In her wandering she came to Rhimeglas, and on her way through the city Myrri saw one of the reward posters and decided to join the team, as the money could help her become powerful.
Additional Info: Myrri hates being looked down on and will pick a fight with anyone.
Physical Appearance: Short black hair, oddly bright blue eyes, wears a torn tunic and a pair of brown quarter-length pants. Light brown belt with gun holster and several pouches to store stolen trinkets. Wears a bracelet with lodestone on it that is long enough for her to insert into her gun while still keeping the gem attached to her hand. (I'm sorry I don't have a picture yet, I'll upload one soon)
-------------------------------
Myrri walked down the street, glancing at and assessing anyone who crossed paths with her. She sped up when she saw an eloquently dressed man emerge from a side street. She fell in line behind him and pulled a small gun out from its holster. She placed her lodestone in the corresponding slot on the gun and aimed it for the spot man's shoulder blades. The gun fired, it's near soundless shot of light striking the man on the back. Myrri quickly put the gun back in its holster and ran up to the man. He looked dazed and had stopped walking. He stood in the street, frozen mid stride. 'Thank ya very much' Myrri said mockingly, reaching into the folds of his coat and pulling out his wallet. She began flipping through the contents, but found it very sparse of cash. She sighed and was about to pocket it when she saw a small square of paper. She pulled it out and opened it. '10 000 000 gold, that's quite the reward. I might just have to be a part of this'. She spun around and dashed towards the city's edge and the train station she knew to be there. She stopped suddenly, spotting what looked like a robotic harpy flying above the city, and adjusted her direction. Soon she stood on the edge of a large grassy expanse. A little ways off she saw a redhead talking to a woman with what appeared to be robotic arms. She walked forward slowly and saw the same reward notice tucked under the woman's arm. She must be Freyja, the group leader. Deciding it was worth a risk, Myrri stepped forth to introduce herself.

"You are Murm, and you are Undrix," the glimmer said, committing their names to memory. "I am happy to meet both of you." Sparrow then observed Uldrix more closely. The Glimmer could pick up on his distress and naturally wanted to help in some shape or form. however, the cause of Uldrix's unease was unknown to him. "Are you hurt?" He inquired, take another shuffle forward to observe the avenaudi more closely. "Can I help?"

Freyja had been paying attention to the fights when a mew face appeared on the battlefield. "Another child..." she muttered to herself as the girl approached, the flier tucked beneath the girl's arm. Freyja waved at her and grinned. "Hey kid, you here to join the search party too? If so, the name is Freyja Hlin. I'll be your leader for the expedition. What's your name?" While she waited for the girl to answer, she looked towards the sky once more. It was now starting to fade from blue into a light orange. They'd have to head to town soon. No telling what sort of wildlife might want to attack the group, should they stay out any longer.

'Boy, you're short.' She smiled at him for a moment, in truthfulness finding him to look rather cute even for her standards and sat back down. 'Shoo.' Pumilus stood very still during their conversation. Louis obviously was capable of introducing himself at least, and that was good. He did not like Spica's snide comments, and though the "short" comment was highly irritating, he made no move to show his disdain. "Yes Ma'am. Have a nice time alone." At least, he wouldn't show disdain on his face. He then gave the slightest of bows. While he was walking away, Louis forgot the small 'cyborg' was the one helping him introduce to everyone. "Hey Pumilus! Can we move on? It seems Spica is not interested in meeting new people." Louis had already started moving on when Pumilus was saying his goodbye. He walked a bit faster than usual on his short legs to catch up with him and started walking towards Uldrix, Sparrow, and Murm, three beings he knew names of and liked more than others. "I will show you to these three. They are much kinder than Spica."
