"The music calls to me too," a hushed chuckle emitted under the mask, though barely audible. Was it an attempt at a joke? The Avenaudi outstretched his arms, before falling flat on his stomach as he tumbled forward. Admittedly, it took Robin off-guard a bit as they reached forward slightly, "Oh, are you okay?" As they did such, the small sparkling figure emerged and dusted itself off, before cocking its head forward to meet their eyes. They quirked a brow at the little fellow, still not recognizing his features to be of any race they've heard of before. Their "hair" was condensed of pure light, and strung around their neck were brightly colored stones on a thread. Uldrix's companion hadn't even realized they had worn a mask but rather saw it as their actual face. "This is just a cover," their fingers pulled at the bottom, tugging it slightly to show it could be moved, "I'm Robin. What are you?" Their head tilted, befuddled at what they were face-to-face with. Uldrix awkwardly raised himself back up, looking at where Sparrow's words formed with a light sigh. He was alright. He hadn't vanished into thin air like the avenaudi originally assumed. "I am fine. It is difficult for me to locate this one." Uldrix said to Robin, gesturing towards the glimmer. At the mention of Robin's face being a mask, this also confused him. "You are wearing some sort of face shield?" He inquired, unable to see it for himself. "Is that not where your eyes are located? You still need to use your sight, yes?" It did not occur to him the Robin's 'face shield' might have holes for him to see. He had never seen a mask, since they admitted no sound, and the concept was confusing for him to grasp. He want to go up and touch Robin's face, but after dragging the glimmer along the ground, was worried he might do something equally as foolish to Robin.

"Hm?" Louis looked at the direction Pumilus was going, then noticed the people he was talking about. "If you say so." He started walking towards them with the small robot. As they were walking, Uldrix and Sparrow moved over to someone he hadn't met before. Weighing his options, he logically could introduce Louis to the other group first to have more introductions, and have him meet the healer afterwards. It seemed reasonable to him. Pumilus reached Uldrix and Sparrow along with the mystery person. He bowed low to them, introducing himself to the masked character for the first time. "Excuse my interruption. Freyja wanted me to introduce Louis around, and I know I have not met you yet. My name is Pumilus Lutorum, I am glad to be on a team with you." His voice never gave any hints of actually being glad, just as usual. He stood back up and moved his arm slightly to where Louis was. "Louis. These two are Sparrow," He moved his arm to show the glimmer, then moved it to show the avenaudi, "and Uldrix. This person I do not know yet." He said, with his arm now gesturing towards the one with the gas mask. "What is your name, masked one?"

"That'd be nice," She verbalized, a clear aura of elation in her voice. She cracked a short smile before returning to her stony demeanor, a little sheepish at the display of emotion. "We could talk about this more when we reach an inn or something. I'd like to learn about that kind of thing," she replied, inspecting her wings. Rory's smile widened in surprise as a small amount of excitement leaked through Vera's aloof demeanor, the harpy fluffing up her feathers emphatically and nodding. "That sounds good to me. I don't know what sort of metals and resources we'll find in the Outskirts, but with my lodestone, forming the actual parts should be easy!" she chirped and gave a thumbs up with one of the metal arms. She knew she wouldn't be nearly as innovative or efficient as her more experienced mentor of a mother, who certainly would have a lot to say on how to improve the idea. Windpower was a rather unfamiliar source of energy for Rory to be working with even though she understood the concept, but it can't be all that different from lodestone or electric-based power?. She really wanted to get some sort of design in the works that could help Vera out... With how similar their limitations were, she empathized strongly and wanted nothing more than to give her a hand. Surely it wouldn't be too different from how her own mechanical arms functioned? The sharp growl of the harpy's stomach alerted her to the amount of time they'd spent out in the field. Scanning the area, she hummed and tried to pick out who was left fighting. There thankfully only seemed to be one match left, with a surprising number of new faces and familiar ones now mulling idly about the field. Some static-filled music seemed to be playing nearby where a handful of her other new buddies were gathered, which quickly caught her curiosity. Grinning at Vera, she waved her wing, "Wanna go see how the other matches went?"

Now that he mentioned it, Avenaudi did have a different way of seeing. Robin failed to consider the fact that Uldrix hadn't been able to notice the fact they covered their face in the first place. "It's called a mask, and there are openings for me to see out of," they nodded, "I do, in fact, need my vision."
A voice rung nearby, and as they were being addressed Robin glanced in the direction it came from. They were rather shocked to see the figure at about eye-level with them, considering they were sitting while the one who called out was standing. The figure was of short stature, much like a munchkin, and was covered in armor from head to toe. They were definitely... prepared, to join the search party. Though upon closer inspection, something about his appearance struck Robin as odd. Their limbs had been separated by mechanical joints, and their arm moved with a certain familiar stiffness to it. Even his voice, despite supposedly conveying joy, was dry and unperturbed as the words slipped from his lips. Their eyes widened slightly as they noticed such, as though a realization had come across them.
"Robin," they conveyed flatly, their eyes focusing for Pumilus' next course of action. If their suspicions had been correct, the being in front of them had been an A.I., a face constructed, built, and manufactured for specific means. Though, if that were truly the case, then it would be rather peculiar spotting one in such a place without their...
Their train of thought stopped. To even stray into that territory would cause a lump to come up in their throat. There were cases in which robotics developed a sort of personality due to their lodestone, perhaps that was the case? However, the stillness in his face suggested otherwise. Regardless, it appeared the stout figure had been instructed to fulfill a task, so now was not the time for curious thoughts. "The girl behind me is Kyana," they pointed to the teenager behind the munchkin, "You are Louis, then?"

My Last name may sound wierd, but I'm from a large family of blacksmiths and engineers. It's nice to meet you Robin." He said with a small smile on his face. He then tried to spot the girl Robin was talking about. "Hey Kyana, I'm Louis, it's nice to meet you." He said smiling again. "I hope we'll all be great comrades!" His joy could be ssen kilometers away as he was saying this to everyone he has just met. He was happy. It seems Pumilus was right, they look kinder than Spica. I really hope we'll all become friends by the end of this journey. That's the second reason I'm here anyways....

Now that she was left alone, Spica could... do nothing. It wasn't as if she detested company, she just detested bad company. She recalled all those long conversations that went well into the night at the Society. And the parting words they gave her the day before.
'The best witches adapt.'
'That harpy wasn't too bad... maybe I should.' She stood, dismantling the chair and found her beside the dragon woman. She narrowed her eyes, 'Why does she have to be around.' No matter, Spica would ignore her whole presence.
She thought to what her name was again, walked up to the two and yelled, 'Rory, I have business with you!' She gave a little glare at Vera for good measure.

"Robin," they conveyed flatly, their eyes focusing for Pumilus' next course of action. "The girl behind me is Kyana," Pumilus made a soft humming noise in response to Robin giving their name, and looked over to Kyana. He remembered seeing her among the first arrivals for the quest, though somehow he thought her name had been longer when she'd said it before. He soon paid no mind to the name shortening, however, as the conversation continued. "Yes, I'm Louis Blackcraft. My Last name may sound weird, but I'm from a large family of blacksmiths and engineers. It's nice to meet you Robin." He said with a small smile on his face. His joy could be seen kilometers away as he was saying this to everyone he has just met. He was happy. He listened as the boy prattled about his background and moved on to say hello to Kyana. He knew the last comment could be acknowledged by all, in fact, he had something to say about it. "Yes. It will be very good to be 'great comrades'. Conflict among the group would be foolish, so I do hope everyone here will avoid discord." He moved his head to look towards Sparrow, the one he currently knew the most about where they stood on the subject. "I am sure you agree, Sparrow."

Soon she stood on the edge of a large grassy expanse. A little ways off she saw a redhead talking to a woman with what appeared to be robotic arms. She walked forward slowly and saw the same reward notice tucked under the woman's arm. She must be Freyja, the group leader. Deciding it was worth a risk, Myrri stepped forth to introduce herself. Freyja had been paying attention to the fights when a mew face appeared on the battlefield. "Another child..." she muttered to herself as the girl approached, the flier tucked beneath the girl's arm. Freyja waved at her and grinned. "Hey kid, you here to join the search party too? If so, the name is Freyja Hlin. I'll be your leader for the expedition. What's your name?" While she waited for the girl to answer, she looked towards the sky once more. It was now starting to fade from blue into a light orange. They'd have to head to town soon. No telling what sort of wildlife might want to attack the group, should they stay out any longer. 'I'm Myrri. I want to join the Heaven's Spire hunt. I hope admission is still available?'' She said, following Freyja's look to the sky.

"Yes ma'am!"
Monaiya got up. Though she is still in pain, is managing to get up by just putting her on hand on her back. She gently walked over to Illia and the new teammate ((Refering to Myrri)). She them turns to the new teammate.
"Hello, you must be new here. Though then again so is everyone else that arrived here, heheh."
((I had to changed this post up to fix it. Also, I was having trouble with with CSF was doing so I had to remake this post. Srry.)

'Yes, I suppose I am not the only new person. Who would you be?' Myrri asked, trying her best to appear interested.

Vera nodded in response, a little inquisitive on what the 'Outskirts' were. It wasn't worth asking anyways: there would probably be some sort of explanation around the corner. Whether or not, getting something to fix her problem would work fine. She waited for more conversation to occur when static rang in her ear drums, her harpy friend also responding. "Sure." Vera answered. Right before she would set off to find other recruits, series of small footsteps caught her attention. She thought to what her name was again, walked up to the two and yelled, 'Rory, I have business with you!' She gave a little glare at Vera for good measure. Her. Granted, she barely knew anything about the little witch girl, but it was still enough to form some sort of disdain. She stepped off a few paces, letting the two converse while she would just stand by and watch. She took the opportunity to think of ideas on how to improve her lodestone usage, her hand giving her an idea. "Maybe if I had a weapon to utilize these..." She trailed off in her thoughts, weapon ideas flashing in her mind before settling on the idea of a pair of brass knuckles. Something as simple as that would easily be in the realms of Rory's abilities, right?

Uldrix was relieved the mask Robin wore didn't obscure his sight. For him, most of his senses would be gone if his eyes were not visible. He was not able to comment on this further, however, as Pumilus came over with the human that had arrived earlier. "Louis." He repeated the name he had already memorized, for good measure. Pumilus has introduced Uldrix and the avenaudi saw no need in doing this twice. He stayed quiet as the small man spoke a few more words, and it was then that he realized yet ANOTHER human was nearby. They must have been here with Robin and Uldrix has been too preoccupied to notice. Robin introduced them as "Kyana." And he whispered the name for later use.

"A... cover," Sparrow considered why Robin would want to cover their face, eventually chalking it to them being shy. Sometimes Sparrow himself was shy or nervous in a new place, especially when he was first created, and would much prefer to hide then be out in the open. The Glimmer nodded to himself, affirming his assumption. He then made to answering Robin's question, which struck him as rather odd. Like Uldrix, they also did not know what Glimmers were. Perhaps Sparrow was wrong in assuming it was common knowledge. "I am a Glimmer, we do good."
Sparrow turned around to see the familiar face of Pumilus, his friend. The Glimmer smiled, holding onto the strap of his pouch and giving it a quick shrug in order to make the stones on it jingle. For now, this was his best was of helping Uldrix see him besides speaking. He would surely need to find some other way to make noise, however.
"Discord..." Sparrow thought on the word, it was a bit difficult of him to understand. It had 'dis' in it however, which left the Glimmer with a negative feeling. It must certainly be a bad thing. Finally Sparrow nodded, looking from Pumilus to everyone else in the area. "Yes. It is good when we all help each other," he then hung his head low, "Having only one person do good things for everyone else is very..." He trailed off, unable to find the right word to convey the feeling he need to express. "Not good." Sparrow thought back to the times he would enter towns full of homelessness and sickness; people needing the charity of others but their fellow man had turned their eye away from them. Sparrow had done his best to help them, foraging all night for food and working in the next city over to afford medicine. But in the end, he had wished that the other people in the town had done the same, for they had money and food and homes while Sparrow had nothing.

Robin introduced them as "Kyana." And he whispered the name for later use. "Yep! I'm kyanalurin, but my friends call me Kyana! So, go ahead and call me Kyana, because we're friends now~!" She chirped. Kyanalurin waved excitedly to uldrix, and was internally both curious and scared as to what the avenaudi's next move would be. She smiled widely at everybody in te vicinity, because she was going to make up for that outburst with EXTRA smiles. : D!!!

"Stop!" the woman complained at the dirty girl who kept attacking her. How could this be considered a fair fight when that wretched urchin was already messy and gutter-logged? "I can't believe I have to fight someone as disgusting as you!" Alanis whined, getting on her feet again as the breeze returned, taking a path between Alanis and Rey. Rey chuckled at the girl's pleas between breaths. Even though yet another one of her attacks managed to barely touch the lady's garish garments, her complains grew louder and louder, which in turn made Rey's smile grow wider and wider. At this time, with her mana nearly drained and the sun nearly set, she realized that actually landing a hit on this girl was fucking near impossible. She obviously was cheating somehow. After all, she hadn't attacked her once, and she never seemed to even be aware of most of Rey's attempts at pinning her down into the dirt she hated ever so much. Now that she thought of it, it almost seemed that soiling her ugly clothes was way more important to her than actually winning the match, and if THAT was the case..... Rey stood up as Alanis got up on her feet again. Just as she thought, the girl standing in front of her continued to do..... nothing. Not even her taunts stung, Rey giving a light shrug at the comments. "Wut's wit' chu and dirt, huh?" she questioned, a smug look forming on her face as she crossed her arms. "Dirt nevah hurt no' body, and who knows? Might actually make'ya pretty..... Yo' clothes are getting there, but it needs'a lil..... sumthin'-sumthin...." With that, Rey lifted both hands and started waving them up up and down, almost as if juggling air. As a result, clumps of dirt around Alanis began to randomly shoot up from the ground. Once they got high enough, they began to crumble, creating a shower of dirt just raining all over her opponent. This actual move didn't really take much out of her. In comparison to everything else she did, it was kind of a joke, but hey. That's basically what this sparring match was, so why the heck not? Might as well end it having fun. Rey's hands began to swish from side to side now, her movements taking on the resemblance of a composer. She began humming a short tune as the dirt continued to rain down on the both of them. It wouldn't matter if it didn't hit at this point. Now she was just playing.
