As soon as Bianca's spell exploded into a cacophany of noise and laughter, complete with fireworks, Alice chortled in her seat. Just as she expected. Whether this was a complete failure for Bianca or a completely useless and meaningless spell that only she could have thought was impressive was irrelevant. There was no point in hiding the fact that she was laughing off all the secondhand embarrassment she felt from seeing a spell turn out as poorly as this. Once it all settled down, Alice continued to bang her fist on the table in laughter until she heard her name being called out. She was up next. What was going to happen now? Would all this time she spent laughing throw her off completely? If she couldn't concentrate after that brief demonstration of incompetence, would Bianca be to blame? Surely she would have to take some of the blame. But these destructive thoughts were soon pushed down as Alice thought to herself about how she was going to pull off quite an amazing spell which she had spent countless hours trying to perfect, and which she would soon spend a minute trying to convince that this was no problem at all. Once in the right mindset, Alice sauntered past Bianca and stood in front of the whole class. In an act of arrogance, she puffed her chest out and threw a hand in the air. "Good morning! For all you lovely simpletons, I, Alice Edelweiss, will demonstrate a thrilling testament to the art of music. Now you may look at this following demonstration and see only the simplicities. But let me tell you, my friends, that the possibilities behind this spell when applied on a larger scale will be too grand for the mind to comprehend. Now, let's begin." Alice breathed in deeply and closed her eyes to shut out the masses while channeling her special magic violin. In one swift, yet elegant movement, she threw her hand into the air. "Aria Cadenza!" she cried out, and a brilliant white violin formed in the hand in the air. The bow soon formed, and Alice caught it in her other hand. After a second of standing poised to play, Alice pulled the bow across the strings softly to get the crowd warmed up for what she was about to do. In her mind, she counted herself in and started to play an incredibly fast paced improptu piece which hopped and galloped from the strings. However, the notes she played were a code that she had practiced all summer, and as she got the class wrapped up in her magnificent violin work, she stopped after a chilling high note as the gem on the end of the violin bow was glowing jade. Satisfied with this, Alice whipped the bow back and forth until she used her magic to cast the image a tiny rabbit, made purely of magic particles. And as if that wasn't enough, the melody from before played in the room, even though Alice was not playing her violin and was only using her bow to conduct the music. This music got the rabbit to dance and do a merry jig. It moved in time with the music, keeping up very well. When the song hit the high note that ended the melody from before, the rabbit dissipated and the particles scattered. Now that the spell was done, Alice remained standing and put her violin to rest. While she was panting from how much energy she exerted, she simply wiped the hair out of her face and stood triumphant.

(I'll put pictures as soon as I get my laptop back lmao) The energy drink was a huge mistake: as soon as she was going to introduce herself to the other 3rd years who had it out for her sleeping schedule, she was ushered into the assembly room. The high from the drink prevented what would have been a perfect time to fall asleep, forcing her to listen to every meaningless word of the presentation. She already heard all of this stuff before, what was the point to hear it again? The only reprieve from her boredom was the fact that she actually ranked above average with all the other 3rd years: since that at least meant her magical ability made up for her extreme laziness. She wandered back to her classroom, scaling the stairs once again, and sat in her seat, waiting for everyone else to show off their cool stunts so she had an idea what the bar was going to be. Only she had no known bar. She was first in line. Oh lord, why of all the people in this god forsaken class did it have to be her? The crash from the energy drink only made this anxiety worsen, as well as the ruckus downstairs from the second years, but there was no way she could show it to everyone. That would be a worse impression than she already made from the past 3 years. So in her zombie like state, she lumbered to the front of the class, opting to sit on top of the teacher's desk to compensate for her ridiculously small stature. The little senior cleared her throat before beginning what she thought was the greatest speech of all time. Or at least, one that was even remotely passable. "Hello. I'm Yue Wang. I do cool magic stuff, and I learned cool magic stuff in my second year here, more than I would probably need. I'll show you the cool stuff right now. But first..." She trailed off, muttering a small chant to kick off her magical girl transformation, and another to summon her weapon, a medium sized staff half her height. "Now I need a volunteer,” She spoke in a monotone fashion, hopping off the desk and pulling a random front row student to the front of the room. Her wand glowed an iridescent blue as she muttered her spell and booped the student’s arm, the final coup de grâce putting the student into a deep sleep for a planned 30 seconds, leaving them standing. But that was only part one of her trick. The second part was to show off the student's dreams to the entire class, putting a finger to her mouth to signal the class not to tell anyone. The orb on her staff produced an even stronger glow as she produced particles to make up a sort of screen, broadcasting the student’s dream to everyone in the classroom. To be fair, it was a pretty lame dream of a bunny hopping through a field: pretty disappointing stuff. Almost as soon as the dream started broadcasting, the student woke up on a daze. Yue then escorted the student back to her chair and took her position on top of the teacher’s desk to make her final statement. "Thank you for your time, and good night." She then flopped backwards where she stood, untransforming in the process. The drink knocked her out cold.

Erine clapped as Yue's display ended, unshaken as the girl fell to the floor. Amongst her fellow student's gasps, Erine rose from her seat and walked to the front of the class. She then knelt down beside Yue, nudging the girl firmly on the shoulder.
"Is this also a part of the presentation?" Erine smiled. "If not, it's my turn next."

"Blehhhhhh" Yue moaned, rolling on her side before sliding off the desk to get back to her seat, stumbling like a drunk and finally sitting down. She sleepily rubbed her eyes before letting out a big yawn and speaking once more. "Do the thing..." she mumbled, weakly giving a thumbs up to Erine for her demonstration.

Erine smiled and nodded towards Yue before turning towards the rest of the class. With a calming breath and a quick swipe of a few loose hanging strands of hair Erine centered herself, recalling the presentation she had diligently prepared over break. The 3rd year peered out into the sea of fellow students, their high expectations of her only serving to solidify that this moment had to be perfect. This was by far not an unfamilliar feeling, however. It was one she felt before every class presentation, before every student government meeting an before every fencing match. It was exhilarating. "I've given many speeches and presentations before, though this is my very first as a third year at Blustery Woods. Despite the time that has passed, and the symbolic blue tie that now hangs from my neck I am just as honored to be a student of this academy as I was the very first day I walked on campus," Erine enunciated as she adjusted her tie for empathizes. A hand then moved up to Erine's pale locks, twirling a strand longer than the rest and then summoning her wand with ease. "My first year my magic was below average, nor did I take my schooling seriously, admittedly. Yet... Fencing and involving myself with the other students taught me to focus myself. For my final year at this school I hope my magic will be able to grow even stronger." "Blooming, Moon Hyacinth," Erine called out. In a flash of light and flower petals she transformed. Calmly, she wielded her wand, stance almost mimicking that when fencing. With a quickly elegant stroke, the room dimmed. And with another a full moon appeared in the center of the room. Erine formed night style full of stars with each stroke and twirl of her wand, slowly forming and shaping each constellation. Leo... Pisces... Taurus... and... Aquarius
The spell stopped prematurely, the room's light returning and the stars and moon all flickering away as Erine stood there, desperately attempting to collect her lost composure. "T-thank you for watching my presentation," Erine said, voice shaking just barely. She bowed to her classmates and then detransformed, quickly hurrying back to her desk to hide her reddening face.

Whilst she watched Bianca and Alice take their turns to showcase her skills she was taken aback in amazement. 'Wow, you're so good Bia!' she yelled quite loudly. 'And Alice, you too! I can't believe you play the violin, so cool!' She yammered on about how talented they were until she was called to display magic of her own. She became much more nervous than before, since she'd been practising this spell in particular for quite some time. But she wasn't going to pass this moment up. 'Berry Mousse!' she cried, materialising the wand into her hands. She raised it, took a deep breath and spoke a soft chant. '..and now with this wand I'll say, sweets creation!' she ended with, and sparkling balls of light began to emit from Berry Mousse. She was taken aback at first, but pressed on repeating it for a second time, 'Sweets Creation!' she said with more vigour. The light balls increased in size, engulfing her whole self for a good fifteen seconds. There was silence and then.. A poof and from the brightness emerged Juniper sitting on a large stack of pancakes, enough for hundreds of people to eat. Of course, this pancake was illusionary - Juniper did not have the talent to fully materialise things into existence. But she was happy, as this was the first time it had been this sucessful. She was so happy, tears fell from her eyes. 'I did it!'
The moment she hopped off the stack, the moment it vanished from sight; Juniper's presence was the only thing keeping it there. She skipped back to her seat, waving at Bianca and Alice as she went by.

(( sorry for taking so long, i was in a small vacation. I will add pictures once i get back my drawing tablet ^^) Stella let out a big ghasp as her suspicions of magic existing in that world were true. She always knew deep inside of her that she was right when everyone else in her previous school and in her familly told her she was wrong about its existance. And now she was going to see if she indeed held magic abilities. Stella looked at the magician wand her homeroom teacher gave her. She inspected it a little, to see if it wasnt a trick. After seeing that the wand was indeed real, she waved it a little bit. Blue sparkles came out of it, making Stella to ghasp in amasement. She waved it one more time, this time more confidently and two small stars appeared and started flying around the place. Stella extended the wand to the right and the little stars followed it. She then moved it to the right, and the stars once again followed that diraction. Stella happily waved the wand back and front. However, from those fast movements, Stella lost the control of the stars, making them fall on a wall, exploding into blue sparkles, filling the classroom with them. Stella, amased by the view, let a loud " Woah!" . She was impressed she was able to use magic, even if the demonstration lasted only for a few seconds

Valerie was so amazed by her classmates' displays. If anyone slipped up at all, Valerie thought it was all part of their presentation. She thought Erine did quite well with her beautiful starry sky, and was so impressed with Yue's dream sequence, along with being impressed by everyone else's speeches and magical feats. Valerie hoped her own performance would be even half as cool as everyone else's. It was Valerie's turn now, and with shaking legs she rose and shuffled to the front of the room. She took a deep breath, remembering back to the many times she rehearsed her speech in the mirror and began to speak. "I..." Valerie's mind temporarily went blank as she looked around at the faces in the room. She took another deep breath, willing herself not to freak out as her heart began pounding in her chest. "I have worked hard every day to be the best that I can be," she said, thankful she at least remembered her second line of speech. "You are all wonderful and I'm honored to be your peer." She hoped, despite some missing lines, that her speech was still making sense. Valerie squared her stance- as she had been slouching a bit, and called out with her arms outstretched, "Babaru!" As soon as she said this, she was encased in a bubble, and as it popped, she emerged as her magical form. She could have sworn she was forgetting some more things about her speech, but at this point she just wanted to get her presentation over with. "Babaru Goo!" She said, and a bubble appeared before her, popping into a bubble wand. She was glad she was able to do the correct things so far. She then remembered her final line of her speech, and since things had been going fairly well so far, she decided to say it. "I'm glad to present you a piece of what I've learned here. I hope we can all grow and learn more this year." She decided her final words were a bit clunky and perhaps they weren't as she had written over break, but there was no going back now, and before she tripped up further she decided to perform her spell. She put her bubble wand to her lips and blew, a small number of medium bubbles coming forth and floating above her classmates' heads. Valerie prayed she was doing this spell correctly as she would have hated for the bubbles to pop into their gooey form and make a mess of things. Luckily, the bubbles popped into small clusters of confetti that disappeared before they hit any students or desks. Valerie was satisfied with this, and let out a breath she hadn't known she'd been holding. Her performance had been nothing special but she was happy with what she was able to do under the pressures of being watched. She popped back into her regular form and bowed low to the class. "Th-thank you!" She said before hurrying back to her seat. She slightly tripped as she was heading there, which she hoped no one would see, and once she was back in the safety of her seat she breathed a sigh of relief. Her heart was still racing and her head felt light, but she was able to speak in front of everyone without completely messing things up, and with that she was content.

Evangeline shifted in her seat for what felt like forever as the school principal drawled on about the magnificence of their school and the accolades they've received and what not. She gave a stilted smile at this, not really caring much for the speech as she had heard something just like it and equally as long before-- from her parents. Great... she mused sarcastically in her thoughts, her mind beginning to tune the whole auditorium out as the minutes kept passing. Once the address had ceased, Evangeline issued an unamused, almost lethargic slow clap amidst the roaring applause of her fellow peers. As her teacher led her class up the stairs, she chewed on the last thing she allowed her ears to pick up before they shut out all the distracting feet tapping, excited shaking, off-topic exchanges, and microphone screeches from the assembly room: 'You may find yourself handling more than just papers and exams, be sure to hone any skills that you acquire here!' Now, what could that mean? Once the others made way to their desks and Evangeline, the spoiled princess that she is, finished her internal tirade concerning the second walk upstairs for the day, sat beside her things once again, accidentally bumping her foot against the pink, glittery surface of her luggage bag. Alarmed, she leaned over to examine the carry-on for any scuff marks until another confusing remark from her elders slowly brought her back up. 'Before we can hone your skills, we must know your capabilities.' She sat rigidly at her desk, the images that displayed on the board and the explanation that followed suit threatening her previous state of disbelief as well as the cool facade she kept on her features. Magic? Real? she thought, her horror quickly growing once she found the answer to her question in Stella's as well as the other students' messy, below average displays. Heh, pitiful. And then they called her name next. She froze. Just what was she supposed to do now? Before today, before this very moment, she could've sworn that the concept of magic was something one could only find in fairytales, and now she was here, being told that she, like all the magical fairy princesses a much younger Evangeline found herself worshiping as she bobbled around her house bending her many servants to her will, also carried those abilities. She would've been amazed at the discovery had she'd been given the time to prepare for this examination. But no, with the thoughts of magic wands and fairy dust whizzing around in her mind, and the bar for possible failure being raised so unbelievably high from the other students around her, the girl shook as she sauntered over to retrieve her object. As she walked, the certainty that she, the future princess of Blustery Woods, would mess up and make a fool of herself on day one began to prickle on her nerves, those feelings soon mixing together with a whole new, more irritated slew of emotions once she was handed an old, dusty grey umbrella as her testing bauble. What? Now she'd definitely fail! Just what was she going to do with this thing? Eva pursed her lips bitterly and hesitantly turned to the front of the class with the umbrella. After all, asking for something else would probably ruin everyone's first impression of her and tarnish any chance of gaining their respect and admiration, and she was strong so this wouldn't be too bad, right? For a few seconds, she stood there looking down at the thing in her hands as she tried to think of something to do with it, another part of her consistently tacking on the worry whenever she forgot about the 'magic' aspect of her display. She really wanted this to be perfect despite her unpreparedness. For a split second, she considered just doing whatever and messing up, thinking that maybe if everyone was below average, then she could work her way up from the same playing field as them? She mentally slapped herself. That was a dumb idea. As if I would ever settle to be like the commonfolk! she thought, the idea of a dance quickly snapping her out of her funk. Yes, of course! She'd wow them all with her grace, technique, and amazing improvisational skills! Why didn't she think of it sooner? Evangeline, now with a new goal in mind, held everyone up for a few moments, placing the umbrella on the floor and skittering over to her luggage where she quickly plopped off her loafers and laced on the pointe shoes packed inside. She returned back center-stage with a new air of confidence, examining the space in front of her to make sure there was enough of it for what she wanted to do. There was, but there existed one obstruction that'd pose a great nuisance to her demonstration: the teacher's desk. "Um, excuse me," she asked politely to the two students up in front, "would you mind helping me push this out of the way? It'll only be for a few minutes~" The two girls obliged, pushing the desk off to the side while Evangeline did the opposite of what she suggested she'd do and instead watched them from where she stood. Like a real princess. She tested out the mechanics of the umbrella a few times before situating herself in a starting position. While there may have been no music to dance to, and while her concerns with her 'magic' had been thrown out of the window, she figured if she could wow her audience with her known talents alone, this exam wouldn't be so bad. However, with how everyone else's magic seemed to surprise its users every single time, she'd probably have to be on the lookout and adjust as she went along. Evangeline took a deep breath. Here we go. As she danced, she couldn't help but get frustrated with the umbrella at every turn. While she didn't show it on her face, she absolutely despised its color. Grey. Like, come on. If she had her say concerning the quality of her prop, she would've asked for it to at least be a more vibrant hue, or at least some hue! Why not make it pink? This was a girl's school, after all; It wouldn't be like she'd be asking for much there! As she twirled and leaped across the 'stage', her mind couldn't help but focus on pink. How nice it would be to have pink. The color her bag, preferably. That pink. So nice indeed... she sighed to herself, preparing herself on the far side of the room to complete a few chaines turns across the floor, when something stopped her suddenly. The umbrella.... changed. Eva stared at the sun-shade, truly perplexed at its metamorphosis. Did I... do that? she thought, quickly blinking out of the daze to continue the dance. There was something exciting about the discovery, like nothing she ever felt before. She changed the color with her mind, with her... powers! Her lips curled up into a slight smile, a few shreds of disbelief still remaining, but she'd soon squelch those doubts as her movements became faster and more difficult. At the end of every count, she thought up a new color, and focused on it hard and, unsurprisingly, the umbrella changed again and again! The umbrella now felt lighter in her hand, and with it, and this new ability she found, she was sure this would be quite the show. Turn after turn, leap after leap, trick after trick, Evangeline's smile grew brighter and brighter as she neared the end of her dance. For what may have been the first time, the girl put more energy into her charisma rather than her technique and didn't seem to notice or care. She was so giddy in this newfound ability of hers that she felt like she could do 16 fouette turns right there, right in the center of the room. And so she did, the umbrella soon donning a brilliant purple hue-- the same as her eyes. The other students watched as it raised up into the air and spun in the opposite direction as its wielder, small flakes of light shimmering off its surface and landing on the floor. Once the dance had been finished, the prop returned back to its pitiful grey color and slowly lowered itself into Evangeline's hand, the glitter fading afterwards as the girl held the umbrella and posed, beaming.
She curtsied as the class applauded her performance and went back to her seat, but not before returning the umbrella and getting the same two girls to push the desk back to its original spot. She quickly switched shoes as other girls were called up, a tight feeling in her muscles preventing her from paying much attention to the others. And then it hit her, her cheeks flushing in mild embarrassment. I forgot to stretch...

Magic? So that's what this school was teaching. Its a strange phenomena that magic even exists. The students were asked to preform their use, though many of them didn't know of the existence of magic. To Hyaku's surprise, many first year students were able to manipulate magic in one form or another. She sat in awe with her deadpan face. Stella and that one with the umbrella showed lots of colors, but why does that trigger a reaction of everyone smacking their hand with their other hand? All of the students showed their magic ability, except for Hyaku. She was called up to showcase her abilities with a pair of lens-less glasses. As a reflex, Hyaku tried to put the glasses on, but stopped herself before the glasses touched her face. Why would I put this on my face? What possible purpose could this serve? I suppose there is only one way to find out.Expecting to make a fool of herself, Hyaku put on the glasses. Fortunately, she put on the glasses correctly without realizing. The glasses she wore allowed her to see color and much clearer than before. This is.. interesting. It would be wonderful, but for some reason I don't want to wear these..Facing away from the board, she spoke to the class, "I will read what is written on the wall." "Cute, I want one..."There was a dreary pause. The board clearly read, "Dear students of Blustery Woods, you will all present your magic here!" Hyaku didn't bother to look back at the board. After a second of silence, "Cute" was written over "Dear" in bright pink letters, along with the other words Hyaku was saying. Being Hyaku continued, "Its legs are so tiny..."This seems suspiciously familiar... but there's no reason to focus on that. I need to show that I can use this tool."What is it?" Only those who were curious saw what happened
The board suddenly cleared, the room dimmed, and Hyaku's eyes started to glow. At a rapid pace, letters started drooling from the board. The sound of a dozen loud whispers quickly escaped Hyaku's mouth, "Why is it so dark?" "Someone save me" "It's crawling everywhere" "I can't feel anything" "Please please please" "End this nightmare" While these words were coming out of Hyaku's mouth, a giant centipede began to emerge out of the chalkboard. It grew human teeth and an eye which opened sideways. Soon after- Hyaku then turned around to see the board, and it read "Dear students of Blustery Woods, you will all present your magic here!" again. Hyaku responded, "Oh, thats not on the wall..." She then went back to her seat while looking down, unaware of what just happened. Perhaps I don't have magic after all...

WEEK 1 The new school year at Blustery Woods.
Prompt 1 - 3
The demonstrations for all years came to a close and were recorded to be revealed later in the future. Nevertheless, each respective teachers applauded the efforts that their students put it and formally welcomed them to a brand new year of progress and opportunity.
'Make the most of what Blustery Woods offers to you on a day to day basis.' was the gist of the teachers' words. In particular, the third year teacher went on to talk about orientation.'Being in your third and final year, you are what the lower years look towards for advice and proper behaviour. I hope you are not only aware of this, but put it into practice as well. This cannot be done by your magical abilities and presence alone. Therefore it is customary to have an orienteering session with the first years.' The teacher pointed to a created display from magic, 'Firstly, you will guide your appointed first year around school. You must have these destinations in your tour: the auditorium, the library, the sports grounds, and the three floors of the classroom buildings, which is where we currently are. Secondly, you will then monitor and encourage the first year to summon their individual weapon. Thirdly, you will ask them to perform a spell of your request and offer critique.' The displayed image now showed two example girls, one a first year, the other a third year participating in the orienteering. It showed all three major steps, dissipating when there was no more use for it. 'And now.' the teacher said, finishing their talk. 'I will announce your chosen first year partner. There is to be no switching, as all decisions are final.' 'Yue Wang is it? Your partner is Stella Blackwood.'Several other names followed. '..Erine Lunae, your partner is Hyaku Ashi.'Followed by some more. '..Valerie Masset. You are paired with Evangeline Reynolds.' The teacher concluded, ordering all of the students to stand. 'You will be introduced to your partners very soon. The first years have only been told to wait in their classrooms. The paper slip that is handed to you will indicate which classroom you will be heading to.' For Yue, Erine and Valerie, their papers read '1-B', which was two floors below them, sat right inbetween 1-A and 1-C. In the second years classrooms, they were assigned a similar but different task. 'You will be travelling around the school in groups of three and will attempt to showcase your powers to each other. This is also a great opportunity for some practice. Each sucessful spell will land your group ten points. A sucessful transformation is fifty. But as you've just returned from break and by the showcases so far, have practiced magic with little finesse - don't fool yourself into thinking it'll be easy. There is also an one hour and thirty minute time limit.' There was a display done through magic placed at the front of the classroom. The teacher continued to explain, 'You can decide the order and places you wish to travel in. Spells that would cause a mess are to be done outside. Any reported foul play or suspected cheating will result in a detraction of points or a disqualification. Refusal to properly work as a team will also result in a penalty of minus twenty points. There are staff situated around school to monitor your behaviours. You must also not stay in one place for the entire time limit.' On display, there were two groups who seemed to not get along. ' Opposing groups must not engage with other groups, but feel free to wave to any orienteering first and third years. That concludes my explaination. The starting point will commence on the sports grounds. I will now announce the teams.' After reading several teams, the teacher said, ' The next group is Alice Edelweiss, Bianca Hemanton and Juniper Snapdragon. Please report to the sports grounds.'
And thus, the orienteering and second years' activities were nearing the start line.
Current Objective
- Third years will travel to 1-B, introduce themselves to their appointed partner and begin the orienteering. It is also important to try and engage in conversation and guide them through the school. (The school follows a typical Japanese school layout with some changes*.
- Second years will firstly engage in conversation on the sports grounds and wait for the activity to commence, (I'll do this in one of my posts.)
- First years have been told to wait in their classrooms with no further explanation. Wait and discuss before the third years arrive. (If they're super fast, you might not have to do this.) In that case follow the third years' lead.
- The number of points the second years' team accumulate may have importance on their grades, so if you want to take it seriously is up to you.
- Orienteering is just for fun though, haha.
* The auditorium is a separate building situated off from the classroom/entrance building. It's like a typical American one, with lots of seats and what not. Sports grounds have volleyball and tennis ball nets. There won't be any playing people around at this time.
Ask in chat or through PM for further info.

Valerie was not confident in what would happen for the rest of the day. Granted she was not confident about her speech, and she was right not to be as it was a mess, but it did turn out close to being alright in the end. Valerie took a deep breath before heading to class 1-B, for miss Evangeline Reynolds and for their tour and other activities. She had never been very good at leading people around, tended to let others lead her, but it was her duty to her lower classmen and she'd do her part as everyone else did.
She soon arrived two floors below, at the entrance of the class. With a quivering voice she called out the name of who she would spend time with that day. She dearly hoped they were kind.
"Is Miss... E-Evangeline Reynolds here? I'm here for your... tour." Her slightly trembling form stood expectantly near the door of the class as other third years also arrived and took away their assigned first years.

E-Evangeline Reynolds here? I'm here for your... tour." Her slightly trembling form stood expectantly near the door of the class as other third years also arrived and took away their assigned first years. Evangeline sat at her desk without another word. She considered for a brief moment that perhaps, with the elder authoritative figure in the room now absent, she could use this time to introduce herself and establish her rank and power over them as their princess, but decided against it once she noticed something strange; one by one, the other students were called over by what she assumed were upperclassmen at a rapid pace. She lowered her brows at this, silently cursing the 3rd years internally for ruining her chance at adding on to her already blossoming first impression, but stopping her little mind tirade when she realized that there existed a silver lining in this... stunt the higher-ups were trying to pull. The 3rd years were the role models of the school, were they not? Yes, they certainly were, and perhaps if she could establish a good relationship with one of them, then she can make a name for herself amongst the rest of them, assuming whoever it was she was paired with had a high enough social status among her peers. But after hearing her name being stammered out and looking over the trembling frame of the girl who called it, she worried this may have not been the case. Her nose wrinkled at the new face, the princess --who was both new to the school and the concept of magic altogether-- certain that her personality was and would remain the domineering one in this possible relationship. Weak. Perhaps they wouldn't mind bowing before her right at this second? No... It was too early in the game for that. Sighing lightly to herself, Evangeline wheeled her things over to the her nervous guide. "Ah, yes. Please lead the way..." she mustered in a somewhat kind tone, the rigidity in her stance making her disappointment obvious.

Valerie was relieved to see she had indeed come to the right classroom, and didn't notice the disappointment in her underclassmen's behavior as she walked up to her with her things. Valerie noticed it was quite the bag just for school, and muttered about it. "You certainly came prepared," she said with a light, nervous smile, "but that's good! I-I think you'll do well here. I'm Valerie Masset. Um... I'm now to show you around the building. We can look around upstairs first, if you'd like," She said, waving her arm to the side in a gesture for Evangeline to leave the room first.

Oh boy, one of these things... She sighed to herself, remembering the third year that led her around, who was way too energetic for Yue's tastes. She wasn't going to make that mistake with those first years: they were going to learn that this school is as soul sucking as it is huge. She rose from her half-awake state and casually trudged down the stairs to the first floor, thankful the other students were keeping the door open once again. "Hello, this is Yue Wang. I'm looking for Stella Blackwood," She flatly stated, peering her eyes around every corner she could manage. A white haired girl caught her eye, with strange hairclips adorning her scalp, complete with an expression whose blankness rivaled hers. In an odd sort of way, she connected with the other girl, but it was incredibly unlikely that she would lead her around. Now all she had to do was wait for the bright eyed little twit to run up to her. Hell, a lot of them would be all 'Oh my goodness you're so tiny!" Penguin
